We had a great experience here. Doug our salesman answered all our questions and found us the truck we wanted. We got a great price on our new Ram 1500 and a good deal on our trade in also. They are also lifting the truck for us and are getting it done very quickly and at competitive price.We have used the service depth in the past for our Jeep also and they have done a great job in that department also. Everyone we dealt with at the dealership was very friendly and knowledgeable. We will definitely use them again and send friends and relatives there also.

Mike did a wonderful job getting parts for my hellcat and the mechanics also did a great job Mike stayed in contact with me through the whole process whether the news was bad or good thanks guys was not happy with Chrysler corporations not covering full price of clutch but I have my hellcat back

We went to Plaza yesterday 7/16/2016 and traded in Our Jeep for a 2500 Ram 4x4 Cummins diesel. My husband and I have dealt with tons of dealerships in the past 20 years of buying cars and trucks and Plaza and Shane Dempsey far exceeded anyone of them. This was the best experience, most professional, and easiest car buying process. Shane went above and beyond for us !! We will never buy from anywhere ever again!! The financing person was the friendliest and most interactive also we actually got to walk in his office and talk to him and communicate about our transaction. If ANYONE needs a vehicle go here, you wont be dissapointed.

This is the 5th car I have purchased for this dealership, I would highly recommend them. Very friendly, they go beyond the norm from other dealerships. Their service department is just as great, I have never had an issue with using the service department.

Plaza Owner /Managers, Matt is going above and beyond for you and your customers. My application was hitting all kinds of bumps and stealing most of his day. But, he helped us with each and everyone and even sat quiet as I dealt with Insurance company after company. His personality was not the typical that I have experienced at other places. He actually cared and didn't spring any I need thousands of dollars down jargon. He simply told us the truth about what we could get and we would have to work our way up to being able to get what we wanted. Thank you Matt!!!

Bought a new 2015 dodge found out later could have gotten same car a year newer for same price some where else.Since the purchase have had to go through Dodge corporate to get warranty repairs done.These has been the worst buying experience my wife and I have ever had . Will not go back to this dealer under any circumstances .

After checking out cars at different dealerships I was pleasantly surprised by the outstanding customer service I experienced at Plaza Chrysler. I was greeted with a smile and a handshake and Shane Dempsey guided me step by step as I went through the buying process. He was knowledgeable and very willing to answer all my questions and he had the patience to walk me through it all. I left with a beautiful car and a smile on my face. One of the greatest car buying experience I have ever had!! My wife and I had their complete undivided attention thru out the entire process and made us feel like a priority to them. I was there Christmas eve day.Looking to make a deal fo Christmas..Told the salesman my wife was on a breathing machine.I told him I would talk to her when I got home and let him know.He tried to call her !!I asked him what he was doing and he said she can't talk but she can listen !!! We came back to this dealership because they covered an expensive repair when the car was 3 months out of warranty. The sales staff is very low pressure and very professional and fast.We got a great deal on a new car and a great price for our trade in.We will continue doing business here and recommend you give them a try when searching for your next vehicle

Dealership gave more than a fair amount for my trade in and sold me their truck for LESS than any where else that I had been to. They also offer free car washes for as long as I own my vehicle which is a big bonus. The sales people were great as well as the managers. I will definitely be purchasing all my future vehicles from Plaza in Inverness.

The dealer are nice until you sign, after that They do nothing for you they way over charge for there vehicles they make it look like they give a lot for your trade but we all know that is on paper only go to any other dealer most of them give free gas cards or oil changes or something this place will not after you sigh or make sure it is in before you sign most dealers even after you sign will fill gas tank or give something but not here if you are smart you will go to any other dealer I am said to say i wish i did when I got my car there it was down a have a tank and thy would not top it off I new right then I bout at a bad dealer

What is wrong with Florida car dealers. This is the second one I have made an appointment at with the promise of having my parts there and drove almost an hour to get there and be told sorry I don't have your part.

I called and made an appt to get my transmission fluid flushed. Price quoted was $170 +/-. Also asked to have engine oil and filter changed ,I supplied the oil and filter. Price quoted $10 +/-. I was also told it would take about an hour. A little over two hours later I paid the bill - $218.61 This is almost $40 over the quoted price. The job was so messy that I now have oil spots on my garage floor. I also got oil drip on my head while the mechanic was showing all the things he could charge me to fix that he took an hour of careful inspection to find, this was called a free 27 point safty inspection. I allowed myself to think that I would get a better job at a dealership than a quick oil change place. The next time I will go back to the quick oil change shop where I can get my transmission flushed, oil supplied and changed in about 45 minutes at a cost of about $160, and when I am done I wont have to clean my garage floor!
