World Class inventory, world class service! I am a resident of Texas and my transaction with Porsche of Wallingford could not have gone any smoother. Negotiating the purchase of a vehicle over the phone without hands on, can be risky proposition. From the first conversation with GM Steve Gilligan regarding the vehicle to the business side with Kit and his team, the experience was seamless and efficient. Each contact was professional, courteous, and authentic. Even my follow up inquiries with the service manager, Michael Fischer, were addressed in a manner which I would consider exemplary. I felt right at home while never entering the building. This review is being posted after having taken delivery of the car three months ago, and finding that the level of service experience has extended well beyond the sale. Each and every contact with the team at Porsche of Wallingford exceeds the last. Although 1900 miles away, I will certainly consider them for future purchases. Apparently, "there is no substitute!"

I came from another state to purchase a 2018 Cayenne, and had the BEST experience. Bryan Jackson was completely knowlegable and patient with me. He helped answer all questions and made this experience stress-less and extremely pleasant, 100% seamless. It's a great dealership to work with. Their main goal is to make sure their client's are completely satisfied with their purchase before anything else. I would recommend anyone looking to puchase a Porsche to stop by this dealership.

This is absolutely the best Porsche dealer in the state, for both customer experience at time of sale as well as quality of work and stellar communication from their service department. After buying a CPO vehicle here, I also began bringing them my sports car for service, both routine and unexpected. Michael and Dylan really know the catalogue of Porsche vehicles and it's fun to talk cars when I have one of my vehicles in for service. I definitely recommend buying or bringing your vehicle here!
