I have to commend Omar and Richard for a job well done. These guys went above and beyond what they were required to do to make sure I was happy. Since I purchased the car late in the afternoon I was at the dealership well after closing time and was never rushed so people could get home quicker. Even after all of this Omar took the time to sit down in the car with me and go over the different features the car had. Once I got home with my car it would not start back up. I quickly called Omar and he brought a battery down to my house and put it in himself. He did all this with a smile on his face the entire day. I don't think you will ever find a duo like Omar and Richard.

I had the best experience buying a car at Plaza Auto Mall a few months ago. My sales person Dexter was extremely helpful, all of my questions about the car were answered promptly and I felt like I was being taken care of. I love my new Odyssey and the deal I got on it. Being a single mom with small children I had no transportation to come to the dealership to pick up my car, so Miguel made the car delivery himself which was the icing on the cake. I will definitely refer it to my family and friends!

I purchased a Civic here nearly a year ago and my husbands car broke down last week so we were in the market for another vehicle. We decided to go back to Steven since we had such a great experience last time. My husband picked out a new Accord and loves it! I have been a Plaza Auto Mall customer for 5 years. I have bought 2 vehicles from them & always have them serviced at Honda's service department. I cannot say enough positive things about both the dealership & Rodney in particular. Everyone including the service staff is consistently polite, upbeat, & genuine from their initial greetings to stamping my paperwork paid for service done. It is always a pleasure....May this dealership & its workforce live long & prosper!!!

I have been to this dealership many times. I have purchased new cars and had service done. Every time that I go there, I am greeted with a friendly atmosphere. When buying a car, it's no nonsense. When having service done, it's always done on time and the quality of the work is unbeatable. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking to buy a used car, new car, or have service done on their current auto.
