We had a great experience while purchasing a 2016 Fusion vehicle at this location, our sales rep, Adam Chernosky treated us with respect and like we were the only ones in the place. Adam was professional and low key, answered questions I had, responded to emails in a timely manner and phone calls and didn't try any pressure sales techniques experienced at other dealerships. He answered our questions before we went to see him, and not just try to get us into the dealership. He didn't try to pressure us into buying a car when we were clear that we were just doing research. Once we visited with him we ended up with a new vehicle that we are thoroughly enjoying!! -. My entire experience with Planet Ford was very satisfying. We were greeted at the door by a pleasant receptionist. The salesperson met us promptly and took us look at the vehicle we were interested in. After making a decision to purchase the vehicle the paperwork and sales transactions all went smoothly. The vehicle was quickly washed, cleaned and serviced and delivered to the door. A representative explained all of the features of the vehicle and we we were on our way. The whole process took about two hours. The waiting rooms were comfortable and we were provided cold water and kept informed throughout the process.

Met Jared when we arrived on the lot. We had just returned to Houston from a job assignment in the Middle East. We had both of our dogs with us and we're trying to ensure their comfort and safety while we shopped for a new vehicle. Jared was very attentive to everything we needed. He provided water for the pups and was more than understanding when we had to interrupt the sales process to tend to them. He admitted up front that he only had 2 weeks experience at Planet Ford and I'm sure we could have requested to work with someone more seasoned. However, Jared had a very easy demeanor, no pressure, and we found him a pleasure to work with. He had obviously done his homework on the F150 because he knew the details from bumper to bumper. Overall, a very positive experience.

I have been a customer of Craig Jones of Planet Ford 45 since 2011. Craig Jones helped me lot from buying, to finance, to maintenance and even collision repair. Since 2011, I have bought 6 cars from Craig Jones because I have three children to take care. Before we used to buy at a small car lot and looked for pre-owned cars. But when we get to know Craig, we traded in our old cars to get brand new car or a better pre-owned cars. Anyway, when buying cars at Planet Ford 45 look for Craig Jones and Mike at Finance Dept. And when it comes to maintenance I highly recommend Donato the Manager in the new biggest Quick Lane bay. He even replaces my car tire locks when we can't find it.

I can't find one thing nice to say about the service I got today, I was told to leave my truck for a week for some small items they might get to it by Monday or Thursday or take a card and make an appointment other wise wait, rude, amazing I have always just taken my truck in with no problem before, she didn't even get out of her seat to come look at the problem, I have been a member of the Planet Citizen since 2006 but after today looking at turning in my citizenship, to another ford dealer, thankfully Planet Ford is not the only ford dealer in town, what is amazing is what I wanted fix I had taken to them before and was told they needed to order a part and would get back to me that was at the 30,000 mile checkup,never got a call, so took it in to get a 50,000 mile checkup and this piece fixed and got blown off again, that is not what I call good customer service!

This is the second vehicle I've purchased from Planet Ford and the best/better experience so far. The sales person (Devin Duoto) was professional and helpful. He contacted me originally upon a request I made by calling Planet Ford as I was having issue located the exact F150 I was looking for. This first option of F150 models didn't work out, however Devin was flexible to check others and allow me to find the right truck. He was responsive to my inquires both by text and call when I was out of state. Essentially he conducted himself and acted as a professional and supportive sales person vs. the alternative to which I've dealt with before.

Craig Jones & Kenneth Lazard....I called Craig & Kenneth and told them I need a New car for my wife. It was late and Kenneth Lazard stayed late to wait for me on Saturday night. We started the deal and on Monday again we got there late coming from an hour and a half drive away Craig on his way home turned around and came back to make sure we were taken care of. I bought a new SuperDuty and have bought 3 new cars in 3 years, this was my first Ford and the best experience I have had. I came in to look, but my salesman, Daniel Stevens, and worked with me and my trade-in to the point where I got everything I asked, and couldn't pass up the offer. The sevice was prompt, Daniel greeted me before I even made it in to the showroom, showed me what I was looking for and was knowledgeable of all the options and systems of the vehicle. Their original trade-in offer was a bit low, I told them what I needed out of my vehicle and what I was looking to spend. They did what they do in the sales office, and came back with everything I asked for, I agreed to buy and they even finance me at a lower rate than I had researched earlier. I got more than what I was expecting for less than I was expecting... which is always a great feeling. I couldn't be happier with my new SuperDuty and Planet Ford 45.

Went to buy a new 2015 F-250 or F350, after chasing down a salesperson, told him what we wanting and said over there behind building in back of dealership. after walking around for 45 minutes, by ourselves, no salesperson, hot as heck, and trucks just mixed all together, gave up an left.

Took my vehicle there a couple of months ago for an oil change even though I heard about all of the horrible reviews. Went to change the oil myself this weekend and found something yellow all over the drain plug (looked like paint or silicone ). After I peeled it off I noticed that oil is now leaking from the plug area. I called and spoke to the service manager, Donato, who says that either I or a different service company must have damaged it. I explained that I have not taken it to anyone else and that Planet Ford 45 was the last one to touch it, and he just repeated himself. He could have just said to bring it in and let them see whats going on and would have made me feel confident that Planet Ford will fix their mistakes which would have given them more of my business. Instead, he just pushed another customer out the door. Shame on you Donato; Planet Ford could use more honest folks.

The very best car buying experience I ever had.Francis and Denice could not have been more helpful and attentive. We were quoted a good price (internet) which did not bounce from "my boss" to "my boses boss" etc. after we arrived. Then! As we drove off the engine light came on, heard strange noise and went back. We were met in the parking lot by "my bosses boss" and appologies were extended. The failure was a fan motor (not available locally) we were then offered a car until our's could be repaired. THEN! Our car will be belivered to us!! In all my car buying experiences this had been unheard of. All business have product problems. The way these problems are taken care of determines the quality of service... your service is awesome! Wish I needed another car to repeat this experience!

It was fairly easy and not a pushy "car salesman" experience. It was comfortable for the most part, there were a few issues but minor. First, I felt as if the details were not as clear as they should have been. Granted, I was in a hurry to get to work, and the poor weather played a factor in the crunch for time. Secondly, (I understand that it was not an ideal customer with good credit), but I did not feel as if I got a "deal". I understand you are in the business to make money, as am I (I am a store manager in retail), however when a customer makes a large purchase with me I make sure that they are treated with 100% respect, and that they feel that they got a good deal. I was treated with 100% respect,but I did not feel as if I got a deal or value in my purchase. I feel that giving a customer a sense of value in their purchase is essential to repeat business. Even throwing that customer a bone such as "Hey, if there was one thing that you would change about this truck what would it be?" Then either offer them a percentage off of the item, or work the price of the item into the deal. That would show concern for he customer and it would help close more deals by giving them value for their purchase. Word would then spread about the exceptional service and value that Planet Ford offers their customers.

My wife and I came looking for Expeditions, we found two we were interested in. One had a dead battery and we had to wait for about 45min or so to get a new battery and take a test drive. Ramon Diaz was a great salesman, very professional and yet friendly. I have recommended him to a friend that is looking , but doesn't know what vehicle they want or where to buy! In the past, the salesmen were nice enough, but honestly I would not have wanted to deal with any of them again and nor would they wanted to deal with me again, but Ramon is different, I didn't fluster him and he didn't bluster me. So I could easily recommend him to people. I would buy from him again! In finance , Al was a pleasure as well, he was very proficient at his job and happy to stay past 10 pm to close the deal. I know it is in their job description , but they did it with a smile, we laughed and had fun! I know it took at least 4 and a half hours to finish the paper work but it didn't seem that long! I once spent over 7 hours in a dealership ( in Conroe ) just getting to the price I would take, and a few more in finance and still a bit to get the car. So around 4 was great! I should be placing 3 reviews here because I have had 3 different experiences. Lets just start with the Dealership real quick. Its a very nice place, they offer food and drinks, great ionosphere, large selection of cars at cheaper prices then any other dealer and last but NOT least they do have a very friendly staff. That is, if they decide to work with you. Yup, you read that right. If they decide to work with you. (one last note: My friend bought 2 cars there and had a good experience) So 1st trip (1 1/2 years ago) I went with my freind when he was buying his truck. All was well, but I was looking for a car for my wife. I found a car I knew she would like, but they did NOT have the options that she wanted on the lot. I spoke to the sales man and asked if they could find the car with the options. (even spoke to finance and credit was not ran yet, looking for the car) They said they may have a few coming in on the next truck but they would search around. Last I heard from them. They never called me back and they never returned my call. So 2nd trip (8 months ago) my buddy decides to go back and buy his wife a new SUV, while I'm there I told the sales person about my last experience. He got the manager and we talked and they apologized for the miss-communication. OK great. Told them that my wife bought a New Optima but I was now looking for a truck. I wanted a basic F150 Extra Cab 4wd. A work style truck would be great. The only 2 they had on the lot were sold. So they said they would find me one. (I heard that before) Guess what! Last time I heard from them. So now the 3rd time. I don't wanna deal with these people now. I went looking at new F-150 this past weekend. I want a NICE truck and dont want to settle for a work truck. So I go to Ford in Katy and look at the trucks. The rebates were huge so this is good. I humored it and looked at Planet Ford. They have a ton of trucks that are in my budget and available. They were 2,500 cheaper on theirs. So I did the credit app (for the first time) and they called me. We start talking numbers via phone and email. Looks like this one is a go. So I waste my time driving up there. No problem. The last thing I told them was I'm not doing the BLACK BOOK TRADE. Black Book puts anyone 10,000 upside down. My pay off on my car in 13,800 and is selling in its condition on dealer lots for 18,000 but black book says trade is only 6,000.... Nope, I want 10,000 for it, I'll eat the 3,800 and they have an easy 8,000 profit. That was the last I heard from them. They said, "lets see what we can do" I had to leave to take care of a few things. They never called me back. So what did I do??? I went to Katy, traded my car, got 11,000 for it and bought a Rapture instead. Thank you Planet Ford for NOT SELLING ME ANYTHING. If the deal is not 100 percent in their favor, they blow you off. Avoid these people.

Denise was very good about having my vehicle ready upon arrival and the entire staff was very professional. I had two young children with me and although we spent about 5 hours in the dealership they were very content in the play area the entire time. The only negative was the haggling over the trade value which included some incorrect information designed to maximize the profit margin on the transaction. In the end I believe we worked to a fair value without issue and I walked away happy with my purchase and the level of service commitment after the sale has been great. I also appreciate the time spent with Mike Murphy in finance. I feel he did a great job explaining our options to us. Ben did a great job explaining the MyFord Sync system.

Called Austin the day before we were going to show up and he was waiting for us. Showed us the vehicle we had picked out on the internet and we wound up buying it. I guess the only thing that could possibly be improved and I am not sure it can, is the wait to get all the paper work signed. I know this is a high volume dealer and we were there on a slow day, but if I had to wait 2 hours or more to get the paper work done, I would have gone to another dealer. We did not have to this day, but heard that is a possibility. Over all the experience was very good.

well we got the car we wanted we stated a price the used car dept agreeded then when it came to financing they added 750.00 for prep that was not told to us when we agreeded on the price. i had the car 47 days and i got a check engin light come on the gas sealer was broken when we purchased it they did not tell us so i had to pay 100.00 dollars to get it fixed when that is basic equipment that should have been checked. the service dept took one look at it and said this is the problem its broken. i asked the used car dept to fix it since they just now got my licence plates in and they gave me the wrong plates. and that is a safety issue the gas cap being broken. the manager we sdold it as is we are not responsible he said he would pay part of the labor which is just paperwork they charged 2 hours on the fix but it only took them 20 minutes to fix it and he said we are in our rights. so iguess ur used car dept fix as little as possiable so you have ot bring it back in to get it fixed and you make your money back one way or the other. the service dept was great but the used car dept i will not go back there to buy another vehicle. make sure there are broken items on tyhe outside of the car that need to be fixed and have the used car dept stop acting like a tote your note place. just get them in the car then let them deal with it. the service dept could look and tell the gas cap dealer was bad by just looking at it but the used car refused to take responsibility

I tried but failed to get a sales person to help me for 40 minutes in the showroom on Saturday. To be fair, it was quiet busy. Once I did get a salesperson, she didn't really know much about the MyFord Touch System in the car or how to get the car out of transport mode. I provided this feedback to her after the sale. It's never good to look like you don't understand your product. Being in continuous improvement as a vocation, I also understand you can't improve without honest feedback. Along those lines, I had to wait about 1 1/2 after I decided I wanted the car to see the finance department to go through the forms. This seems excessive and is another area you could improve on. On the positive side, I was very happy that I got to pick and choose the dealer installed options. Too many dealerships shove a bunch of options you don't want down your throat by pre-installing them. Overall a decent experience, but definitely room for improvement.

The buying experience was great, but pick up was quite a hassle. The salesman told me the body work was done then called to sa it wasn't andw as going to be fixed between 6pm that night and 8 am the next morning. After some pressing he agreed to let me come get it but said I would have to speak to someone else for pickup. When I arrived to the dealership I was onc again told it was not ready but after finding the car myself on the lot it was actually ready. However, I discovered the next morning that the car had been driven over 500 miles more than was signed off on by both myself and thefinance guy. I had been given several business cards by the salesman to give to friends. I will not be doing this after the pick up and delivery experience.

I emailed with MeMe several times before we came down and she was always prompt and professional with her responses. One we arrived we were made to feel welcome and kept informed of what was happening at all times. Adam did the financing and was very easy to work with. Showed up at the dealership and found a minivan we liked. We took it for a test drive came back and was ready to sign. I showed mention I was already approved and had my voucher from my bank so this should be a easy deal. First, they came and tried to up the internet price by $3,000 I pointed this out and the came down. Then they tried to sell me that it was a cash deal so they were going to add $1500.00 to the price. I mentioned that would be considered an unfair trade transaction and they instantly said they were sorry it must have been a mistake. Finally we got to finance and they came back with there was a 27% dealership fee they were going to make me pay when it is a dealership fee. The finance guy then said that we had to finance with them and they couldnt do anything for us. They wasted 2 hours of my time with their shady sales tactics and bs fees. I wouldnt not recommend this dealership to anyone.

I was so nervous about my purchase, being a first time buyer. Gino made the experience less stressful and a memorable one! The carI picked was still available on the lot, I test drove and started my paperwork the same day. Upon arrival the next day I was approved for the vehicle of my Dreams!!! My 2008 Lexus IS250! Last night I made a phone call to the dealership inquiring about a car that was for sale on your lot. A pre-owned 2011 VW Jetta 2.5L SEL (black on black). I made an appointment to come in today and view the car and mentioned to the sales person on the phone I have my down payment of $7,500 cash ready to purchase today. Everything sounded wonderful, I even filled out the pre-approval credit app online after I got off the phone and was approved. I showed up for my appointment only to find that the person I had made the appointment with was unavailable to see me, and then someone else walked me around the facility for 30 minutes and had me waiting around wasting my time only to find out that the vehicle had been sold earlier. Now the credit app goes against me as an inquiry. I wasted about 1 hour of my evening and a few gallons of gasoline to get there only to be told the vehicle I was seeking is gone. My suggestion on how to handle this situation with future customers (because I will not be coming back) is that you call the people interested in that vehicle and do them the courtesy of telling them they don't have to waste their time driving up to see a car that does not exist on the marketplace anymore. The dealership knew I had an appointment to view that specific vehicle, and the dealership then sold the car and failed to inform me, thus wasting my valuable time and testing my patience with your organization. I will not be back and will definitely inform my colleagues and associates as well as friends and family of your lack of customer service.

Found a vehicle on cars.com and made several inquiries, emails and phone calls and got no response at all. Must not be interested in selling cars OR they never had the car posted to cars.com in the first place.

I viewed a 2007 Nissan Quest minivan for sale at Planet Ford on the website www.cars.com. It was priced at $11998, which was a good deal for the mileage (68k). I called the toll-free number to verify and to make an offer and I was told that I needed to come into the dealer to negotiate, which I expected. However, I was also told that since the vehicle had been on the lot for a long time, the manager would be more than willing to negotiate because they wanted to move it. I told her I was glad to hear that because I would be driving for over and hour with 3 children to see the vehicle. Upon arrival, the van had a sign in the window stating that the internet price was $24,000 ! This is flatly incorrect, and well over the blue book value, but they were unwilling to negotiate. They either put the sign in the window to make the cars.com price look really good or they made a huge mistake. Either way, my time and gas are wasted, as is my family's patience. I would recommend a more competent dealer.
