Was pleased with service, follow up at every turn. Gold standard for dealer services. Thought Florida Porsche Dealerships were outstanding but Pittsburgh Porsche surpassed them. Got quotes from top independent garages…Pittsburgh Porsche services proved a greater value for overall less investment. Got a Complete overall mechanical evaluation …no surprises…complete confidence. Being a new service customer, will be a regular customer.in future.

Took my car in for a track day inspection. Service staff was helpful, informative and transparent in time to complete inspection. Inspection took less time than forecast which was nice. In addition, sales staff was engaging while I waited even though it was pretty clear I was not in the market for a new car at the time, which made my visit that much more enjoyable.

Porsche Pittsburgh are welcoming and professional while providing a friendly atmosphere. Service of my 911 Carrera 997.1 was on time and included a four-wheel alignment and complimentary wash. Cost was exactly as quoted and I took advantage of the second floor lounge to work while I waited. A truly good dealership!

We came back for our 2nd vehicle. We live out of town so if my vehicle needs service they pick it up and leave us a great loaner vehicle. Salesperson (Marty) is great! We actually bought our 2nd vehicle via text with our trade in. Paperwork was ready when we showed up to sign. Our salesperson works with us to make sure we are happy and satisfied. Nate in service was very helpful when car was in the shop keeping us up to date on any issues.
