I would have never thought going to a bigger, well known dealership like Porcaro Ford I would ever had an experience like I did. After visiting them and test driving a truck, the "salesperson" sent a follow up email with a little better pricing to encourage me to make the deal. I went back and agreed to that price. And while sitting in finance, realized the numbers were off (by $2,000). I brought it up and showed the email to finance, she got the owner involved and the sales manager had left for the day (at 11:45 am). After 2 hours of discussion about it, they came to the conclusion that they couldn't keep the the deal they agreed to and sent me in email and agreed to in person. It was going to cost me another $1,000 above what we aagreed to to buy the truck. I would never recommend to anyone to go here. Very unprofessional and very poor business sense.

My wife and I bought two cars from Porcaro Ford. Everything went fine with mine but my wife's was another story. We told the salesperson Kathy what we wanted. Didn't have to be loaded but it needed to be AWD or 4WD seeing that my wife travels for work. We bought the Ford Escape and we're pleased with it until the winter. That's when we discovered that it didn't have AWD like we were told. I tried to contact the dealer about this but haven't received any calls or emails back. I'll never go back to them and would recommend others steer clear also.

We looked all over the Toledo,Ohio area for a F-250 Crew Cab with a six foot bed could not find anything except in White or Black. So we kinda gave up and went on a short vacation to see grandkids in Racine,WI. We stoped by this dealership they did not have one,but found one in about 1/2 hour. We were given a fair price so we bought it.

I went in today Wednesday May 13th 2015 to test drive a Ford F-150. After test driving I did want to purchase the vehicle but do to my financials Jason was able to talk me into settling for a car that would fit my needs. Instead of the 2014 Ford F-150 I went with the 2013 Chevrolet Cruz. Jason was very friendly and considerate not only for what I wanted but also for what would be best for me financially. I was very happy with my experience at Porcaro Ford and will be going there for all my vehicle needs.

Inquired about a car over from their website and someone responded right away and setup a time for me to come in and look at the car. I ended up getting a competitive price on the vehicle I was looking at. I did not end up buying the car that night because I wanted to do some more shopping as I was just getting started in my used car search but they were okay with me saying no and walking away that night. Very kind people and easy to deal with.

We purchased a pre-owned 2013 KIA Optima here. The salesman was very courteous and friendly. We had been shopping for an optima for over a month. Because the salesman was very realistic and understood current market conditions. We were able to fairly negotiate a deal that I felt I could not obtain anywhere else. Beyond the deal, the follow up after the sale is what really solidified my confidence in this dealership. Dan was awesome and kept in touch numerous times after the sale. They also sent me a calendar with a picture of me in front of my new car! I highly recommend this dealer, and if I am in the market for another vehicle they have in stock that I like I will definitely shop there again.

My wife and I started talking about replacing our 15 year old van back in October. We have been friends with Kathy Axelson for years. I got in touch with her and told her what we were looking for. We were looking for 2005 thru 2007 Ford 500. About a week later she called and said that she was taking in a 2008 Ford Taurus. She said that she sold it New back in 2008 and was taking it back in trade. All the service work was done there and had all the records. We bought the car at the end of October. We went to Porcaro Ford just looking at a newer truck. Mark made the appointment for 5:30 on a Wednesday. We came we test drove it but I wasn't sure about it as it was the first truck we looked at. We went on Saturday to check out another truck at a different dealership- we liked the truck but the sales person & sales manager left a lot to be desired. I contacted Mark on Monday via email we made another appointment to test drive the truck. We talked with Mark from test drive to purchase we were in & out within the hour. No 3hour wait no back and forth with the sales manager- we got what we wanted for our trade in. And the next day we drove off with our 2010 ford f150. Thank you Porcaro ford & Mark Ranum & Jason. I recently purchased a 2010 Escape Limited and I worked with Andrea Hovey. She was very passionate to help me get exactly what I wanted in regards to the type of vehicle and the price I was looking for. I could really tell she cared about me being happy about my purchase vs. just trying to sell me a vehicle. I really enjoyed buying from this dealership and I even got a chance to talk to her Manager and his passion for selling cars in the Racine community was really great to see. I was looking for a very particular 2015 Explorer Sport, and Mark Ranum at Porcaro Ford was the only sales person that truly took interest in helping me find it. Every other dealership i talked to just told me the only way to get it, would be to order it and it would take 8-12 weeks. Mark found one and had it shipped to Porcaro within 2 weeks for me. it was a GREAT experience and i see myself being a long term customer!

I've been with Porcaro through the last three Fords ive bought and i cant be happier with them. As far as i'm concerned it the only place to buy a new or used car or truck for me. My salesman Mark worked with me to get me exacly what I've wanted and I would definitely go back to him for future purchases. If your in the market for a new or used Ford this is the dealership I recommend to everyone. I've sent family members to this dealership as well and they've delt with Mark as well and they are also extremely happy with they're purchase as well as the car buying experience that Porcaro provided. I use the service department as well as i only use OEM parts on my cars and i have to say they go out of they're way to make the customer satisfied as well. If your in the market for a new car i always suggest Ford I only suggest Porcaro.

Havent bought a new car in 30 years. Have a very frugal budget. Have a brand loyalty that has not been Ford. Thought wed be polite & look at cars where our sons friend was working. Had been looking at used cars (always cuz of budget) but Garrett found us a 2013 NEW Fusion (NOT lease or demo) with full warranty. Actually found us 2 to choose from. I only had to stretch a teeny bit off budget to get a whopping good deal on the car, which I rationalized was OK cuz insurance on the NEW Fusion was only a couple bucks (literally) more a month than the 2005 car we were trading in and MaryKay (Finance Dept) worked her magic with the lender. Also, bumper to bumper warranty should allow us to avoid those costly setbacks to the budget. She did a lot to keep everything in the financial parameters I had set. Well see how this car treats us. If its anything like the dealership treated us, we may have TWO brand loyalties. So far, everyone we've told about the purchase,(lamenting a little it wasn't our 1st choice), has stories of how great this car is for them or has been for someone they know.

Just bought my 2012 Explorer at Porcaro's and it was the best car buying experience I ever had. I worked with Brian and Mark and they found the car at the price I wanted within a weeks time. Believe me , a wonderful excellent all together, I went to quite a few dealerships, and this dealership I will go back again. No problem. Brian was superb to work with. I do purchasing of services and supplies for the government to include leasing and buying of vehicles and part of my job is doing market research to ensure that I am buying the best quality of product for the money. I was in the process of gathering information for a purchase of a new pickup that I was planning on buying later on this year to replace my 04 Ranger FX4. After doing extensive internet research, I visited a Dodge and a Chevy dealer and three other Ford Dealers. The other dealerships did not impress me nor did they give me any useful information on why they felt product was superior to their competition and two of the Ford dealers tried to oversell me a product that vastly exceeded my need and were very pushy and the third one irritated me with their poor customer service in an ordeal the previous year when I attempted to buy new tires through them where I ordered them one day, dropped my truck off and then their repair failed to put them on when promised with an excuse of "we're two separate departments, we don't know why they buy stuff" even though I talked to the same repair coordinator the night before to arrange everything. When I went to Porcaro, I met salesman Mark Ranum , and even though I informed him I was looking at a purchase later this year, he took time for me and went point by point of how the F150 was a better value than the competition's equivalent product, listened to the capabilities I needed the vehicle to meet and then went through each of the products and available options and came up with a F150 that met only my requirements. As I was getting ready to leave, I asked him what rebates were currently available. He then pulled up everything that I qualified for. After "crunching the numbers", I concluded that with discounts currently available due to the Chicago Auto Show, it would be several thousands of dollars less to buy the vehicle now than it would be to wait. I decided to apply for credit and left for the night. The next day Mark emailed me my approval information. I went back that night and met with Mark and he informed me that he ran the rebates for a 2013 early that day and found out it would save me over a thousand dollars more over buying a 2014. After "crunching" the numbers again and calculate the cost difference of the anticipated between the extra expense for the ecoboost engine to the gas savings, he searched the area for what was available that only met my requirements and found four vehicles within the local area. I ordered my vehicle along with a remote start and drop in bed liner. I arrived the next day to do the paperwork and inspect my vehicle. Mark met me when I arrived and had all of the paperwork organized and ready to go. The paperwork process went smoothly due to his preparedness. He also informed me that the bed liner and remote start weren't installed as it was raining that day and they didn't have enough time get the bed thoroughly dried to ensure no moisture got caught under the liner. I was at the dealer for an hour and half with about 45 minutes of it inspecting the vehicle and him showing me all of its functions, how all of the controls worked, set up my voice activated commands and with him ensuring I was completely please with the vehicle. The following night I dropped off the vehicle to have the bed liner and remote start installed. The next day I informed Mark that it would be late before I could get there to pick it up. He stayed after closing time for me to get the vehicle knowing I wanted to take it on vacation that I was leaving for that night. Mark made this purchase the most enjoyable car buying/leasing that I have ever done. I felt he was honest, fair and reasonable, went above and beyond to make sure I was pleased and did not pressure me at all. When I am in the market again to replace my next vehicle in about two years, I will be going back and doing business with Mark.

I was in the process of shopping for a used but low milage Crossover. After looking at a number of options I decided to look at the Ford lineup and stopped by Porcaro Ford. Everyone we met there was professional and courteous, starting with our salesperson Mark Ranum. Never once did I feel pressured by Mark, and he made our vehicle buying experience hassle free. I was very impressed with Mark's patients.and willingness to work with me to get exactly what I wanted. I'm very picticuar on what I want for a vehical, and will take my time to get it. I purchased a Ford Edge Limited with very low milage and the vehicle is immaculate. The more I drive it, the more I'm impressed with the purchase. I wasn't planning on buying a vehicle - thought my credit score was too low, but really needed to upgrade my 10 yr old KIA AMANTI (150,000 mi). Had no extra money down, just my trade-in. Just stopped in there for a promo to get my $5 WALMART give card and low and behold, the very next day, I drove out of dealership in my 2010 Chevrolet Equinox L/T AWD. I needed a dependable car that handles well in bad weather - commute from Racine to Milwaukee every day for work. My salesperson, Paul, did a wonderful job and showed me the perfect SUV and the financing was just what I could afford. I didn't even look at any other vehicles because the Equinox exceeded all of my hopes and expectations. Now I'm "riding in style" to my job every day and won't be intimidated by any more snow and ice during the winter seasons.

Porcaro Ford is the best dealership out there. Their staff is genuine and helpful, and I would recommend them to anyone looking to buy a new or used vehicle. During summer 2013, I was a first-time car buyer and chose Porcaro Ford because my father bought his car there. I picked out the car that I wanted online (2011 Ford Fiesta) and went to the dealership to make the purchase. Everyone I spoke with was friendly, helpful and genuine, and I couldn't have been happier with the experience. Six months later, my car was unfortunately totaled in an accident and I was back in the car market. I went through a long, difficult, frustrating experience with my car insurance, but Porcaro Ford helped make sure I was getting a fair settlement for my loss. After the accident was settled, I returned to Porcaro to purchase a second vehicle. I live in Chicago, but came up to Racine, WI because I knew they would help me get the best, honest deal. I found the car that I wanted (2012 Ford Fiesta) and left happy as can be. I would recommend Porcaro Ford to anyone within a driveable distance -- they are truly great people and value their customers.

I visited several dealers in our area. We knew what our budged was and what model I wanted. The Ford Dealer in Milwaukee told us that his new Explorers are flying of the lot and there is no way he can find a deal in our price range. We then made the trip to Racine and Andrea J. Hovey the sales rep at Porcaro found a solution for us within minutes of talking. They did not try to sell us something we cant afford but worked with their credit department to get us a better interest rate. Now we are driving our dream car and it is within our budge. I know that our next stop for a new vehicle will be at their office.

Mark and Jason were both AWESOME!!! You guys were our first stop that night and we couldn't be happier with our purchase. We were looking at stripped down new models, anything to save money on gas, spouse drives over 3000 miles a month for work. Ended up with a loaded 2011. LOVE IT!!! Customer service was top notch.... I have been in customer service for over 20 years and I was treated like I treat those I see daily. Thank-you!!

I had a positve buying experience of a used car at Porcaro.My sales person,Mark Ranum,was a very courteous and understanding gentlemen.He answered all my questions and he also helped me to understan the car that I purchased.The only negative was I was expecting to get more money for my trade in.After going back and forth Porcaro and I came to an agrrement. I was very happy over all with my experience with Porcaro. I would go back if I plan on purchasing a car in the furture.
