I would recommend this KIA dealership to everyone and my mother, we where greeted upon arrival and courteously shown the vehicles we asked about, there was no pressure to get what we did not want and patience with us as we made up our minds on our selection. From there the team worked with us and made sure we understood our options and walked us through the process without making us feel like a burden. Shout out to Angel the sales manager there who made every effort to get us the best deal possible. And shout out to Daniel who met us the moment we pulled in and made us feel like family. 5 stars if I could give 6 I would.

I had the pleasure of meeting Mr. King (salesman) and had a fun time getting to know him while test driving my dream car! He made me feel comfortable and welcomed and put my nerves at ease! I am extremely grateful for the flexibility of him and the staff to help me as a first time car buyer. I walked away with a BEAUTIFUL car that I will feel safe in along with my children! I understand that times are tough and challenging right now due to covid and we all have a job to do and a living to make. Glad I was able to do it at Kia Pomona!

If you’re a first time buyer definitely recommend going here and getting help from Sean Garcia. He was extremely patient and understanding and was willing to work with my needs to find the best fit for me. The process was not long at all was in and out very smooth and easy process. Definitely walked out of there with a better car than expected to get, Sean was able to sit down and give me all of my opinion from point A to B sat there and compared prices to find the best price for me that was affordable for me. His service was a 10/10 I definitely recommend coming here to buy your cars you will definitely find amazing prices and excellent service !!! Sean is the man to go too!!!

Service department could use better customer service. I won’t be driving from Riverside to this Kia service center anymore, not that they care thou. The gentleman might be in training but I remember Stephanie would give my husband and I phenomenal service. Was just calling back to ask about my recalls, if those were fixed but I guess I’ll just pick up my car.
