I drive 70 miles for routine service! know I can depend on your service department every time I visit. I can talk to your service technicians and get a straight answer if I have a question or concern. You do everything in your power to make repairs in the same visit. We have bought two Dodge trucks from Poage so far and am sure we will be back in the future! And a big plus is how fast your free WIFI service is. Helps the time past much faster.

Needed an oil and filter change and some warranty work completed. The warranty work took longer than a day so I was provided a loaner car. When I returned to pick up my car, everything was ok and I paid my bill for the oil change. However, when I first arrived for my oil/filter change, I presented a 10% off coupon. When I paid my bill they forgot about the 10% off and I didn't remember until after I left the agency.

Poage Chrysler Dodge is very customer oriented. They aim to please and do their best to meet you in the middle. I bought a new 2015 Ram 1500. They drove 500 miles to pick it up from another dealer to meet my option requirements. I already know their service department is great since we purchased a 2012 Ram 3500 from them two years ago. They are straight forward and do their best to fix it right the first time.And we drive all the way from southeast Iowa for their great service department!
