I just bought a Honda Pilot from PMR! It had couple things to fix... But the owners and stuff from PMR helped to get the pilot ready. Great place to buy a car.. PMR gave me a great deal with the pilot! Had a great experience with PMR. I definitely recommend this dealer!

I have been through many many car purchases and gone to many dealerships. PMR Auto and staff are by far the best I've ever been too. I purchased a 2011 Honda Pilot from them and have had it for 2 or 3 months and am very pleased. They were all courteous, professional, and didn't feel like a main stream dealership with all the hassles and pushy sales men. They made the experience feel comfortable, and gave any and all information was asked about. They even took the time to explain extra details about warranties, Gap ins, and look up a car that was close to their price to make sure I was getting the best deal. I even went back a few months later because I found out my alignment was off. They didn't have to fix it or even look at it for me because I bought the car as is, but they still looked at it and fixed it free of charge. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone!! Thank you PMR Auto for everything!

I bought a car 2 months ago from PMR and have regretted it everyday. The car was in a prior accident which they did not disclose during the buying process. They show you one page of the Carfax which had that portion blanked out. The car's passenger window and lock didn't work, back brakes and rotors were shot and an oil leak. They fixed the brakes and rotors but who sells a car with this type of mechanical work. If you go here, please ask for the full Carfax, take the car to a mechanic and ask all the questions prior to purchasing

We bought a 2009 Chevrolet Suburban in outstanding condition while also trading in our 2008 Honda Pilot that we bought from them almost exactly 2 years ago.The process was quick and uncomplicated. The customer service was outstanding!!! We have 3 children all under 4 so long meetings of any kind can be draining on them. Travis was more than accommodating to us and our children. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for great service and great deals!!!

I owe Dean Andrus, and the guys at PMR Auto an apology. I came to the wrong conclusion when I couldn't get a hold of Dean and Made assumptions that weren't fact. When I purchased my 2010 VW Jetta from PMR, I knew it had damage to the rear end that had been repaired. After my purchase, I discovered additional damage at the front end that had been poorly repaired. After calling Deans attention to this, he had me bring my car down to Triple R Body Shop where the hood was re-aligned. There was also damage to the front grille, and what I didn't know, but found out after giving PMR a bad review (assuming incorrectly that they weren't going to help me out with it), was that Dean had ordered a replacement and was going to have Triple R replace it for me. We failed to communicate with each other, and I let my emotions get me embarrassed. Dean has helped make the car as good as I could hope, and future customers need to know that PMR has a great desire to have a good reputation, and are willing to work hard for it. Thank you Dean, and the other fellas at PMR. I have some more work to do, but you've helped make this a beautiful and sound car. I have a 1990 Jetta that I've owned for the last 25 years, and I hope to keep this in the stable until I retire in another 20 or so.

Went in last week and found a car I feel in love with. The attention from the staff was second to none, the owners were there and were more than helpful. I had my financing already arranged but they went through my credit union and even got me a better rate. I would strongly recommend PMR to anyone.

I have gone into PMR a few times to look at a cars, Saturday being the most recent. I have never had a salesman get out of the office to help me. I expressed interest in a particular car and they told me it was "getting an oil change" and off the lot. I actually found the car in the back of the lot. I wouldn't think too much of this but it has happened twice before. I guess I have learned my lesson about PMR, their salesmen are rude. I will never go back and never recommend,

I bought my Honda Accord EX-L at PMR. They were really cool and had my hood and roof repainted. They also put new Honda factory rims on the car, with new tires. The car has been great. In eight months of owning the car I have only needed to put front brakes on it. I have had many compliments on my car. Dealership Customer Service: 7 Taking Care of the Cars: 10 Finance: 8 Detail Quality: 10 My last car was not paid off until nearly six weeks after it had been traded in to PMR. I do not know if it was an over-site or not. It would appear that it has happened to other customers. I would do business with PMR again as they have the best used cars in the area. Two recommendations when doing business with them. 1. Make sure you are provided an appropriate Car Fax report. My Experience: Car Fax was not provided. (Cost too much I was told). Luckily my car had a clean title. (I had to buy my own Car Fax). Not the typical experience. 2. Make sure that you get it in writing that your car will get paid off. My Experience: I had to call one of the owners to have a check sent overnight to my previous lender as they threatened to go to PMR and pick the car up for lack of payment. I was always current on payments until it sat on their lot for six weeks without a payment being made as they did not pay it off in a timely matter. Literally weeks after they put the car out for sale at the dealership. If you get these two things addressed appropriately, I think that you will have a pleasant buying experience with PMR. IN THE END THEY MADE EVERYTHING RIGHT.

Had a year experience with the staff. Was amazed how fast it was to get amy truck with them. I will buy again from them for sure.
