Haydn Howe was so great to work with. He provided me with quick responses on quotes and had a car in stock that was perfect and when I went down to the dealership to lease the car, everything was executed flawlessly and quickly. Had a great first experience!

Pacific has taken great care of me and my auto needs since 2001. Kambod Noghreh (Kam) is an outstanding salesman. He takes the time to know what I need and what I'm looking for, as well as any restrictions I might have. He explains all the features of the car carefully so I can make an informed decision. And his enthusiasm for the Porsche brand is contagious. If you're in the market for a Porsche, any model, ask for Kam -- you'll be in good, honest, caring hands. Pacific Porsche (soon to be South Bay Porsche) is the dealership to do business with. Don't settle for anything less. Thanks Kam!

Kambod Noghreh is the best! I have purchased two cars from Porsche South Bay over the years and I have gone to Kam for both vehicles. He is personable and very knowledgeable and above all, very patient! He will sell me my next Porsche too!

Kelly Subbaiah provided EXCELLENT service as Brand Ambassador and customer advocate. Believing I got a very competitive price drove off in new Cayanne knowing its features and how to use them. She was pleasant, humorous as well as focused during saelling/buying process. BTW Kelly kept me current on market dynamics affecting my vehicle choice for over six months.Highly recommend her.

Dear Carl Tofflemire,Your management team only care about quick sale and profit. They never deal with customer but speak through salesman and woman. They cancelled my car unilaterally without informing me and refuse to refund until I called. They could not wait two weeks although significant sum was cashed out. They wait several weeks, however, to initiate refund. Their tactic was untrained and short term goal management skills. Never buy pre owned vehicle from South Bay Porsche. They will not disclose fully.I have been searching for Cayenne for last 4 months. I went to your dealer because I wanted the warranty that was offered by your dealer. RIchard accompanied me to the test drive and explained the functions of vehicle to my satisfaction. However, the major concern was that Richard verbally stated three times that the Cayenne of my interest has 100,000 miles factory warranty. After I'd decided to purchase, he changed his mind. He said he did not have actual paper in his hand. The warranty is in fact additional 50,000 miles or 2 years from the purchase date whichever comes first. He said the vehicle is 2013 but sold is 2012. However, the document stated that it is 2012 vehicle. The major issue I had was claim of 100,000 mileage factory certified warranty either intentionally of unintentionally stated. I am a working professional. My reputation in South Bay stands due to my knowledge and expertise on my profession. If I happen to make a mistake, I do take responsibility to serve my patients although it might cause additional financial or effort. If Richard is Porsche certified salesman, he should take responsibility on his words. If it is the training issue, then it is management issue. The South Bay Porsche dealer should take responsibility of their salesman's claim.

I have an older Cayenne that I brought in for service a couple of times the past year. Sue Campbell is really nice and very helpful. She got the service started quickly and kept me informed during the day. The maintence and repair work were done well. When a tricky turn signal problem I had needed a follow-up visit, Sue and the dealership were very responsive and did not charge me for the work. Sue also made sure I had loaner cars, which were a big help for me to juggle my work day. I highly recommend Pacific Porsche!

Had my 2 year service performed this week, and also had some programming issues to address. Suzanne Campbell is my usual service advisor who always takes care of me. She knows her stuff, and loves what she does. I do love the service department here because they always make you feel special.

I bought a used Boxster S from Pacific Porsche, before purchase, the car went through a two week check. During their PPI, they put new tires on the front and left the rears on. A couple of days after purchase, I went to a Michelin tire distributor who measured the rears and told me they were unsafeby California standards. I called Pacifice Porsche and spoke to Hayden Hugh the used car manager, who had me bring the car in at my convenience. Hayden personally measured the tires, stated that they were above standard, but said he would replace them, naturally, I was very pleased. The tires were ordered up, I was notified when they arrived, made a service appointment and dealt with Suzanne Campbell, who greeted me in the parking lot. She was very attentive and a pleasure to do business with. She told me how long the service would take, a two tire replacement, front tires rebalanced and a 20 plus spot checks on my car, and called me when it was ready, following a car wash to boot! Great service, and wonderful people to deal with, I thought the situation was handled correctly not only from a business point of view but a safety factor point of view. Very happy customer here, and the car runs and looks great!

This is the second new car I have purchased from this dealer. Consummate pros, low key, knowledgeable. Worth the trip from Santa Monica to Torrance, even though there are other Porsche dealers closer to where I live. I had the pleasure of working with Carl Tofflemire and Mina Ibrahim when I purchased a 2009 997.2 Carrera 4S back in 2008; and was pleased to again work with Mina, and with Ryan Shipton for my 2017 991.2 Carrera 4S. I purchased an Audi S7 from Ryan a few years ago when he was working for another dealership, and it is great that he is now at Pacific Porsche. Will continue to work with Sue Campbell in the Service Department, she always take great care of me and my car.

I bought my Porsche in Long Beach but live in RPV which is why I take my 911 to Pacific Porsche. Upon my first visit the the heavy set service representative was a bit impatient, abrupt and not very helpful. When I inquired about servicing my car, he was dismissive. A few months later, I came back to the dealership to schedule an oil change. At that particular visit, Sue Campbell was my agent and WHAT A DIFFERENCE!! She delivers exceptional service! She is friendly, trustworthy and extremely helpful.

I made an appointment with Suzanne, who promptly met me before I could get out of my car. She explained everything needed to be done and had the car done when promised. I had brought my car in for a couple of little issues over the last 8 months of ownership, and Sue also helped me there too. No appointment, no proof of purchasing the car at the dealership, just good advice and a quick fix to small problems and I was on my way. Easily as good or better service than I ever had with other luxury car dealerships. Charles Collinge

Richard Presley made the experience of buying my first 911 a truly pleasant one. His courteous, professional and friendly attitude made the whole experience my best car buying experience. The same should be said about Inna Eng, the finance manager who made the paying part also a pleasant one which is not something I can normally say. I would highly recommend Pacific Porsche and its staff.

I've purchased many cars before but this was my first pleasant experience. I saw a car I was looking for on one of the internet sites and contacted the dealer, Pacific Porsche. A rep, Adriana Vallecillo, responded almost immediately. In contrast, I'm still waiting for CarMax to respond beyond an automatic reply. Adriana was extremely responsive and helpful. I told her I was buying that day, and she was able to work a "must buy" offer from her manager in a few hours. I've been burnt by so many dealerships trying to tack on charges for this and that, so I was initially distrustful. Adriana patiently reassured me that there would be no surprises. Turned out that there was a small surprise that she didn't know about, but she and her manager took care of it immediately. The car was detailed and ready when I arrived, the paperwork went smoothly, and I was on my way in my new ride soon after with all smiles. Adriana, her manager, the finance lead, and service technician (sorry, I forgot their names), and the dealership all deserve 6 stars!

Another fantastic example of the customer service & attention to detail at Pacific Porsche. Took my 2006 Cayenne in for a air conditioning issue and Chris Gibson & Suzanne Campbell diagnosed the issue & had it repaired within the exact estimated $s. In addition, as always, they did a check on the entire vehicle, found a potential issue, & called me for approval to repair, & got it corrected during the same visit. If you want honest, fair, professional Porsche service, I recommend Pacific.Ron

I purchased a 2016 Porsche 911 Carrera Black Edition from Pacific Porsche. This is my 3rd Porsche but the first in some years. Richard Presley was my salesperson and was very helpful in walking me through the process. Richard did a great job in checking me out on my new car and made me feel very comfortable with my car. I was introduced to the service team and assured that my car would receive the best of care.

I purchased a used Audi S6 (sight unseen) from Pacific Porsche. Adriana Vallecillo was very helpful in the purchasing process. She was available to answer my questions, nice, and helped to move things along quickly. I live in NY and the car was shipped from CA to NY. It arrived in good condition with to problems as of yet. *The only negative issue I had was when I spoke with Inna Eng (financial). I paid in cash (in full) so that It should have been an easy transaction. However, Inna was extremely rude, not knowledgeable, and main promises that she was unable to keep. After speaking with Inna, I considered canceling the transaction. But I figured that I was purchasing a car, not Inna. Her only concern was that she got paid, and she was extremely rude in making it known to me. My concern was that after a make full payment, that she overnight the cars title, so that I can registar my car in NY. In the past, I purchased a car that I didn't receive a title for 3 months. She promised that she was fed express it overnight. Many weeks went by, and I did not receive the title. When a contacted her about this, she blamed her colleague and was again rude. BEWARE: do not deal with Inna Eng.

This was the best and easiest purchase we have done on the car. The entire staff was awesome. First, Kambod Noghreh was so nice and made me feel relax and comfortable as soon as I arrived at the dealership. He was one of the best sales associate I've ever purchased a car from. Second, Mark the sales manager on duty was great. I was able to work with him one on one and Mark was very professional and respectful of me. Third, Sarah carbajal the finance manager was also the best. She took such good of us and we were in and out so fast. We truly believe that this was the easiest and the best purchase of a vehicle we ever had. We truly recommend Pacific Porsche to everyone. We hope to one day purchase another car from this dealership.

This was my first visit to Pacific Porsche for service. I did not purchased my car there little more than two years ago but now I wish I had. The service experience was above and beyond what I got at the dealership where I purchased the car. It was raining when I arrived and even so, Suzanne Campbell went out to welcome me to the dealership, made me feel comfortable with their procedures, explained what was going to be done and how long it was going to take, offered me a shuttle ride to wherever I chose and promised to call me as soon as the car was ready. She did exactly as she said! When I picked up the car it was at the entrance, clean and ready to go. She explained what was done and walked me to the cashier. Wow! Great service and thanks Suzanne.

We have been shopping around for the "right" pre-owned 911 for a while and dealt with a lot of dealerships. At Pacific Porsche Richard Presley took great care of us - even when we couldn't agree on a deal initially. Together we walked through all the numbers with him, but couldn't close the deal. Richard was patient and professional along the way and treated us with the utmost respect. After we had left, he kept us informed on price updates on that particular car. When the car price finally dropped to an acceptable level, we decided to buy the car. The day we picked up the car Richard treated us in a very professional and courteous manner. He took the required time to walk us through all the features of the car. Richard truly deserves the title "brand ambassador". Job very well done! We left with a big smile and an awesome car! Great experience all around!

My experience was good but I still don't understand why the cost of fixing a road hazard incident was so high (>$12,000) even though it was paid by my insurance company. Pacific Porsche service seems to be on the expensive side.Peter S.

Suzanne Campbell and team checked out several questions I had about the way my Boxster GTS worked. (i.e. Why my fan always turns on with the engine, even if it was off when the car was stopped.). She's was pleasant, knowledgable, agreeable and professional. I appreciated the shuttle ride home she arranged and Joel did an excellent job driving as well. Kudos to all!

Let me begin by providing context about myself. I'm a sales guy, in my world customer service is what sets apart great people from mediocre. I'm also a car nut and have always been since I was a kid, my dad and I have (now were) Porsche guys forever (he has a Carrera S Cab). I bought my first Porsche (Carrera S) 2 years ago, the car of my dreams as a kid. The car has been a blast to drive but has experienced some maintenance issues. My sunroof has creaked since day 1, aux bluetooth doesn't always work, rattles, premature seat wear etc. Things that should all be fixable.I just took my car in to Pacific Porsche who has always serviced the car. Chris my service guy has always been very nice but has not always gotten issues resolved. I was told this time that they refused to fix my sunroof issue because I have a radar detector and I was also told my side bolster was replaced with a new piece but the side bolster was simply repaired not replaced (a blatant lie). The worst part I got a huge door ding on my passenger door from when the car was at the dealer for service, this is the second time my car got a dent from this dealer. First time I caught it and they fixed it, this time I missed it and saw it when I got home. Shame on you Pacific Porsche for not telling me and taking care of the damage you did.As a Porsche owner I expect customer service to be exceptional, after all it's a Porsche it's suppose to be the best. That's not what happened in this last case. After receiving awful service from the dealer and having my car for nearly two weeks only to find out not everything has been fixed, I called Porsche corporate to have a conversation with them. I was shocked they're also refusing to talk to the dealer about fixing my sunroof, stating they stand behind the dealer and not their customer. I don't know about anyone else but I don't spend what I do on my car to be refused service and to hear Porsche finds their dealers more important than their customers. Porsche if you're listening, without customers dealers are useless.....just a little food for thought.100% this will be the last Porsche I ever own. My fiance wants a Macan, no way....we'll be buying BMW.

EDIT 08/08/2013: After submitting my original review (Below), I was contacted within 1 day by the Used Car Sales Manager Sean Shandanloo. Sean and I had a lengthy converstaion about used car sales, and worked out an agreement to have Pacific Porche pay for the body damage that was not advertised. This was agreed based on my request to have all issues with the Saab sent to me in advance, and they were not. We also both agreed that tires were on my dime, as I didn't need to buy new ones, that was my choice. I could have had them patched, but I prefered not to go that route. I am very impressed that the initial review below prompted a phone call from Sean and that we were able to talk things out. It was very professional of them to follow up. I wish this wasn't the route I had to take, but it does show that this process is in place for a reason.ORIGINAL POST 08/06/2013I'd like to start with saying, buying a used car 2,000 miles away sight unseen is not an easy task, and I knew that going into this purchase. I didn't expect perfection, but I expected more out of a dealership with this good of a rating. I did all my homework on the dealership. ( Purchased a Used 2008 Saab 9-7x Aero with 37,000 miles on it)Mina Ibrahim was the Sales Consultant and Angelica Phoeun was the Finance Manager. I'll start with the Positive: Angelica was great in every way, friendly and very quick with getting the finance and title paperwork completed. This is not an easy task with out of state purchases and getting a loan. I had papers very quickly, I was impressed and very thankful to deal with her. Mina was very good about responding to questions (and I had a lot of them) in a timely manner. Mina also sent me a couple videos of the Saab running and showing some features of the SUV. Mina also did a very good job lining up the delivery of the Saab with PlyCar delivery systems.Onto the not so good: Before purchasing the Saab, I asked Mina for a very detailed walk around and notes/pictures of all the problem areas (dents/scratches/leaks/paint flaws) on the Saab. I was informed of 4 or 5 problem areas with pictures, which I was ok with, as long as I knew about them. When the Saab was delivered, to my suprise, there was a lot more cosmetic damage than I was informed of. The passenger front door has 3 large creases in it in the lower half of the door, I have no idea how that could be missed during a walk around. I was quoted $275 to fix those (family rate). There are all kinds of scratches in the paint, almost like claw marks. A few of them buffed out, but the rest of them are into the paint and will need paint touch up. The hood was in horrible shape, almost like the SUV was parked under a tree and the branches/leafs rubbed back and forth over it. There were also numerous door dings and fender gouges around the Saab. I paid $405 to get as many of those taken care of as possible, with a full buff and PDR. Some came out, but still a lot of them are visible and very annoying because I was not informed of them.I specifially asked to have underbody pics of the Saab, to verify there were no leaks. I was sent these pics, but they were not detailed enough. So I asked about leaks, and Mina informed me that there were no leaks. As soon as I got the Saab, I checked the oil. Saab was 2 qts low on oil. Therefore, I had a full inspection done to make sure there was no further damage done. Front Differential Gasket was leaking, Rear Pinion seal was leaking. Windshield sprayers didn't work and dripped washer fluid from the tank when trying to use them. I am not sure what kind of used car inspection Pacific Porsche does before reselling, but it can't be any more than just kicking the tires. Oh, speaking of tires, Pass rear had 2 nails in it. Luckily, the Diff and Pinion Seal were covered under warranty ($1500). I paid for the windshield wiper fix ($125) and new tires all around ($800). (AWD, had to have matching tires and tread depth, so replacing one was out of the question).I asked Pacific Porsche to assist in the money I have spent to get the Saab looking respectable cosmetically (especially considering the other $ I spent on tires and having to have warranty work done right away). $405 PDR/Buff & $275 Fix Door. I have been told over the last 3 weeks that I would get a call from the General Manager and Used Car Manager to discuss. I haven't heard from them, and I have followed up a few times with Mina. My last email with Mina last week stated that they wouldn't probably do anything to assist me, but would call on Monday. Today is Tuesday, no call and I am giving up with this battle.I would consider buying a used car again, sight unseen, however I again would ask for better videos and pictures.Would I recommend buying Used from Pacific Porsche? At this point, No. If you can't take more than 5 mins to look over a car for dents/dings/paint issues, it's not worth my time or money to make a purchase from you again. If you can't take 5 mins to call and tell me sorry, we missed those flaws, again...not going to get my business again.

Kam and I known each other since 2005 when he helped me trade in my 2003 Boxter S and get a new 997. Since then I have bought and trading in three Porsche working with him. The latest purchase was a 2012 Cayman R that he advised me on. Color, options and so forth. He was dead on with his advised on the exterior color, wheels and interior color combinations. I still get people giving me complements either while driving or parked. Kam Noghreh knew his Porsche cars and what they represent to their owners. He is a true professional brand representative and I'm glad we have worked together along with his finance department. They made the deal go through. I'm very satisfied with my "R" vooooooooommmmmmmmmm

What an incredible experience. This dealership is very lucky to have top brass team who work as a team and deliver exceptional customer satisfaction. I cannot thank enough to Matthew Foroozandeh for helping me buy Porsche Panamera S. Mathew Foroozandeh was very pleasant to speak on the phone and extremely quick to respond to all my emails. We made the whole deal over the telephone. Later we flew in from Sacramento to pick our car at this dealership and the whole process was downright flawless. From arranging transfer from the airport, greeting at the dealership, finance and final delivery of the vehicle was done with great professionalism. We left the dealership with nothing but highest satisfaction. I commend Carl and his team for putting together relaxed car buying experience for us. I recommend this dealership without any reservation. i will come back for all of my future purchases for porsches from here. I cannot thank Mike Tunney enough for his great sense of humor and detailed tour of the car. Christine Takla is by far the best finance manager I have met over the years. Again this place rocks...

Sue Campbell is the reason i would buy another Porsche! Her attention to detail and follow up as well as follow through is the best! She try's to make your experiance as pain free as possible and trys to take care of your transportation needs if needed. I have been extremely happy with her work and strongly recommend anyone considering to buy a car to think of the service side of that dealership. They are the ones that will make you happy or un happy owning that vehicle!!Ron

I purchased a new 2013 Porsche Cayenne as a special order. The entire purchase experience was a pleasure and I highly recommend the dealership for its professionalism and accuracy. This was the most expensive and complicated vehicle I have ever purchased and was also one of the easiest. The Porsche option book is long and complicated, but the salesman (Richard) was most helpful and patient. He explained every option and gave good advice about what to include and not include. The sales philosophy differs from that of lesser car brands: they make sure the car you are considering is right for you, and that you equip it appropriately. The vehicle arrived exactly on time (4 months after order date) and was delivered in perfect condition at the exact time promised. On price negotiation we converged to a price easily and they gave a reasonable discount that essentially conformed to the discounts I observed in internet searches. The purchase process was easy, no haggling or arguing about the add-ons. The finance department deserves a special thanks because they shopped around to different banks for a great finance deal, and found me a better interest rate than I expected. Even after I signed the initial purchase contract, they came back a week later with a better deal.Based on my experience so far, I would not hesitate to purchase another Porsche from this dealership.

I bought my first Porsche from Pacific Porsche this winter. The experience has been nothing short of complete satisfaction. Their Porsche brand specialist, Matthew Foroozandeh helped me through the process like a friend not a sales specialist. His patience was exemplary when it came to presenting available inventory, answering my questions, arranging multiple test rides, sorting out the fairly complex details of purchasing a car and making it just a few signatures at the end. That could not be worth it without ending up with an excellent car that reminds me of Pacific Porsche every time that I drive it. Pacific Porsche knows how to make first-time customers a lifetime client!

This is the second car I have purchased new from Mina Ibrahim, and where Christine Takla handled the paper work.. The experience was perfect in every way. I highly recommend this dealership, and Mina the person to see for a car.

Purchased a used Porsche on November 17,2012. Never received a follow-up call until asked if I had in a prior survey two weeks later. When purchasing said vehicle I noticed a small detail, a missing valve stem cap (Porsche)and asked that one be added before I left with the car. I was told the cap would be replaced but when I arrived home I saw it was not. After filling out a Porsche survey I was contacted by a woman from Pacific Porsche who stated that I did not recieve a follow up call because she had the wrong e-mail address. I then received a call from the salesman who promised to send a set of valve stem caps that day. To this day I have not received the caps. I have heard every excuse possible as to why; They were sent to the wrong address. They were sent and it shows the caps were delivered, etc.etc. I was advised the caps were shipped via FED-EX.I e-mailed the salseman one last time around 12/06 requesting the tracking # for the caps and with a question regarding the fuel guage in the Porsche I purchased. His reply was that he would get the info to me the next day. As of today I have had no reply.I know the caps are a minor issue monetarily but its the point of being strung along over two months and still having no answer. Yesterday I received a letter from Pacific Porsche in regards to having my car serviced there when needed. Rest assured that you will never see me at your dealership in the future as I have no trust or faith in it.

I have leased four different Porsche Boxsters over the past 11 years -- all of them from Pacific. Pacific Porsche is by far the best dealership I've ever dealt with, and that's why I've stayed a loyal customer for over a decade. The sales team had always worked hard to 1) find me what I want at a price I can afford and 2) follow-up to make sure all is well. The service team is simply outstanding -- friendly, fast, and very capable. Bringing your car in for even minor or routine service is a pleasure. While I believe the quality of Porsche cars has dramatically gone down in recent years, if you're determined to get a Porsche, I would recommend Pacific Porsche as the dealer to do business with. At least you won't regret the people behind the car. And they'll do everything they can to make you happy.

My sales guy was Mina. Before the transaction was complete, he was friendly but was never able to track my custom order car. He talked alot about how customer service is very important for him, blah blah blah, and promised alot on the providing the Porsche gifts. After the car was delivered, he had hard time backing up/ and following up. Not good way to get repeating business.

After much research, I ended up buying a Certified Pre-owned, 2009 997 C2S from Mina. He's patient, professional, answered all my questions & addressed all of my concerns. I also met Carl, their General Sales Manager, who is also a super nice guy. I highly recommend Mina Ibrahim & Pacific Porsche.

Of all the Porsche dealers in the L.A. area that I have visited, Pacific Porsche and specifically Sue Campbell are by far the best place to go for Porsche service. I pass other Porsche Dealers to see Sue and service my Porsche, but it's worth the drive. There are no up-selling surprises and the car is ready when promised. Most importantly, my Porsche is fixed right the first time and left just as clean as when I drove in. Unlike some L.A. area Porsche Dealers there is no attitude or arrogance at this dealership. Yes, Pacific Porsche may seem like too far to drive if you live in the L.A. area, but if you want quality, friendly and honest service then I recommend Sue at Pacific Porsche.

Dealing with the purchase was good it was only after I paid for the car that everything when down hill.I was left waiting for 4 hours while the business manager waited to confirm they had my wire for payment when she should have let me leave and put the paperwork in the car as it was being pickup later. The their Bank confirmed to me they had my payment but she still made me wait as they hadn't called their Bank. The business manager was the start of my displeasure. The general manager apologized and offered to put a hat in the car for my disabled son which I told my wife about so she went out and bought herself a hat and when the car arrived no hat for my son.Although this is very small $20 vrs the $50k I paid for the car it was very dishearting as she had a hat and he didn't.I called Mina my salesman about the hat and he said he would send the hat immediately but 3 weeks latter no hat so again lipservice was the only service I got.I went to the Porsche dealer here in Phoenix and saw the saleman who sold my older son a Porsche which we would have bought from Pacific had they been men of their word. The sales manager went to the part area and gave me a hat as my older son bought a new Porsche from them so now my son will have his hat and they will have my next purchase as the Cayenne i bought is great. I plan on buying a new Cayenne from them when lease on my Enclave expires in 6 months and my son paid over $100k for his car so a $20 hat cost Pacific $200,000 in sales and my friend's business who told me about Pacific.

I came into the dealership for service on the digital display on my 2001 Boxster, and spoke with Richard, whom I have interacted with on a previous car for sale. We were just talking about available cars, and he directed me to a 2004 911 Anniversary Edition. I told him that I'm not exactly interested in buying a car but I would consider it. He was friendly and knowledgeable, and I had a good rapport with him from previous experiences. He told me that this was a rare car, only 1963 made, and the price was lowered (in the really low market of January 2009) from $50,000 to $42,000 and he showed me actual records of the steady price decline. As the car only had 23,000 miles, I accepted and we made a deal with the trade in of the Boxster. To this day I am thankful for my experience, and thankful to Richard, who clearly is an excellent salesperson. I highly recommend Pacific Porsche not only for sales, but for service as well.

This is the second car I've bought through Mina in a year. He is an excellent salesman. He knows the product well, but more than that he understands the brand brilliantly. Both transactions involved custom orders and the process was flawless. I recommend Mina and Pacific Porsche highly!

Overall, my experience with this dealership was OK, as far as dealing with Porsche dealers go. After test-driving the car I ended up buying, the salesman told me he would "make me a hell of a deal on the car" if I bought it that weekend (before month-end). He also told me that the car, which was a "brass hat" had "full warranty" and was not a "demo." When I returned to lease the car, it turns out that "hell of a deal" meant the price already on the car, and JUST before signing a 4 year lease, he confessed that "full warranty" didn't mean full 4-year duration, but instead full coverage and that "brass hat" did in fact mean "demo" thus the warranty was already 9 months old. Then we had to renegotiate a 3 year lease lest I have a leased car out of warranty for 9 months at the end. These "mistakes" made me VERY upset and convey to me that the sales guy was dishonest or dumb or both. I felt misled on these issues. During the negotiation for my "hell of a deal" both the salesman and manager explained that the brass hat devalued the car, and since it was an 09 they could not get the new car price for it, but somehow expected me to pick up some of the tab for some rich Porsche executive to have a free Porsche to drive around. I laughed in their face at this point. I don't pay for fringe benefits for Porsche executives; if you want him to drive the car YOU pay for it. Overall, it was an annoying experience but in the end I got a decent deal on the lease. The finance chick was super hot, which helped after dealing with the smokey, frustrating salesman. Since I did not have to do a trade-in, this dealer is getting a better score than if I had to trade-in. There is an especially deep pit in Hell for Porsche used car managers who value trade-ins, right next to the Nazi SS guards to complete the evil German theme, but in this dealer's case, I digress. So, the Brass Hat had 3500 miles when I got it, and 1.5 months later at 5000 miles the computer tells me I need $250 oil change. After a lot of arguing, the manager agreed to split the oil change with me, and confessed that the oil is not REQUIRED to be changed until 10k. They should have changed the friggin oil before selling it to me; no one wants to spend $250 on an oil change for a "new" car that they have had for less than 2 months. The service people have always been very helpful, I must say. More than most Porsche dealers. And boy that finance manager chick is hot!

Had a great time with my transaction, a cayman S. Mina was very easy to work with--no pressure tactics, and very affable. He took me on multiple test drives, we settled on the car I wanted, and we were able to easily arrange a great deal from there. Would definitely work with this dealer again!

I bought a new Porsche at Pacific about 3&1/2 years ago and recently traded that vehicle in and leased a new Porsche. In between I came in numerous times to explore possible deals and just to see what was new, product-wise, or certified used Porsches for sale, etc.. Every time in between I walked out with time spent by Richard and the other sales staff with no deal done because I was not ready for anything they had available at that time. I have also had the servicing done on my Porsche here (there has just been routine servicing, no problems). My experience with Service has been excellent, the service staff and mechanics are professional but friendly and informative. They have not tried to sell me unnecessary services, and have accommodated my scheduling needs and transportation needs very well. My sales experience has also been satisfactory--the primary salesman I have interfaced with, Richard Presley, is professional, patient, friendly and not pushy. He worked with me to arrive at the most sensible pathways. On the vehicle I recently leased, Richard was out of the office for a while and I worked with another salesman, Mike Tunney, and he also treated me the same way. The two of them seemed to coordinate matters very smoothly also after Richard returned to the store. The General Manager, Carl Tofflemire, has also been appropriately attentive in the course of my dealings there. Also, the F&I office (Angie and Christine) has been professional and straightforward, not pushy, about add-ons such as clear bra, Lojack, etc.As far as transaction prices, value on trade-in, etc. I feel that Pacific has been fair with me and I have no complaints. I don't think Pacific views itself as a bargain basement type of store so someone looking for absolutely the cheapest deal may find other places more attractive, but again I feel Pacific is very professional, very fair, and has great continuity of personnel and attitude. And by the way, let's not forget that the Porsche Cayman S I had before and the current Carrera S Cabriolet are magnificent sports cars of the highest quality. What a great brand!

I had a pleasant exprience from the minute I stepped in the office of the sales man Mina Ibrahim. I was a little worried since this was the first time I wanted to buy a different brand of Vehicle. I usually purchase MBZ and I had never test drove any other car. I explained to him that I have never test drove any car and he was so calm and nice and we took a test drive. He was so Professional and Knowledgeable that there was no doubt in my mind that I had to have the car. The next day I returned with my husband and we purchased the car. Ever since then I have referred 3 of my friends to purchase their car form Mina Ibrahim at Pacific Porsche. I will recommend him to any one who asks me if I am happy with my car(which is alot almost on a daily basis)., He should be rewarded because if he did not have such a good attitude and a great customer service I would have never bought the car. I had walked away from Range Rover dealership because of their poor customer service right before I walked in to the Porsche dealership. I am very very pleased with my entire exprience at Pacific Porsche and with Mina Ibrahim.

I bought my new car from Pacific Porsche in late 2009. I drove over an hour to get there but it was worth it. My sales guy Mina gave me a great deal and the whole transaction went very smoothly. It was my first Porsche so I didn't know what to expect but he made it easy. I would highly recommend Pacific Porsche.

I shopped five Porsche dealerships in the Southern California Area before buying my Panamera from Pacific Porsche. Many of the other dealers said that I should be "happy" that they were not charging over sticker! Pacific gave me a price, found me a car of the color and options I wanted, we set a date, and Lo and Behold... no surprises! The paperwork was ready, the car was ready, and I drove away happy. I just wish I lived closer so I could use them for service also!

Great experience except that first trip to dealership was wasted on the wrong part having been ordered. As a result I drove 90 minutes total for nothing. On the second try, service and the quality of work was top notch, as usual for this dealership.

This was the most pleasant time I had ever purchasing a car. I had some conversations with Matt via phone and email prior to arriving at Pacific Porsche. Matt greeted me and took a test drive. I felt we came to a fair price and the deal was completed. It was very quick and friendly. I usually am very defensive when purchasing cars because I always feel I'm getting taken advantage of. Matt made me feel comfortable and I felt I could trust him and Pacific Porsche.

When I was searching for this particular car, Richard made the car buying experience a joy. We were welcomed in the showroom right on the spot. My brother, and I looked, and test drove our car. To anyone who is interested in buying a Porsche, or any vehicle on the lot make an appointment with Mr Presley.

Kam Noghreh is a great person (forget saleman because he isn't that type of guy). The first time I bought a car from Kam in October 2009, I shopped all around California and he had the car I wanted and he got me a great deal, I am very happy with the car (2008 Porsche Carrera Cab.) Kam made the experience very enjoyable. When I decided to buy a 2010 Cayenne last February, I didn't waste anytime shopping around, instead I just called Kam and he spent about a week tracking down the car that I wanted, the way I wanted it and then he still gave me a great deal.I will be buying my next car from Kam - he is great to deal with. Thanks for everything!!!!!

I have had Porsches for years. This is the best dealership by FAR in LA.I live in Malibu and pass three closer places to get my 997 turbo serviced here. They are fair. They are on time. They care.I also have had good experiences with purchasing and selling cars through them. I had a 997 2s, a cayenne turbo as well. I have my name on the list for a Panamera here as well. These folks always get me in and out fast, always have loaners, always treat me right, always know how to "tweak" and dial in my car, are always proactive. They are helping me get into tracking my car as well. Investing their time for little other than making a customer happy. If you want to buy a car, it's worth the trip. They are fair and don't play that "snooty" game the dealers "you know where" do. When you get your car serviced there even once, Sue, Niko and even their tech August are gems. You will go back I guarantee it.

Went to Pacific Porsche, because it was near our home. Had a total multipule-personality experience there. The sales person (Kam) was very friendy and helpful. No pressure, allow me to set my own course for the test drive, and let me drive as long as I wanted. When it came time to do the deal, we are handed to Carl their sales manager. He was a complete JERK!!! We made a very fair offer for the car we looked at (used Boxster). In stead of provideing a counter-offer, he started to yell and scream at my wife and I about how we did not "appreciate" the car! Then he pulled some strange numbers from a dealer auction and began to scream at us that he could sell the car at auction for more than what we offered. Lastly, he goes to his desk and comes back 10 minutes later saying that he had "check autotrader and cars.com" and he was "good" with the window price. This was by far the worst car buying experience we ever had. Never had a sales guy, come in angry before we even started to deal. Carl not only refused to deal, he insulted my wife and I. Would never recommend anyone to deal with this man. Pacific Porsche needs to get their act together and hire a more professional sales manager!

I frequently visit Lexus, M-Benz, and Porsche dealerships. Among them, my experiences with Porsche service agents (Pacific Porsche) has never been great. The worst thing was the employees' attitudes (I mean the people at the service desk, not the technicians). When I tried to ask what the problems were with the cars and asked for recommendations, they did not want to take time to provide me with the clear explanation. They didn't seem to be so willing to listen to the customers. I understand that the employees. They might be the best in the industry, good enough to be hired by Porsche (one of the most prestigious auto-makers in the world), but such pride shouldn't turn into arrogance especially when they are dealing with the customers. It will only bring a negative impact to the company and diminish the image of Porsche (unless it is the corporate strategy of Porsche). As a customer, I would like to ask Porsche to improve dealer service process. I think it will be one of the biggest challenges for Porsche to expand customer bases in the US.

Brought in new Turbo Cab with a question about engine idle. Dan Hanami the service manager was excellent and was Dominic (service writer) and Ruben (service tech). After putting the diagnostics ODBC II on the car which showed no abnormal conditions, the service tech took the time to take a test drive with me along a walled section of road, so he could identify the engine sound first hand. As it turned out the sound was normal for a 996 Turbo and the issue with engine idle was identified as the A/C compressor cycling on/off. The staff and tech were professional and checked the car over. They even topped off the oil (Mobil-1 0-40). Another plus to this LA area dealer is adequate parking. I have no affiliation with this dealer other than being satisfied with the service.
What’s more, Porsche South Bay of Hawthorne has been on the market for a very long time and remains the preferred dealership for buyers looking for used cars and trucks for sale. From low mileage used cars to cheapest used cars, there is something for you from Porsche South Bay. Check out the listings today to find the right car for yourself. Porsche South Bay is definitely the best place to buy used cars online.
