So I financed a 2016 Hyundai Volester with this company on March 31, 2021, with a $3500 down payment. A month later, the car caught fire on the highway while I was driving to work. No one would entertain me, other than the front desk person throughout my insurance claim. My insurance company cut them a check for almost $9k, as restitution for the loss. Management never seems to be available, and they don’t even seem to care that they vehicle they sold me served only a month’s purpose. Then, the receptionist tells me that they received the check from the insurance and that I am not required to pay the remaining $5 owed on the vehicle, but if I want another one, I would have to make another down payment on one. How do they still have customers? Everyone I spoke to said that they know someone who lost money from this business. Lucky for them, they got almost $13k for a vehicle that only lasted me a month, with no consideration that if they wanted to keep business, they could have at least put me on another vehicle with a waiver. Just about every other company would do what needs to be done to keep their customers. Someone needs to reach this company how to maintain service.

How I personally feel is there are some rules and bylines that I do not agree with at all. The $250 recovery charge to drive your car back and when u come in to pick up they find pretty much everyway to make it very unpleasant to be there ...I would just say make sure u cross all your t's and dot your I's because they will find a loop hole in every step.

This so called Platinum, is the worst of the worst. My daughter just bought a car and at 5 months her transmission broke. She sign a warranty on a car and the engine was replaced with supposed to be new, however the engine came out of the junkyard. I will report this to Fort hood to make sure this ripped off business is put off limits to soldiers and dependents. If I could I would had given them a -10 in the review chart. But they also have a way to delete those bad reviews

Where do I start? Once upon a time I needed a good work truck that would be dual, stylish, economical. I was introduced to Chris Cassels, and he started to do his magic. It seemed like there was no way that I could get the truck (2007 f-150 Texas Edition) that I needed. Somehow, after several attempts to make it happen I got the approval to buy the truck. Chris has so many tricks up his sleeve. Not taking no for an answer was his motto. Chris went to bat for me, and now I have exactly the perfect truck. Don't waste your time talking to anyone except him. if you do, don't say I didn't warn you. Chris Cassels is the one you want. He get's he job done!
