I bought a cayenne from this Porsche dealer two days ago. Compare with Ontario and Pasadena Porsche dealers they definitely have more vehicles in stock and better service. Everyone works there are super friendly and treat you as guest. I would recommend my sales- Preston Jimenez to everyone. He was so nice and patient to introduced the vehicle function, run for the paperwork for us and even offered a test drive before we ask. It was a good experience of car purchasing with him!

I was an out-of-state buyer and I tried to purchase a used vehicle from Porsche Downtown LA. I was informed by my SA that this dealership does this "all of the time." They sent me a description of the vehicle, spec sheet, pictures, milage and a price. I was told funds are required in 24 hours, or no deal. I managed to pull off sending the funds in 24 hours, and then I waited. Two days later I was informed by the dealership that they decided - no deal. It took over a week and several phone calls to get my money back and in the end, I'm out a vehicle and my cost to electronically transfer the funds. Buyer beware, as I would not trust this dealership.

Almost annually I purchase / lease cars all the time for personal pleasure, and this one was my worst experience and I doubt I could ever experience anything worse than this. In regards to documents related to the lease terms, Porsche of DTLA provided 2 different versions: first was with incomplete / blank information, and the second had a different dollar amount than the first version..I brought up my concerns to them via email which resulted at the end of them simply emailing me copy of my payment being refunded. Both documents included a last paragraph about this dealership’s obligation to deliver the car 72 hours after it arrive. A 911 order can take about 2 months, and after waiting for over 6 weeks then the car that I customized / built online was taken away from me. The great news was that I had a second 911 coming from their neighbor dealership and they stayed truth to their commitment.

18 months ago, I made the colossal mistake of taking my Cayenne to this service department because it was closer to work and home. The service was TERRIBLE. When I had questions for my service representative, ANDY ACEVEDO, he was never able to answer them, so he would tell me he'd get back to me. When he didn't, I'd call back and he'd act like I was bothering him. When I mentioned he promised to get back to me, he would get irritated and say, "I am getting back to you." He also lied. He claimed he contacted the dealer from whom I purchased my vehicle, but I called them and confirmed that he NEVER called them. This dealership lies, never takes ownership of their service role and are downright shady. Go elsewhere, it's only a short drive to Norwalk.
