Purchased a truck a couple months ago and was told it was in great condition. It looked rough, but it was a work truck so I didn’t care about the aesthetic. After about a month, I noticed a huge hole in my power steering hose. Every time I poured fluid in, it immediately came out under my truck. Then, not too long after, my serpentine belt snapped while I was driving. When I took the truck to my mechanic, he told me there was a bunch of other issues & that it was highly unlikely I could’ve neglected the vehicle in such a short amount of time to cause all the damage there was. He said there was absolutely no way this truck could even pass inspection, due to mechanical and aesthetic issues. I can’t believe it was sold to me! Ultimately, I got got. It is what it is. Just make sure you know or have someone who knows about mechanics with you before you buy from here!

The experience was Okay. I came here with a friend so i could help him look at a car about a month ago. The people we initially spoke to were very kind . If i had their names i would say who they are . The only person i disliked was Matt. He’s a Typical Car Salesman who’s only interest is to make money. No doubt he thought we were uninformed when he saw a couple of young guys. He completely brushed aside the cars we were looking for and was pressuring my friend to buy something he didn’t want. He even condescended him for wanting the car we initially came there to check out. Looking back i’m glad my friend didn’t come out with a car from them , it seemed like matt wasn’t standing by the quality of the car we went to check out. I know you want to sell cars but theirs better ways of doing that. I left the place with some mixed feelings. All the other people are great.

I purchased a truck about a month ago. Paid Cash. It appeared that everything was okay, the staff was courteous at the time of purchase. Got my mechanic to look it over within days of purchase. Called back because the wheel bearing was bad. I let them know and they gave me the run around and are not even trying to fix it and top it off both of the hub and bearing is bad. My mechanic said he doesn't know how it passed inspection like that. So now i have to kick out more money to get It fixed. I could've got into an accident! Very dissatisfied!

Just purchased a crown vic from these guys. When I test drove the car, there was a minor issue that Matt had fixed immediately. The other lot attendants were very cool and helpful. Would definitely do business with Matt and Platnum Auto and Truck in the future.

I drove nearly 40 miles to this dealership, to see a truck I found on Autotrader. I had a loan check from my bank (as good as cash) and would have bought it that day if I had been satisfied. The salesperson brushed me off when I inquired about the vehicle. He pointed at it and told me to go look at it myself, because he was busy. I looked at it, and it was definitely junk anyway - but it seemed he judged by my appearance that I wouldn't be able to buy, so I wasn't worth being treated with respect. His loss. On top of that, the staff were not distancing or wearing masks.
