I don’t recommend getting service done here. They send you the usual satisfaction surveys promising to make sure everything is “Outstanding” but they aren’t responsive when there’s a problem. Would prefer that they spend less time begging for outstanding ratings and more time responding to customers when there are issues. Even things as simple as replying to email threads and text messages that THEY initiated is asking too much it seems.

Had a good discussion with sales man Perry. Tried car for fit and size, ease of entry and exit. Not much inventory on hand (they had 2 of the car I was looking for in stock), and he said they turn them around in about a week. Symptoms of the pandemic effect on new car availability. I'm in no hurry. Later in the year I'll return for a test drive
