We purchased a used 2014 Chevy. It was left at the dealership for several days for it to be certified and detailed. When it was time to be picked up, it was not detailed (from what I could tell, at all) and by the time we got it home it was making loud noises. Not sure how this was not caught during the certification inspection, but it was eventually taken care of after parts were ordered and it was delivered back to us. The amount of time taken for all this to be cleared up, was to me excessive. Everyone we dealt with however, was nice and friendly. Just not sure where the breakdown occurred in the process.

I purchased my 2014 pickup from poage auto in hannibal mo. the whole buying process was great . my chevy silverado is a great truck, it gets 24 mpg highway as advertised , it gets 18-19 mpg city. I could not be happier with the looks or the performence . silverado is a great truck and poage auto is a great dealership.
