Found our new car online and contacted Porsche Downtown Chicago. Anthony Bauer was really helpful in answering all questions. The visit to the dealership went really well. The dealership is new, they had at large inventory of vehicles -- the most we'd seen at any other Porsche dealership. Everyone was very welcoming and not pushy at all. The atmosphere is like a meeting place for people who really like cars. You have the feeling they would just like to hang out and talk about Porsches and their love for them. We drank some coffee, had a test drive, signed the paperwork, chatted some more and arranged a date for pick up. Anthony made everything easy. When we picked up the car, it was immaculate. Anthony made sure every detail had been taken care of and off we went!! Highly recommended.

I had the most amazing experience with Anthony Bauer here at Porsche Downtown. Quite possibly the most authentic, genuine and sincere individual I have ever dealt with. Nothing was too much trouble and he went over and above at every touch point in the sale and delivery process! Exceptional is an understatement.

I received exceptional service from Anthony Bauer. I was greeted immediately and waited in the beautiful sitting area. The vehicle I was interested in was quickly shown to me and Anthony answered every question that I had and was very knowledgeable about the entire Porsche product. My purchase was simple and easy. I recommend Porsche Downtown to anyone that is looking for a Porsche and a wonderful shopping experience.

I was shopping for a 2021 Taycan and found one on the website that matched what I was looking for. Anthony Bauer from sales quickly reached out and provided me with all the information that I needed. I'm located on the west coast and had to get special paperwork, registration and shipping arrangements, and Anthony and the dealership were prompt and helpful in getting this all sorted out for me. Overall I would highly recommend Porsche Downtown Chicago and enjoyed working with Anthony and the sales staff. They really make out-of-state car shopping easy for you. While shopping for a New Porsche, I was transferred to Anthony Bauer. He was polite, respectful, and full of a wealth of knowledge. I informed him that this purchase was going to be the easiest sell. Give me your price. I gave him credit card and asked to throw in a set of Porsche front and rear mats. I picked up the car the next day. Thanks for all your help.
