We just bought a car from these guys. We talked to Tommy and he he made the process super easy. He was very knowledgeable and the paperwork was done quickly. The car was inspected and detailed prior to us picking it up. I would definitely recommend this place!

I've bought many cars in my life from Dealerships large and small. This was without a doubt the best experience I've ever had purchasing a vehicle! Amazing service, support and down to earth customer service! Either their authentic at this location or faking really well, but they genuinely seem to want to help You! They are sensitive to your time and will collaborate with other team members to get you in your new car as soon as possible! Nick is very genuine, makes you feel at home and not stressed and has the best customer service I have seen in recent years(no exaggeration)! Just overall GREAT service at Platinum!!

I went in on memorial day to look at a low mile Audi. It was a deal. I was very impressed with the casual no pressure service. I was given a nice trade in value and was done in under an hour. This was a great experience in buying a car, better than almost any new car dealer. I can say that I would give these guys my highest recommendation and gladly send them customers. Updates: Went back after 2 year to buy another car because my last car buying experience here was great and my car still perfectly fine. But now I needed a car with more options on it and I did find it and just purchased.

I had an awesome experience buying a car here. Ray and Nick went the extra mile to make me feel comfortable, they were not pushy at all, and they were open and honest of everything. I did not have to ask for anything they showed me the history, they helped me get financing , and the price was so good when I looked up the value I paid less then wholesale. I did not even have to haggle thats was the listed price. two thumbs up I will be recommending this place to all my friends and family!!!! Thanks again Platinum!

I went a bunch of different places looking for a Toyota Highlander or Honda Pilot, and: A) It was nearly impossible to find one I considered to be a good price; and B) I thoroughly disliked working with the sales people at most places (esp. the wholesale places). Platinum Auto is a small place, and parking is a bit cramped, but I'm not there to circle the lot or park; I was there to buy a car. And I got a good one for a great price, traded in my old Explorer and worked with honest, helpful people. Super-efficient yet thorough paperwork process, only maybe 30 minutes (at big dealerships, it sometimes takes HOURS for that stuff). Five stars from me, and though I don't believe in trashing a company I barely worked with, I wouldn't give most of the dealers in the area more than maybe 3 stars.
