This experience with Platnium Chevrolet was a completely different experience from any I've had in the past. The service was professional and thorough and at no time did I feel talked down to or pressured to purchase unnecessary services. My service writer Jesse was very personable and went above and beyond to help me with my service. I went in for a routine oil change and was informed that I had an oil leak from somewhere in the engine. Jesse got me scheduled quickly for the repair, informed me that it was covered under warranty and set me up with a replacement car. This was all during the week of Thanksgiving too. The repair took a day and I was on the road again after the holiday in my vehicle. It was effortless, I really didn't have to do anything. The attendant in the parking lot who was my first contact with the dealership was also professional and friendly. He's a great asset to your company. I wish the ladies in the billing and payments area were as friendly. All in all, I appreciate the time and effort the dealership went to with servicing my vehicle. I will return in the future for any repairs/services needed.

The customer service gentleman was friendly and courteous. Very accommodating. I also appreciate the taxi service they offer to take you where you need to go without your car while they work on it and they pick you up when the car is ready. Much nicer than standing around waiting. The service was a check up and tire rotation so unknown how well the work was.

The folks at Platinum Chevrolet run a class operation. Their service is excellent - they've kept my Aveo humming for many thousands of miles so far. They are always pleasant and professional, give me a shuttle ride home and back to the dealership when my car is ready for pickup and if there is a problem, they will take it back and work to correct it, no questions asked. My trusty ride always comes back from their service purring in great shape and brand-new shiny from the included car wash. What's not to like? I can recommend Platinum Chevrolet without reservation. We"be been very happy with our 2011 Traverse LT. It has had a few problems and some unexpected maintenance cost, but overall a very nice, comfortable car, with good gas mileage for its size. Excellent on the highway, especially when using cruise control, decent in the city.

Buying the vehicle from Ken was a great experience. He was very knowledgeable about the Chevy volt. I would recommend him to my friends and family if they were interested in buying a Chevy. My only disappointment was after all the paperwork was signed, I was called and told my lease wasn't accepted by the bank due to an error on the lease agreement and they explained I needed to come down and resign. I live 30 miles away and have one day off a week so this was an inconvenience on my end. When I explained this to Nicole, she said they could have brought the paperwork to me which I was not aware of! She didn't seem to care I was wasting my day resigning something I was assured was all good a week earlier. Nothing was offered or given to me for my inconvenience. You might see how this experience could be considered disappointing.

A devoted Subaru owner/lover, I haven't bought a new car in 15 years, and I expected it to be a hassle and for the salesperson to try to rip me off (cynical much?) What I experienced at Platinum Chevrolet was the exact opposite of that.I had done a lot of research ahead of time about the Volt, so I knew the right questions to ask. Joe Herrera was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and no pressure. I really just felt like he was there to help me rather than rip me off. I trusted him right away.When I found the actual car I wanted at another dealership, Joe and Gerry bent over backwards to get the car to Santa Rosa for me.After we negotiated (which was really easy and I felt like I got a good deal,) I made an appointment to pick up the car and do all the paperwork. Everyone there- especially Joe and Mark and Nicole- worked hard to make extra sure I was happy and satisfied with their service.Platinum Chevy completely changed the way I feel about buying a car. I am THRILLED with my new Volt, and I am in the process of talking a good friend of mine into considering one as his next car. I already gave him Joe's number.I look forward to going to visit and say Hi when I come back to get my oil changed. The whole experience was terrific - I walked into the dealership, explained that I wanted to drive the Impala, liked it, Agent Chris Navarro listened carefully to my needs and there were several excellent models in stock (that makes a difference). Chris found the car I wanted, and got me a great deal (I checked online) - and with NO pressure offered financing at very attractive rates. Beware of Platinum Chevrolet and David Barnes at Platinum Chevrolet!!!! They sold me an SUV that had been in an accident and didn't disclose it on the Carfax. The accident was so severe it damaged the front impact bar, front absorber, and the a/c condenser, all of which had to be replaced at my expense. When I brought the matter to the attention of David Barnes he was rude, unaccommodating, and condescending, sending me a check for only a portion of my out of pocket expenses for having to have the vehicle repaired. I've never known a business to treat a customer with such utter disrespect. This was my first and last experience with Platinum Chevrolet.

Scheduled an oil change for 2 pm. When I got there I was informed they were running behind. Not a big deal, as I am writing a new book, I sat and wrote for most of the time. The person I directly dealt with was Phil in the service department. He was awesome to work with. We played phone tag for awhile, but he was very patient with me. He was helpful, honest, got back to me right away when I left a message. He made sure my vehicle was in tip top shape to take on vacation with my family. He insured me that it was good to go. Service department always friendly and attend to your needs when have your car serviced. A shuttle is always provide for a ride home or to work and you are giving a ride back to the dealership to pick you car up when service is completed.

Klint listen to what I was looking for and my timeframe I wanted to do it in was not pushyvery helpful and very knowledgeable. I believe he even came in on his day off to finalize the deal. Which I did not realize till later. Very satisfied. Klint above and beyond the call of duty. Last week, my wife and I were looking for a 2012 Carlisle Blue Corvette on the internet and found several. Platinum Chevrolet had an ad at Cars.com with the best price and what appeared to be an excellent very clean car. I submitted a request for more information at about 7:30 PM Monday night, Nov. 17, hoping for a call back the next day. Joe Herrera called me back in about 10 minutes that same night. I asked him a few questions that he answered immediately. But, a few of my questions required some research and some photos, so he said he would get them answered the next day and send me an email with the photos. Early on Tuesday morning, Joe sent me the information I needed to make my decision to buy this car. Jessica took two our calls with more questions that morning, and she was also extremely helpflul. Joe then took my credit card info and agreed to hold the car. My wife and I had other commitments for Tuesday and Wednesday and were not able to fly to San Francisco until Thursday. Joe said he would send a car to pick us up at SFO which sounded great to us! On Thursday morning, his driver, Rick Wise, was right on time at SFO and drove us to Santa Rosa very smoothly. Rick was very personable and we really enjoyed talking to him about jobs, cars, family, travel and life in general. Rick knew a lot about the area and answered all our questions very well. At Platinum Chevrolet, we were greeted at the door by Joe and everything after that went just great. He had our car parked in the middle of the showroom like it was the star of the day which we really liked. All the other C7's were parked as if they were looking at our C6 with envy! Joe was very friendly and knowledgeable and answered all of our questions very well. All the paperwork went well with Nicole. She was also very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Joe then explained how the various systems on the car worked and then we were off into the rain driving back to our home in Arizona. The car ran great and was such a joy to drive! Now it is all cleaned up and in our garage. Sure is pretty!

This dealership is made up of quality people, from the Service Support Group, the Sales Person and the closing account manager. I was very pleased with the sincerity and down to earth level of the people I dealt with, it made the overall experience a good one. I would recommend this dealership to anyone, whether purchasing new or used, they are good people.

I was slightly hesitant when I found the car I wanted 90 miles away from home. We dealt with Chris Foy from on line sales and he made everything easy. I was trading in my vehicle and really wanted to know things weren't going to change (from what is said on the phone to when you are there in person). From the moment we made the drive and stepped foot into Platinum Chevrolet it was a piece of cake. Greeted by friendly staff, they held true to what was discussed over the phone, and even gave me slightly MORE for my trade in vehicle. We brought our kids and were in and out with a brand new car in under 2 hours. I highly recommend this place, and if you can ask for Chris Foy, he won't steer you wrong. If I could give more stars I would!!!!

We were looking for a hard to find used Chevy for my wife. Eric Nelson worked with us and kept me informed when any Captivas were scheduled to arrive. My wife hesitated on the first one's she looked at and they moved quickly. Eric was kind enough to keep an eye out for what we were looking for and kept in touch. A week or 2 later another arrived and he informed us so I could schedule a visit before it sold. ( Platinum was kind enough to let me take it home overnight to show my wife) She liked the 2014 we looked at and the asking price was good so we bought the auto the very next day. Painless paperwork, courteous service and follow through. I would highly recommend. (other dealerships I visited, not so helpful or honest or good prices)

It's always a chore when one needs to purchase a new vehicle, as least Chris Foy and the sales manager Mark did make the buying experience an informed one. Sometimes things do take a while waiting on lender responses, but Chris made sure I was always informed of the process. Eric Nelson was our sales rep. We went in looking for a reliable used SUV. Eric listened to our needs and desires and took the time to only show us vehicles that matched our criteria. We looked at a lot of vehicles. At no time did we ever feel any pressure to purchase any vehicle. We felt we could leave at any time and return or not. This made it easy. We decided upon a vehicle. It had just arrived and had not been fully processed and was filthy. As we were signing the contract papers, Platinum was cleaning the vehicle. Platinum noticed a cracked tail light. Since used vehicle sales are "As-is," Platinum was under no obligation to do anything about the light, after all, we had already done the walk through and noted condition of vehicle. Platinum approached us and stated they noticed the tail light and were going to replace the tail light at their cost. Thank you Platinum for going just that little extra; we appreciate that. Repairs were quick and efficient. Vehicle contracts and finance contracts are never simple documents, but Platinum staff made the process as easy as they could. So thank you to Eric for his great work helping us find a fantastic vehicle that perfectly suited our needs. Thank you to Tim in finance for making the financing process as painless as possible. And thank you to Platinum as a dealership. This is our 2nd vehicle from them and they will definitely get all of our future service.

I was considering a new Chevy Impala to be my new vehicle for work. I met Eric Nelson on the sales floor when I was looking for the fleet manager. Eric mentioned that their fleet manager only works with commercial customers and that he could help me. He did an excellent job showing me the car and going over all of its specifications. The car drove great and was very comfortable. I mentioned to Eric that I wanted their best price and that I did not have the time to play the negotiation game. He understood and came back with their offer. Based on my research, their offer wasn't close to what I had in mind. As I was walking out of the building, Eric introduced me to the Sales Manager. He said that the price is the lowest he could go, maybe another $150 off. After I left, I received a phone call from Eric. After talking to Eric and the Sales Manager, the price was dropped $1,000. I realize that some people like this game, but I am a business man and don't have the time to spend at a dealership. I ended up purchasing a vehicle from another dealership that allowed me to work through the fleet manager.

My gf and i went into this dealership with a tough bargain. We needed to trade in two cars and get to different ones under a new lower budget since she's a stay at home mom now. I went to 6 dealerships in two days and no dealership went to the lengths and put themselves knee deep in my situation with me as this one. We found a common ground and found two great cars in our price range that worked with all of our negative equity we had on one of our vehicles. They have changed our lives by involving themselves and diving into our family. I can't imagine going any where else ever again and id tell anyone to try them first. The salesperson I dealt with was very nice. Even though I am a senior woman on her own he appeared pleasant enough. However, not seeing what I was looking for, ie: they didn't have it in stock, I was told they could do a dealer trade. I then left asking them to locate a vehicle and call me. After a week went by I called in and was handed off to someone else on the phone. There however was a problem before then. A friend of mine had purchased a new vehicle from them and was instructed by the sales person how to fill out the Customer Service Inquiry Card. While she had been happy with the sales person and the pricing, she was not happy at all when the add on's she had paid for were not completed when she went to pick it up. She explained this to the salesperson and was told by him that if she did not give the dealership a glowing recommendation or a perfect 5 out of 5 score he could be fired. What in the world is wrong with Chevrolet? I don't understand how you can threaten to fire someone over something that is not their fault. Nor should you influence the consumer to be complicit in lying over their satisfaction of a vehicle.

I just wanted to take some time to share my recent visit at Platinum Chevrolet. I use to worry that I would bring my car in to a dealership and come out with a lot less in my pocket but with the visits at Platinum I was greatly impressed with the savings. The service person Rob was the best, I felt leaving there we new each other for ever. He truly treated me well. He had my car looked at in a timely manner and went over all that was needed to be repaired not making me feel rushed to make a decision. Rob returned my calls promptly he worked with me on getting my car repaired without feeling like he was taking advantage of me in price . I would say to anyone if you need repairs or looking to buy a vehicle I would call Platinum Chevrolet.

Left my new Volt for 6 days to have upholstery treated. They repaired an antenna problem but never got to the upholstery. They never mentioned it when we picked the car up. When I went back to get the warranty, they admitted that they hadn't done the work. Not sure if they are scam artists or just idiots.

I ordered touch-up paint, and was told it would be there in 1 week. They also said they would call me. After 3 weeks and not hearing from them, I went to Platinum to see what was happening. Guess what? My paint was there. I also waited 20 minutes for someone to show up to check me out.

My car had a dead battery, which AAA replaced with a new one on Saturday. However, on the drive home I realized that the radio was completely dead, and my remote zapper was not working on the door locks, trunk, or horn. There was also a new vibration noise in the engine compartment that made me wonder if the new battery was tightened down, or if any spare parts were left inside. Jen, in the service department got my car in first thing Monday morning. My radio was fixed, my remote zapper was fixed, and since my car was due for an oil change anyway, that was taken care of, as well as washing it. Everything was checked and resolved for the normal price of an oil change. The courtesy shuttle picked me up at noon, and I was back at work by 12:30. It just doesn't get any better than that!
