I worked with Shaun Elling on a recent car purchase and it was a pleasure. All Poquet salespeople are wonderfully honest, supportive, and low pressure. but Shaun stood out even in this group.This is my first time working with Shaun but it is the 4th time I have been involved in purchasing a car at Poquet.I love the fact that there is no haggling over price, and that you know you will be getting a fair price for a trade in. The most recent car I bought was a 2013 model and because I had concerns about the warranty running out Shaun suggested the Lifetime warranty. Everything has gone smoothly with the two cars I bought and with the two cars family members bought. There is a security to buying a car in Poquet that I do not feel any other car dealership. I have had absolutely no problems, but I have confidence that if I did, I would get great service and the warranty would be honored. The service people are just as wonderful and helpful as the salespeople.

By far the best car purchase experience I've ever had! I arranged to have the car shipped to me in the UK from Poquet in MN. I'd been looking for a Camaro for many months when the right one came along at Poquet. These cars are very rare in Europe so wanted to import one myself. Part the reason I hadn't found one before was I wasn't satisifed with other dealers (since I would be dealing remotely). The experience with Poquet (and Dan in particular) was first class and highly professional. Dan was so patient with all my questions about the process and always willing to help. It was a fun experience shipping the car half way around the world but working with Dan and Poquet took the worry away. I wouldn't hesitate to buy a car from the US again, but only from this dealership. Thank you! PS Will be posting some pics of the car now in the UK soon!

We purchased a used Toyota Highlander from Poquet after reading reviews of this dealership on-line. We drove 4 hours to Minneapolis to do so and would do it again. We found the sales department to be open and honest. When there were minor repairs to be done after we bought the car, the service department fixed it for free with no objection of any kind. (It was within their warranty period.) The property is clean and professional. All the used vehicles on the lot are quality. Cars can be viewed on-line. What's not to like?

Poquet was very impressive from the moment we walked through the door. It has such a welcoming atmosphere. Buying a car has always been an unpleasant experience for me. Before I arrived, I checked out there up-to-date inventory online and knew they had a couple cars of interest. They let me test drive any car on the lot with no hassles. It only took a couple minutes for Shaun to figure out what I was looking for and she was very knowledgeable about each car I drove. After I decided on a car, the purchasing experience was great. It only took a few minutes to reserve the car for a couple days, and just a few minutes when I picked up the car. The was a great experience compared to other vehicles I've purchased. I will purchase a vehicle with Poquet again.

I have bought several ocars ver my lifetime, but never have I been more satisfied with the experience I had purchasing a used Lexus through John D. at Poquet Auto. While looking at cars online, I remembered Poquet Auto's reputation for selling great cars in perfect condition with low miles. When I looked at their inventory, I found the car I was looking for. After emailing Poquet, I received a quick response which was my common experience whenever making contact with them. When I met John, I was impressed with his background knowledge of the previous owner. I needed to trade my own car in and knew in my mind approximately how much the car's value with. John was right on after looking at my vehicle and we struck a deal. From there, things were easy and all the people I met were wonderful to deal with. From the detailer of the car to the person in charge of filling out the papers, nothing could've been easier. Shaun & Poquet are awesome! Can't believe I'd never known of this dealership that specializes in single owner/no accident vehicles. After getting T-boned by a large pickup running a stop, I needed to replace my totaled Mazda 3. I searched for this model only and, luckily for me, Poquet had a 2013 in house that I'm now loving. My car was so fairly priced for the low mileage, below blue book value, and is in excellent condition. After the traumatic accident, I needed a car quickly and was literally stunned by the amazing Poquet. Shaun understood what I was going through and gave me the gentle, no pressure customer service I truly needed. Was so glad to hear they'd been a local business for so long (1987) and was so impressed with Shaun and Poquet. After seeing what my car looked like at the body shop when cleaning it out, knowing I was getting a 'clean' car was especially important. You can get your used car with complete confidence at Poquet. I went to Poquet on the recommendation of several friends and family members who assured me that not only did this dealer offer the best used cars at the lowest price, but that the sales staff would not pressure. Recently purchased a Jeep Cherokee from Shaun at the GV location. Buying from Poquet was great, let you test drive the vehicles w/o showing a license, not pushy, and loved the ability to see all vehicles online first-great info on each vehicle with many photos. Poquet offers great quality used low mileage vehicles with 60 day warranty. Shaun was excellent to work with, as were the other staff!!

Recently purchased another vehicle at Poquet Auto. The sales person, Amy Cook was fabulous to work with, and made the entire process a wonderful experience. She is very tuned into what the customer wants and needs. We discussed all of the parameters for purchasing that were on my wish list.The only item that I requested was a trailer hitch, and she indicated that they could out source, or we could order and have the service group get it installed for me. Extremely helpful through out the entire process, with the closing taking only 10-15 minutes. I worked with Amy recently to purchase a new car. It was very easy and she was very helpful without being pushy. I didn't find what I was looking for on my first trip there, but she stayed in contact with me via email/text and let her buyers know what I was looking for and made a great recommendation on a car I hadn't even thought about and so far I love it. There's no negotiating of prices which is nice, and the paper work and test drive process was very quick and easy. They also will do all of the maintenance on your car as well which makes it even easier. I will likely be buying more than just the one car from Poquet.

I am originally from Minnesota, but had recently moved to Colorado. I was in need of a "new" vehicle but not being able to afford a brand new vehicle, I opted for a pre-owned which led me to Poquet. My parents had purchased from Poquet a few years back and had a great experience. After looking at dealerships in CO, that if I was going to get a pre-owned vehicle is needed to be from somewhere I could trust. While my parents helped out with a lot of the process, since I couldn't go back and forth, it was still a painless experience for us all. Amy kept my parents and myself informed every step of the way and helped me secure the vehicle all they way from CO so that when I was back in MN I could come in to the dealership to finalize purchase. She worked with parents when they test drove it for me and answered all our questions and gave us estimates on my trade-in. The staff an Poquet that worked on helping me secure financing was wonderful as well, calling me with updates and options and handling the entire process with my approval. This was the first vehicle i've purchased on my own and I couldn't be happier with how painless the process was. When I finally got back to MN to finalize the purchase, they had my vehicle cleaned and ready to go. The entire process that day took 30 minutes. Shaun Elling and Poquet are first class all the way! This was my first car purchased from them and definitely won't be my last! We showed up on a Saturday morning to look at a particular vehicle and drove two others as well. All the cars are open, so it was a joy to sit in a variety of vehicles. Shaun was friendly and easy to talk with and had a no-pressure approach. We test drove the vehicles on our own and Shaun had my trade-in vehicle evaluated while we were testing driving. I was not ready to make the decision yet, so she sent me off with a detailed packet of information including the car fax, vehicle specks, financing options, etc. After visiting two other dealerships that day, I realized that the Toyota Venza at Poquet was for me, so I called and purchased it that night. Great car-buying experience with Shaun Elling. Shaun had been recommended to us by our daughter who bought a car from Shaun/Poquet this past summer. We knew what car we wanted and checked the Poquet website. They had a very low mileage 2015 vehicle coming in. We contacted Shaun and from there on it was a non-pressure, very efficient buying experience. The vehicle was reasonably priced, and she gave us a fair price for our nice trade-in. We live 150 miles from the Poquet dealership and the drive was worth it. The new car was spotless and we decided to purchase the vehicle after a test ride. The business end of the purchase was quick, very efficient and pain-less. Just an all-around great experience. Poquet has some great vehicles at very reasonable prices and the buying experience with Shaun was second to none.

This place is amazing. I was looking to purchase my first car and was referred to Poquet by a colleague whose family has purchased a few cars from them over the years. After such great comments about the quality of the cars and service. I chose to stop looking at other car dealerships. Also, I had been worried about finding a car that was used and reliable from a trusted seller. From the moment I walked in I felt welcomed and like family. No pressure to make a descion or to buy the same day. I test drove a vehicle that I had been researching and loved it. Shaun showed me all the facts about the car (I love that it was straight from a dealership and had been only used as a dealership car not for sale or lease). I worked with Jim in financing and he definitely worked hard to get me the best loan. Many of us have school and medical debt so it can be hard to find the loan that you need that has reasonable terms. I heard about Poquet from a friend so I went to check out cars on a Saturday morning. I had not purchased a car in ten years and had no idea what I was looking for. Shaun was amazing and spent the day showing me over 10 cars! At the end of the day I had narrowed it down to which car I wanted but the options they had in stock were not the right color and did not have all the technology I wanted. Shaun told me not to settle and that she would find the exact car I wanted in my price range (yes, a sales person sent me home with no car!) I had seen Poquet from the freeway for years but didn't know anything about them until I happened on their website while surfing for cars. I wish I'd known about them ten years ago! They replied promptly to my inquiries about particular cars and followed up with offers to assist me in finding what I wanted. There was no pressure to "buy now." Dan was extremely accommodating, helpful, well-informed, and straightforward about pricing. The Poquet price was fair, competitive with the market, and made even more attractive by the offer of a very generous trade-in allowance. The vehicle I purchased was much more car than I could, or even would, have purchased new, but it's beautiful and was in pristine condition--clean, well-equipped, low miles, and everything works--except for some minor hail damage from a recent storm which Dan made sure was fixed prior to delivery. Sarah, who closed the sale, was cheerful, affirming, and efficient. She's obviously done it many times but still treated us as valued customers. I can't say enough about this company; I wish I were younger because I would absolutely be a repeat customer!

I recently purchased a BMW 5 series from John Doberstein. I enjoyed the easy going, low pressure environment. John was great. Instead of overbearing ride-alongs, they give you the keys and let you take your time with the car - in peace. Probably the best part of the whole experience was Poquet gave me a very competitive price for my trade-in. The entire transaction was silky smooth. Very happy I didn't buy a new car from a dealership. My gem is fully-loaded with low miles, and I paid about half of the original MSRP. John and Poquet are highly recommended.

So, I went online and looked at what Poquet Auto had to offer, and I couldn't believe the selection. I also couldn't believe how much information there was on the website about each vehicle. An online "chat" with John Doberstein convinced me to visit the location; he was friendly, but never pushy. The next day I went there, saw the SUV I had seen online (and it hadn't been sold yet, thank goodness!), and I purchased it. The whole transaction was speedy and low-stress. I recently purchased a 2012 Audi A7 from John Doberstein of Poquet Auto. This was a long distance transaction. John found a car that was very very close to my ideal A7. Poquet replaced all 4 tires on the car with Pirelli P7 All Season Plus V rated tires, took the car to Audi to have a recall applied prior to my picking it up. The entire sales transaction was coordinated with a phone call or two and a few emails. When I arrived my soon to be car was all gassed up, detailed and ready to go. All the paperwork was ready for my signature, John even faxed the sales contract to someone for me. The car was absolutely as advertised and described to me. The service was excellent. I was in an out in less than 45 minutes.

This was an absolutely great car buying experience all be it a little unusual. I had selected and purchased a car from Poquet. The purchase went flawlessly. However, a few days later found out the car had some prior damage that was not on the carfax and Poquet did not know about it. I informed them and they immediately, without hesitation, stood behind their word about the quality of cars they sell. They took the car back and gave me a loaner car to drive until I found another car that I wanted. Everyone I was involved with was fantastic. The salesperson, finance person, manager and even the owner helped me consider a replacement car. They put no pressure on me to rush into a decision. They didn't try to convince me the other car was going to be "OK". Not a single time. They were concerned and very apologetic that the issue existed. When I first discovered the issue I was fearful I made a huge mistake, but what I found out is that this is a dealership with high credibility and standards. I am so impressed how they handled this very rare/unusual event. We love going to visit Dan Kruse at Poquet, as he is always willing to help us, takes time to personally greet us, and even knows our kids by name! Realizing my old car, which clocked in at 215k miles, wasn't going to make it through another winter, I went in to Poquet to find what I hoped would be the best SUV for me -- and John Doberstein knew right away which one was the perfect one for me -- a Jeep Grand Cherokee. However, John did his best to make sure that I was certain, by offering me a look at some of the other all-wheel drive SUVs available. This was the best way to do it, because each one I test-drove and inspected just didn't match up to the quality of the Jeep, which was integral in cementing my decision. John was very proactive in helping me find the right car for me; as opposed to making attempts to sell me on a car -- which I think sets not only John, but Poquet auto, apart from the rest of the car dealers in MN. Everything regarding the process was handled swiftly, and with full transparency of information provided to me. I'd heard horror stories from different dealerships, and was pleasantly surprised at how easy and exciting John made the entire car-buying process. But beyond that, their willingness to provide on-going, top-notch service throughout the life of my car certainly adds to my high praise of Poquet Auto.

We bought our second vehicle from Poquet. This dealership is fantastic. I said to my wife "I don't know why we wasted time looking at other dealers". Our salesman Brett was excellent and good sport. We arrived at 7:30 pm which was 30 minutes before they closed. He showed us a 2013 Ford Edge and let us drive it in the parking lot which he did not have to do in my opinion since it was so close to closing time. It was even snowing at the time. We put money down the same night and finished up the transaction a couple days later. WE WILL BE BACK !!!

You don't have to worry about haggling over the price of the car because they give you the best used car prices and good trade in options. They also have the best financing options too. I am very happy with the whole experience and I will continue go back for all my future car needs and repairs.

What I love about Poquet, especially as a woman buying a car, is that it truly is the lowest price, great quality car - no haggling involved. I was in the market for a vehicle and several of my friends and colleagues recommended Poquet! I worked with Karl Duhnke and he was excellent - very knowledgeable, very low pressure, and incredibly honest. During this time I also visited several other mainstream dealers and found the experience incredibly lacking in every way - high pressure tactics, uninformed/uninterested salesmen, very pushy and aggressive tactics. Ultimately I came back to Poquet to purchase a vehicle (2013 Acura ILX) I had looked at originally for an incredible deal. Poquet's inventory is great - all of the vehicles there are quality. The buying process was also very fast - literally took 10 minutes! I did end up having a slight pricing error - when I alerted Poquet to this I had numerous and quick responses from everyone involved. Karl and Sara at the front desk really worked quickly to resolve my issue - it was incredibly painless. The issue was resolved the very next day. I HIGHLY recommend Poquet for their superior service, their excellent inventory, and their painless processes. I will definitely be buying all of my cars from Poquet from now on, as well as having my cars serviced at Poquet as well!

I cannot more highly recommend a car dealer. We have only purchased new cars in the past 15+ years but found a deal on a Cadillac ATS at Poquet we couldn't pass up. It was in brand new condition at a much better price. We also received a better than expected trade value for our used car (which also never happens). I flew from Charlotte, North Carolina to St Paul MN all excited about driving my convertible back to NC. When I arrived at the dealer I was warmly greeted by Sarah. Seeing the Mustang was exactly how I pictured it, awesome! After test driving the Mustang I knew mechanically everything was in order and I had no issue jumping in it to drive 1200 miles back home. After arriving home and showing off my new toy, my family loved it. Yes, I mean it! Poquet Auto truly made my car purchase easy, and Shaun Elling my sales consultant, was friendly, knowledgable and fun! Poquet prices their cars fairly so you know you are getting a good price and if you have any problems they will quickly resolve your issue. I bought a 2011 Lexus RX350 and noticed that the back left tire warning light came on after a week of owning the car. I filled up the tire, and the light went off. Two days later, the tire warning light appeared again. I took it over to Poquet to ask what was going on, and they found 2 nails in the tire. They took it back into the service department, patched the tire, and I have been driving around for over a month now without any problems. Poquet is quick to respond to any issues you have, and they truly understand the meaning of customer service! I hadn't bought a car in many years and sort of knew what I wanted, but was dreading car shopping. I stopped in at Poquet Auto on my way to work and test drove a couple cars. I liked how I was welcomed to take test drives solo. Brad answered my questions and took notes. Over several weeks I was able to narrow my search and Brad notified me if a car came into inventory that met my criteria, but I never felt pressured. When the car I wanted became available Brad notified me. By then he was at the Lakeville location and set me up with Karl in Golden Valley. When I arrived to test drive the car, Karl had it ready and patiently answered my questions. I drove the car again later that day and made my decision the next morning. To my surprise, when I decided to trade that vehicle, Shaun (probably the best car salesperson I've ever met) was still there, and provided the same great service. The place is spotless, from the cars, to the well-stocked waiting room, to the restroom. But I didn't really stay long enough to enjoy it all! Shaun provided three vehicles to test-drive; loved all three, had to pick the Lexus. I can't even believe I have waited 3 weeks since purchasing my car to write this review. Considering how amazing Chuck Wilson was to me he deserves so much better. I hope his managers see this review and realize they have a wonderful empoyee working for them. I cannot even begin to explain how amazing this process was. I'm a first time car buyer, needless to say I was nervous. I have no idea what I'm doing, what to ask or how to make sure I'm not buying a lemon. Chuck took care of all of it for me. He was thorough, not pushy and incredibly informative. I never felt that my questions were silly and I was always comfortable talking to him not just about the car but the financial piece as well. I'm 28 and my car buying experience up until Poquet was pretty terrible. Everyone kept treating me like I was not a true customer or could not possibly be the one making the decisions. Thankfully I was referred to Poquet by a friend and haven't looked back. The day I bought my car I literally couldn't contain my excitement, even my boyfriend commented on how he had "Car Envy" because his experience hadn't been as great as mine when he purchased a new vehicle from a dealership the year prior. Within 2 days of saying yes the car was clean and ready for pick up. It is in near perfect condition and every day since making it mine I have felt proud to drive it. Since we live so close to Poquet, we decided to check it out on a Saturday afternoon. We met Sarah Graham,a sales associate there who helped us look at a few car options. We test drove a Volvo XC60 and fell in love with it. Unfortunately the price was more than what we wanted to spend. Sarah told us she would talk to their buyers and try to find an older model that fits in our price range. On Monday, Sarah sent us a follow up email about timing we were looking to purchase the car. On Tuesday afternoon, we received a call from her informing us that there's a Volvo XC90 in their inventory and asked if we would like to check it out. We were able to test drive the car before Poquet closed that evening. We love the car and went back the following morning to evaluate the car closer. We were not expecting Sarah to be there since she had told us she's off on Wednesdays. But we were pleasantly surprised to see her there. She probably had been informed we were coming in when we called ahead. After taking the car for another spin, we decided to purchase the car. Sarah helped us look into purchasing a couple of accessories for the car and got the paper work ready. We couldn't wait to pick up the car on Saturday after it's been inspected and serviced. Overall, we really enjoyed working with Sarah throughout the process and had a super positive experience at Poquet. The staff there is very eager to help and courteous. Sarah offered us good options to look at and even came in on her day off to help us. We like that she was not pushy and was very respectful. We were still amazed by how fast things were happening. We'll definitely recommend Sarah and Poquet Auto to our friends and family when they are looking for cars. Without hesitation we can tell them how much we love working with Sarah and how well she took care of us.We look forward to bringing our Volvo back for service.

I've been associated with auto dealers both professionally and personally for more than 20 years. Poquet and in particular Chuck Wilson are outstanding and the best I've experienced. The quality of vehicles, the honesty and the make it a great experience attitude are authentic and much appreciated. There was no insulting activities like getting a manager to haggle on price, no suggesting what I could afford on a monthly basis verses what the car is actually valued at. First off...I never take the time to write reviews because I have never felt the need. This is a different story. Poquet Auto and Karl Duhnke DESERVE to be recognized.... My wife and I had been looking for a new SUV for over six months. We continued looking for the "right" vehicle for a number of reasons, but mainly due to the pushy sales persons at various dealerships. My wife found Poquet on a referral and made a call. Sure enough, they had what we were looking for. After I did my research on Poquet and learned what they were about, I called and stopped in. Long story short, Karl was THE BEST sales person I have EVER dealt with. Not one person at that dealership was pushy about anything. All questions/emails were answered honestly and responded to quickly. When our truck arrived, we went in, signed the papers and were out in 20 min. PAINLESS. I will never buy from another dealership again. Thanks for everything Karl and Poquet. I am going to need more business cards to hand out by the way!!!

We had been looking for an SUV for several weeks and were getting tired of the "car salesman" mentality at the local dealerships, and some sales people not even knowing much about the vehicles we were seeing. We went to Poquet based on a friend's referral and it was the best move we made. We told Chuck Wilson what we wanted and he found us the perfect car! He didn't waste our time showing us models he wanted to "move" and he gave us plenty of time to drive the vehicle, look it over and ask questions. I just bought my second car from Poquet. In my opinion, Poquet is the best place in the Twin Cities to buy a car. If you are like me and you hate pushy sales people then Poquet is the place for you. My salesman was knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. I never felt pressured and buying a car was actually fun. No bartering back and forth on prices, lots of inventory to choose from, and quality of service can't be beat. One of my favorite things was coming in to pick up my car. In and out in less than 15 minutes, which included checking over final detailing of the car and signing financing documents.

Superb customer service from the moment that you walk in. Vast inventory of pre-owned luxury cars to chose from. No pressure from salesperson when browsing in the showroom but they are available to answer questions. "No haggling" on already competitive pricing means that you walk away with a great deal with minimal stress. I worked with Shaun Elling at Poquet and she is fantastic! Poquet was recommended to me, so I went there in the early stages of my car search with the intention of test driving a variety of cars to figure out what I really wanted. I had emailed Shaun ahead of time, so she had a list of cars and specs waiting for me when I arrived. They had a great selection of cars, many that fit the criteria I was looking for perfectly. It was a really cold winter day to be test driving - I loved that while we were out test driving one car, they would pull up the next one and have it warmed up and waiting for us! And, I love that you are able to test drive the cars on your own, with NO pressure. I ended up purchasing one of the cars that I test drove that day (Mitsubishi Outlander Sport). The entire process was very smooth - I got a great rate for financing, the paperwork was fast and easy, and I have been thrilled with my purchase. We are your typical busy family. Buying a new car is supposed to be a little fun but we really only have a small bit of time to test drive, talk financing and make the deal happen. When we sent an email to Poquet middle of the night in response to a listing on their website, we never guessed we would get a call back. Expected an email response. Furthermore, we never expected a response in less than 24 hours. It was approx. 11 hours between sending our email and having John Doberstein call us from Poquet. We told him we were actually on our way into Poquet to talk to them about the car we were interested in. That Saturday morning, he met us at the door. I think we spent 10 minutes talking and he had us (all four in our family) in a car and on a test drive. We came back to the office and in less than an hour (probably more like 30 minutes) we had financing paperwork in order and all we had to do was await the arrival of our car (in transport from MI). On Monday, Poquet's financing person contacted me to confirm financing details. Wednesday, John updated us on the status of the car shipment. A week later another update with an estimate of how delivery that following Friday would go. Within two weeks our car arrived (keep in mind we bought it sight unseen ~ thus the timeframe). The car was in beautiful condition when it arrived. Similar to our first day at Poquet, we were in and out. Reception met us and handed us the keys for a test drive, financing then got the paperwork in front of us and then John walked us through some basics for the Mercedes C300. I think all in all we spent approx. 2.5-3 hours total between our two visits to Poquet to buy our car. There isn't another dealer out there that would make you feel special about your purchase the way Poquet did. They also have an awesome system in place so the customer feels everyone is working together to make the customer happy! We will buy our next car there and the next one too! Really made us feel special when John called a week after delivery to make sure we were still happy with our purchase and enjoying the new car!

I finally had to break down and upgrade to a newer vehicle. Dan Kruse made everything effortless - he took care of getting all the paperwork processed and very quickly had me behind the wheel of a really nice vehicle. The whole process was handled within a couple hours. I'd readily go back to Poquet the next time I need another vehicle.

The decision to purchase a used car can be daunting and overwhelming. So many choices and the fear of ending up dissatisfied with a bad deal or hidden car issues. But going to Poquet was as painless as a trip to the grocery store. We had read reviews and researched cars. I initiated our inquiry through their website along with 3 vehicles that were listed in their inventory and our price range. Within a couple hours we had personalized dialogue with their Sales Associate, Bradley Dybing. There was never any pressure, just constant assurances and reminders of what this auto dealer stands for. Complete customer satisfaction! A car salesperson, in a successful company, is most likely running and multi-tasking for his clients. It was certainly the case here, but we never felt like we were less important, or were left waiting while we went through the selection and buying process. Like their promise and commitment for satisfaction on the mechanical function of their cars, there were many fine-tuned personnel that layered in at just the right time to support Brad. From the financing, service managers, office staff, etc. they all showed seamless enthusiasm towards their mission. I could go on an on with detail, but I'm pretty certain we've found a place for our car needs for years to come.

I was thoroughly impressed with my experience at Poquet Auto. I walked into the showroom to look for 3 series BMW's and the selection in the building was very nice. All with low mileage and obviously driven by little old ladies from Passadena. No high pressure tactics, I was met by Chuck Wilson who got all the info I needed on the car I was interested in. When I decided to purchase the car he was extremely helpful and made the experience painless. I would highly recommend Poquet to friends and will more than likely look to them when it is time for a new vehicle.

I'm not what you call a fan of the car buying process; but after this purchase I'm a big fan of Poquet Auto and of the 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee they sold me. The sales rep there, Chuck Wilson, made me feel at ease right away. He helped educate me about the in's and out's of the GC Overland; and when I finally decided to buy, he made the rest of the process so easy. The financing was easy. The licensing was easy. Everything was easy. I had to bring it back for some small detail work -- the car was in and out in less than a 15 minutes. Everyone struck me as friendly and genuine. My wife and I traveled from Wichita, KS, to MN (600 + miles) to view a 2012 Lincoln MKZ Hybrid, at Poquet Auto. We saw the vehicle on the internet, and it was priced well for the options that my wife and I were looking for in a vehicle. I spoke with the Dan Kruse, salesman, on the weekend, and told him of our interest, but that we could not be there until mid-afternoon the following Monday. He stated, "NO PROBLEM", we will put a courtesy hold on the vehicle, and no one will be able to show the vehicle until you decide what you would like to do. We arrived on Monday, a little later than anticipated, but were greeted with a pleasant smile, and after a short wait, Dan retrieved the vehicle for our viewing. We decided to trade in our vehicle, so while we viewed the MKZ, and took a test drive, both in city and highway conditions, our vehicle was appraised. Our vehicle was well maintained, and considered to be in excellent condition. Upon returning to the dealership, we were met by Dan, and went to his office to discuss whether we wished to purchase the vehicle. The appraisal vehicle was right on, and we decided to complete the purchase. The financial arrangements were worked in a very timely manner, and the rate of interest for the loan was exceptional. The final paperwork was prepared, and we became the proud owners of a quality vehicle from Poquet Auto. During every step of the process we were kept informed what was taking place, and what was to follow. The professionalism, and attitude of the individuals I dealt with specifically, and other team members in the complex was extraordinary. The buying experience had no stress involved, and the respect for the customer was very gratifying. There is no doubt in my mind that I would make another trip to MN, and Poquet Auto, if they had a vehicle I had an interest in. THERE IS A OLD SAYING - TRY IT YOU' LL LIKE IT!!! I recently purchased an Infiniti G37x through Poquet Auto. I found the entire experience to be very easy and user friendly from their website through to the actual purchase of our new car. I "shopped" their website for several months until I was ready to purchase. I also price shopped their inventory against other dealerships and found Poquet to be very competitively priced. When I finally went in to purchase our vehicle, our sales rep, Karl Duhnke was very good. He answered all of our questions as we compared our options. I recently purchased my second car from Poquet. They are great and offer a no pressure experience. I love that you can take vehicles out for a test drive by yourself. I highly recommend checking out Poquet as they have a number of different types of vehicles on their lots, all relatively new and in good shape with low mileage at a price below the competition. They have a great website to look at prior to stopping by and test drive. I'm very happy with my Ford Edge and really enjoyed working with Chuck in sales.

Never thought I'd have such an easy time buying a used car. They perform a very complete quality check before acquiring their cars, and you can very truly be assured that they are not pulling a fast one like other dealers do with their "pre-certified" vehicles. They will try to sell you an extended warranty - but they dont push it down your throat. Their warranty provider is one of the best, and you have to understand that the value of an extended warranty lies in how many miles your car already has on it. IF you expect true "bumper-to-bumper" coverage for a car with 50,000 miles on it, it aint goin' to happen. When I picked up my car, they gave me only one key, but made amends right away. One of the winter floor mats was missing, so they simply ordered a new set for me. I also had an issue with a Line-in connection for mobile devices, which they fixed right away. Overall, very, very courteous & efficient. 70% of their cars are BMWs and Benz (that's where they probably make all their money) but I bought a compact Ford Focus and was not treated one bit less courteously than other "high-value" customers. Havent used their mechanics for service or repairs just yet, but I'm pretty sure I will if any issue comes up.

We purchased a used vehicle from Poquet through Dan Kruse. We had heard several good things about them and had a few cars we were interested in. I contacted them through email and then set up a time to test drive. The entire process was low-pressure. Dan would put the dealer plate in a car and then send me off to test it without having to listen to a sales pitch from the passenger seat. The sticker price is their best price. The facilities are clean and updated with a good kids' area and plenty of space to chat and deliberate. The cars are all lease returns with spotless histories.

This was my first time buying a car and Poquet made it very easy. The salesperson we worked with was very nice and laid back. They're very relaxed with test drives, as I've had salespeople ride with me when taking a test drive, but Poquet let us take do it ourselves. There was a minor hiccup after I bought the car because I found out the features described on the website and by my salesperson were not there (climate package). This turned out to be a human error in copying and pasting information from a previous listing, but Poquet made good on what I was told I was buying. I'm looking to buy another car soon, and both my wife and I would love to go back to Poquet.
