I was so impressed with my recent visit to Larson Porsche! Sometimes, things do not work out perfectly at first (which was my case) however, this is often were you see a companies "true colors". Larson Porsche immediately made things right, no fuss whatsoever. In fact, I was able to work with some outstanding employees, Lee is a fantastic point-person and is always eager to talk Porsche, a real pro. I would also like to mention that the Service Manger, Chris went well beyond the call of duty to insure that I had a great experience. Finally, through out this process I was able to meet with Dale & Brian Reed about my experience, both were very kind and gracious. As a 911 guy, I cannot image taking my car anywhere else. Larson Porsche has my business for life.

We just got a used Cayenne from here. The car is in very good condition and the price is reasonable. Stephen as the store manager is very professional, nice and passionate. He helped us pick up, test and deliver the car. This is a great experience, especially in the current market. Better than the dealers in other places.

We purchased 2 cars from James. Before we made our purchases, we went to the dealership several times and James was always there to help us. He was very patient and helpful and even came in on his day off to help us. Overall, our visits have been great because of James’ exceptional service.

Editing my original review. I’ve been back several times for vehicle maintenance/engine issues since writing this review and Chris and Freddy have been wonderful to work with—going above and beyond. I’m very appreciative of their assistance and responsiveness during a time I really needed it. They have completely redeemed Porsche Tacoma since my original review. Thank you!! I don't normally have the time to write reviews, but took the time today. I had my 50k mile service appointment this week. I had a great experience with the service person--he was very helpful and worked with me to even get my car in the same day. He's the reason you're getting three stars. Everything went smoothly until I went to pick it up that evening. In the past, my vehicle has been washed and vacuumed prior to picking it up. This is something I have come to expect for a $600+ service. This time, however, they didn't even vacuum the inside or wipe down the dash. In addition, when paying, I was informed that they are now charging a 3% fee for credit card transactions. I've never heard of such a thing from a car dealership. I'd gladly pay a 3% credit card fee when making a donation or even when buying something from a small business, but this really off-putting. I'd definitely reconsider this policy if I were you, Porsche. It's pretty tacky and I can guarantee it's not going to sit well with your clientele.

The new manager Stephen is impressive. He is more concentrated on building relationships instead of just selling us a car. We really enjoy dealing with him and this is the No. 5 car bought from him. We are loyal to him because he treats us like friends and family. Highly recommended, customer for life because of him.
