This is really great place if you are looking for company owned and well maintained trucks. I bought 2 trucks about months ago and both runs good without any issue. Our Business placed a deposit on a truck as it was presented as being in excellent condition. After driving 2 hours to pick up the truck we found that it was in very poor condition. They had taken white spray paint to hide rust and damage and the interior was full of broken parts and a cracked dash. The truck had a major oil leak and was not at all in the condition they had suggested. They refuse to return our deposit and we will be taking legal action against them. Please beware when dealing with this business. They are clearly out to rip people off.

Bought a car here they told me they had replaced a motor mount, three weeks later I had both mounts replaced and they were both old and worn out, so which one was replaced? It was a lie told right to my face. I also asked Does the car have body damage? That is a direct question containing six words. I was told, No, it doesn't. Professional body shop confirms the car was hit and repaired at right side rear. This car is worth at least a few grand less than I paid. Also claimed car was fully serviced, oil was filthy and like water, filters were dirt clogged, what was serviced? LIAR...There's a BILLION cars in this world, buy one from someone who will not lie at your face!! If a car dealer is telling you something it is A LIE!!

I recently purchased a used Audi Q7 from Platinum Autos. Buy a car from him, he really cares about you because he spent an entire hour trying to help me find the lowest insurance quote on the internet because he felt that may insurance company was overpriced. He didn't gain anything from doing this, but he did gain my respect and loyalty. Buy another car and buy it from Triston!!!

The is my first purchase from Platinum Autos in Bellevue and second Mercedes Benz vehicle. Generally, my experience with my first vehicle an 07 S550 purchased CPO in 2010 left me excited to consider a second purchase, Robert did excellent job at Platinum Autos and managed to ease my concerns and now I am driving a 2014 CLS550. Every person I encountered was attentive and always remembered my name over the few months I spent deciding on whether a new car was in my future. Robert clearly put in the best effort in moving the process along with patience, answering all my questions, addressing any of my concerns and always with a warm smile and firm handshake of a friend greeting a familiar face. I will not say I was not hustled in anyway by the dealership on price, but I at least appreciate the effort of making sure I did not notice. Checked out their website and saw fair prices. Decided to go take a look commuting about 20 miles, and when we arrived they had no sales person on site. No one came out of the office/home. Saw a blonde woman take a peek so after walking the small lot I walked up to the office and the woman was rude and not helpful at all. She sent me back down to the lot to find their mechanic John. I guess they didn't want to do business, so I left.

We came in to Platinum Autos having been a customer and owner of Honda. So we were aware of the company. (though we had owned an older BMW that had been in service at Platinum Bellevue with satisfactory results prior) Looking for a pre-owned certified car we were just finalizing the model we wanted and to start searching for what was available at the time when we came in. We were put in the capable hands of our client advisor, Robert was nothing short of a perfect experience. Robert helped us to see what was available based on models that may work for us with the options we were looking for and details that came up in conversation. That day though, little was that matched our wishes but Robert looked at his manifests and was able to find one coming in soon that may be worth a look. No pressure, just a possibility to check it out when it arrived. He kept us informed as to its status and when it arrived on the floor a couple days later, we were the first to look it over. Rather quickly, we had negotiated the deal and the car was ours. No pressure and no gimicks. After a fix of a windshield flaw, we picked it up a couple days later. A nice little part of it was that when we came into get it, it was sitting out front and all polished and showcased, quite the treat after buying a car, I must say. Robert is an easy going advisor, good listener and patient. Wants to connect people with the vehicle that works for them. His demeanor makes the process seamless and luxurious. He stayed as long as needed to get the details ironed out and all the finer points of the new BMW configured to just us (the owner(s). We left with a nearly new BMW, under a great warranty, with the backing of a good dealership both in the sales side and the service side (we were later contacted by service with a nice introduction email stating their part with any help required). We liked our experience over at Platinum Autos They definitely know how to do business. customers first. Period. We love our BMW and would buy another from this dealership and Robert again specifically, but since we love this one so much it may be awhile. So until then we can only offer a hearty referral to others.

Tried to sell me a car for $5000.00 when he had the same vehicle listed for $4000.00 on cars.com. Then, after a lot of huffing and puffing, brings the price down to $4000.00 giving me the excuse that he bought the vehicle for the same price. Apparently, the first non-profit used car dealer in the country.

Simply just very rude on the phone. I called to see if a car was in stock and it was like they were giving me attitude that I was even asking. The guy did not even say I'm sorry the car is no longer in stock. He just said "It got sold last night." like it was nothing. Disappointed after seeing all these good reviews about them. Thought they would be friendlier.

Great experience buying a new car We did research on the web, got it down to a few models. Finally, we filled out a questionnaire on their website and just expected some spam. We were very surprised when we received an e-mail that night with a page full of pictures and prices of the car we wanted in their inventory. We were very selective and picked the Fusion I am really happy with how I got the car, because it meant my wife did not have to come with me and spend an extra five hours looking at cars. I went in, signed the paperwork, and was out in a littile under 1 hour. The service is very fast, but friendly. I'll be coming back again!
