My car developed a problem over the weekend and on Monday morning I called the service department at Place Motor and was told to bring my car in. They found time to check my car, come up with an estimate and have it ready by Tuesday at 9:00 a.m. I have always had wonderful service for my cars at Place Motor.

I looked at this car several times, I kept coming back but couldn't convince myself to buy. Sales people were always polite even though I never pulled the trigger. One day after coming very close to buying a similar car at another location I went back to Place, I related to them how close I had come to buying elsewhere, they then made me an offer that blew the other dealer into the weeds. Took a few days to finalize the deal due to distance involved but it sits in my driveway tonight. Thank you Mike Trainor for going the extra mile.

One of the sales person, couldn't bother to lift his xxx off the chair and help me look at 2 vehicles that I had asked the keys to... the weather wasn't the greatest and he said he didn't want to waste his time going out if I don't know what I am looking for,,,I told him I would like to look at the 2 fusions he had.. He said go head and look..As I waited outside thinking he was coming with the keys....He instead helped another party that came in after I did....I had waited at least ten minutes and then left.When I first came in ... told him what I was looking for and price ranges ...I asked how much for my trade ..He said he wouldn't even give me $500 for it ... never came and looked at it ...Anyway, I bought a ford vehicle at a much friendly place and received $3000 for my vehicle.Thank you for a truly crappy visit.... never again!
