I once again hail the team at Town. Marcy of course is the glue in service and service is the glue for your business. Whenever I’m there it’s like going into a Cheers episode where everybody knows you’re name. All the sales people are there without competition, finance and management are a little more serious but laugh at my jokes so that’s good. Marcy took care of me with a horribly poor used audi I had purchased from another store about 15 years ago. So I just follow her as she takes care of everything all the time. Good people make for good businesses.

The customer service at this location is pretty bad. I inquired about purchasing a Taycan/911 over the phone and spoke with a rep there, and had to follow up multiple times both via phone and email to try to get information. Ended up going to the Jack Daniels location a few miles up north and put down a deposit on the spot. I get they are busy and with the semiconductor shortage they probably have more customers than cars, but for the amount of money these cars cost, I would have expected some baseline level of service.
