I used to work there and left on good terms with everyone… but recently my jeep has had some issues plaza is the only place that has worked on my until now. Plaza told me my tires where fine after they had to plug one of them they warrped all of my lug nuts and the tires still kept loosing air… my response to the new service manager was if I needed a new tire and the plug didn’t fix it then why didn’t someone advise me ?? I guess even if you work for the company it doesn’t matter

Used to be a great dealership, general maintenance service is expensive in my opinion, poor inventory on vehicles, staff used to be very personable and cordial if you were in the waiting room, now nobody says a word. Way different atmosphere. Love the Dodge brand but exceptional customer courtesy and care has disappeared.

The leadership there is awesome! Antoine the GM and his management team makes coming there very pleasant now. Thier new Service Director Don Lindsay is really concerned about the customer needs instead of the dealership which I see a difference in his Techs and even Advisors customer service. Great job Plaza Chrysler of Inverness, FL! Worth the drive and worth the time!

I recently bought a 2018 Dodge Journey here at Plaza. It wasn't an easy for me to get a loan, but Mike in finance was amazing! He did everything to get my loan approved so I would have a nice vehicle for my handicapped son and I. Words can't express how happy we both are. I also have the pleasure of working here as well.
