Edited review: So buying my car went fairly smoothly. However, a few weeks after I bought the car my bank said they had not received the title. I contacted my salesman about this and a day later he said they had the title. But weeks later, my bank still didn't have it. I contacted my salesman a few more times, but then he stopped getting back to me. I had no idea what was going on. So I had to spend an entire week calling the dealer to finally hear back from someone. Finally, a manager explained the situation to me and eventually my bank did receive the title about 2 months after I bought the car. Now the thing that really bothered me is that after all this, the salesman who had not gotten back to me for weeks, called and sternly told me that if I needed anything to only contact him. Not cool. Old review: Purchased a used car at Potamkin Hyundai of Stone Mountain and everything went smoothly. I worked with Marcus Washington and he was very friendly and went out of his way to help and answer all my questions. Excellent buying experience.

Is it possible to be more in love with my car today, than I was a week ago when I bought it! I think yes!! I am so happy to be apart of the Hyundai family thanks to Amberly Thomas at Potamkin Hyundai. As a young woman purchasing a car, it’s a very daunting task. You’re unsure if you’re going to get bamboozled into something that you don’t really want. That was NOT my experience with Amberly. Amberly was super knowledgeable and super transparent. I went in with an idea of what I wanted and she gave me options that were within my budget. She didn’t hide anything from me about the cars and made sure that I left super satisfied. I am so happy with my Hyundai Sonata, and the customer service with not only Amberly but the whole Potamkin staff. If you are looking for a new or used car, if you are a young lady afraid of getting got, or just someone not really knowledgeable about purchasing a car I highly, highly, highly recommend you run, not walk over to see Amberly Thomas at Potamkin Hyundai. You won’t leave disappointed!

Service was great and the test drive was amazing. Everything was explained thoroughly about the vehicle we were looking at. Great experience all around. Danielle Hopkins was great help with everything and very friendly! She chatted with us in a professional and personal way. We felt very comfortable when having the discussion while choosing the car we wanted here.

I don’t know where to begin. To keep it brief, believe all of the reviews. The car buying experience for me was amazing at Potamkin. The whole team, from the owner all of the way to my personal salesman, Tiger Gibson were phenomenal. The Tiger Treatment is real! This man will work his butt off to get the deal done for you. He truly works hard for his clients and is passionate about what he does! I will tell everyone to go to Potamkin. I’m still in awe! I’m so happy to be a part of this family.

Omg when I say this is the place to go! I bought my first car when this place was named Malcolm Cunningham Hyundai and now I’m getting my second car at the same place but with new owners Potamkin. Before I thought the service was spectacular now I can say the service is out of this world. Customer satisfaction was key and Michael Wilson took care of me as if I was family. I really appreciated his hospitality and the time he took with me to make the right decision. I really appreciate him and all that he offered. I will be returning and I advise anyone who reads this to come in and spend some money with Michael as well.He was great!
