I purchased a vehicle from Pleasure Ride Auto nearly 2 years ago now. That vehicle was in very good condition then, and is still in very good condition. The overall experience was very positive from start to finish. When I asked the staff if I could take the vehicle to a local shop to receive a pre-purchase inspection, they had no objections and agreed to let me get it inspected. After the inspection, there was a relatively small problem with the vehicle, however, Pleasure Ride Auto made a reasonable accommodation to the asking price of the vehicle. I would recommend Pleasure Ride Auto to others looking for a vehicle, and I would purchase from them again.

Although I had a great experience at the lot and on the phone while purchasing the vehicle after the fact not so much. Literally the day after I purchased the car The tire pressure monitor light comes on. I get it looked at and it needs a new tire pressure sensor. While having the tire pressure sensor getting checked they inform me that there’s a recall that was not done which is fine I was willing to let that go. When the mechanic was looking at the tire pressure monitor he then informed me that the two rear tires on the vehicle first off did not match second off were not safe to drive on in any weather so I had to get those changed so now I’m getting angry.... Then after all this the car started acting up and won’t turn off. Keeps saying put the car in park before turning off the car. “the car is already in park” So I take it to the shop to get it looked at again and the car needs a whole new shifter. After all said and done this totals up to almost $500 and I haven’t even had the car two months I called them and all they said was to leave a message So I did and never heard from them not even a screw you.... So I sent an email and still nothing not even an email back. Basically very upset at this point but nothing I can do now other then count my losses and deal with it. I drove 2 hours to get this car and do business with these people and this is how I’m treated. If you do business here take the car to a mechanic first and check the recalls before buying.

Got a good deal on a 2008 GMC Yukon XL. There was an issue right after I bought it, but they made it right. This is a well run family business. Would definitely do business here again.
