It's a nice place to go. Polite front desk and helpful sales person. Person responsible for banking process was very helpful as well. Totally I liked the place and leasing process.

I was sure that some fun and games were going to be played when I went in to sign my lease papers and, instead, my original deal was honored. On top of that, I was finished in less than 30 minutes. I worked with Claudio (sales) and Julio (finance). One last point; neither of them nagged me with follow-up calls between my initial visit and lease signing, the whole thing moved at my pace.

Marvin was my salesperson. He was super friendly, understanding and very easy to work with. I left there feeing confident about such a big move and knowing that i would recommend everyone I knew to that dealership.

Very pleasant experience dealing with everyone. Up front people worked out the lease deal on a 2016 Kia Sorento.. Dealt with Claudio on-site to sign paperwork, insurance and everything else. He made sure I knew everything about the vehicle prior to me leaving the dealership - he is clearly the Kia product knowledge guy there. Julian, who reviewed the lease and financing terms was brief, no-nonsense and to the point. The dealership is about 45 minutes from my home so not necessarily convenient but I will return when the Kia lease is up and deal with them again. The managers are also worth a mention, Julio and Stephanie, since they orchestrated everything to run smooth and they seem to operate a very honest business. I wasn't the only customer they were tending to, but they made sure I felt like I was and I appreciated that. Felt very "in the loop" throughout the whole process.. Very happy with my purchase here and will be recommending anyone I know to go see the people at Plaza Kia!

this is the place to go to for your new car. they have all the brands on one block. they can help you compare each one without a hidden motivation to sell you one brand. plaza kia staff is great, honest and upfront people. they are straight forward and will work to get you into what you need. see Claudio or stephany

You wont be disappointed at Plaza KIA. I left a deposit at Nement for an Optima LX with backup camera in white. They told me 2-3 days. I wanted over 10 days before finally going to other dealerships. The one in Staten Island is no good either. They have like 6 cars on display on the side of their Toyota store. Finally, I went to PLAZA. They have a huge lot in kings plaza mall where you can see all the colors and models. They beat everyones price and theyre not your typical car salesmen. They are understanding and they seem genuinely interested in making everything work for you. If youre getting a Kia, go the Plaza and tell them Steve sent you.

Great customer service. My purchase was the easiest it's ever been. Marvin Smith my rep listened to my needs and wants and was able to put me into a car that won't break my pockets as well as give me all the perks I wanted. I was very please how quickly and efficiently he worked. The finance dept was also great. Everyone was pleasant and friendly. I appreciate what they did for me.

Bought my car here last week and couldn't be happier with them. I shopped a bunch of places and they were by far the best value and they explained everything to a T for me - a nervous nelly buyer as it is. I am especially happy with the management staff because they are out on the floor to talk to you and they are not hidden like all the other places I've been to. They have no problem talking to you and explaining what is going on and they kept their word. Would heavily recommend seeing Julio Stefanie and Marvin at Plaza Kia.
