Just called these people and whoever I talked to was one of the rudest person I ever talked to in sales. I was trying to make a deal with them and making an offer for a specific vehicle. And as soon as I mentioned my number the guy quickly interrupted me and said “that’s not going to work, so don’t even waste your time with me” I was offering 50k cash for a vehicle that is worth 46k to 48k max, and the guy was trying to tell me that the vehicle is worth more than 56k, he thought because he’s a sales person, he knows everything and tried to make me feel I know nothing about vehicles. Looks to me like he cares more about making money and a good commission to take home than making a good reputation and have good clients because the first thing this guy asked me was how I was going to be paying for the vehicle instead of saying something like what kind of vehicle I’m interested or something. If I was selling a vehicle and someone offered me 50k cash, I wouldn’t treat them the way I was treated. Worst sales experience I ever had. If I could give them zero stars, I would.

This was the best experience I've ever had purchasing a vehicle and I've done a lot. Mike was very helpful and very knowledgeable regarding the purchase of my Tesla. There was no pressure whatsoever and he let the quality of his cars speak for themselves. To be honest, the car was in better condition when I saw it in person, usually it's the opposite. Without a doubt, I recommend the Platinum Auto Group for your next vehicle purchase.

I went in on a Friday afternoon and looked at the trucks they have. I was interested in a 2500HD Chevy crew cab. They had a couple to choose from. All the trucks and cars at this place are in pristine condition. The process was very easy, they gave me a good trade in value on my older truck. They had the right car, in great condition, the price was right. On-line, the car showed very well, and in person, it was outstanding. Exactly as listed. Mike knew I wanted the car, but gave me all the time I needed to research the vehicle, see it in person, and test drive it. He arranged for fantastic financing, and made it all come true. Mike struck me as genuine and trustworthy. I will buy there again.

What a great experience. Michael was super helpful and very professional. Picked out the car I wanted, traded in my lease (with recent damage) and Mike took care of everything (repairs, payoff and will even deliver the lease back to the dealer 75 miles after repairs). Only had to work with one person (Mike) on the entire deal and had no hassles. Best car shopping experience I have had!

We recently purchased a 2010 Ford Super Duty and at first we had a little issue. Drove the truck approximately 40 miles, the check engine light came on and the truck lost power. I emailed Mike right away and Mike stated he would take care of any repairs that needed to be made. A week and a half later the truck was good to go. Mike stood behind his word and never gave us any issues. After the little bump in the road I can say I am a satisfied customer. I highly recommend Platinum! Most places would of ignored my calls........Thank you Mike".

I seen this dealership driving around Victorville I don't live there I live an hour and a half north seen some really nice trucks stopped and looked and the prices were decent. We didn't buy that day but I did call Mike and he was able to give me an estimate on my truck over the phone and when we made an appt to come test drive the new truck his staff and himself were super respectful and helpful on anything we needed. He also kept his word on his estimate of my truck and cut me a deal I could not refuse I would refer all my friends and coworkers to him for a new vehicle. Thanks Mike
