I contacted the sales department and let them know what truck I was interested in and when I got there I was greeted by Joe who took me straight to the truck and in no time the paperwork was started. I did have a check engine light come on a few days later and contacted Dale in sales who told me to bring it asap. The diagnosis was quick and the service department was very clean and professional looking. I'm very satisfied with the quality of vehicles and people.

I bought my vehicle from portage Ford in November of 2020 used. I took out a warranty when I bought it. By February of 2021 it was already in for service work on a few different things everything was covered by warranty in the first visit. I had some issues the beginning of June 2021 and took it back all the original issues it was in for at this visit we’re also covered by warranty. The traction control light, abs and hill decent lights were all coming on. Only after traveling at highway speeds for 15-20 miles. I dropped it off with gas in the tank and told them they have to drive it that distance. So they could see what was going on. They drove it 9 miles in the 2 weeks they had it. I took a picture of the odometer when I dropped it off so I could compare when I picked it up. Both visits there were issues with the wrong parts being ordered and had to wait for the correct parts to arrive. While the tech was taking it apart they broke a bolt. I got a call saying they ran into a hiccup and that the bolt broke and had to replace the hub and barring and that warranty wouldn’t cover that. I asked if any of that would be on them as they broke it. The answer I got “why would it be on us? We are fixing your vehicle for you. We didn’t ask you to bring it here”. Now that is costumer service!!!!!! With that being said it cost me $597.59 in parts to get my vehicle back. They don’t have to worry about me taking up there time anymore after this. I’ve bought 2 vehicles from this place now and will never be buying another one.

Our daughter was traveling through the area when our 09 Liberty started having issues. (100 miles from home) She stopped here to get it checked out. Mark and the service team were great, and although they couldn't fix it that day, it was a relief to know she was somewhere warm and safe. She got home safe, and a few days later we are picking up our jeep.
