My experience with Precise was very positive. I found this beautiful vehicle on Car Gurus initially. I contacted Precise to see if I could get the process started and spoke to Robby. That was on Thursday. I went in on Saturday to test drive the vehicle and it was so pretty and basically everything was already done in terms of financing. They gave me a fair deal for my trade-in and the financing terms were better than I had hoped for! I did have a tiny mishap where the door handle fell off as I was transferring my things into it and then when I went for gas the gas cap was missing. So random. But these are such minor things. This is a used vehicle, not a brand new one and not purchased from a huge dealership dripping in money. I was treated with the utmost respect and courtesy and I would recommend Precise to anyone.

I can’t stress enough how much Robby has helped me in financing my Lexus now. Seriously this guy went above and beyond in order for me to have a great car and at a great price. As well went further to help me work on finances. I can’t thank him enough, He is a stepping stone to help me financially with this vehicle. Everything went smoothly and quickly without any problems. Robby is your man if you need help with getting a car or help on information about finances. Either way I’m a very happy customer. I’ll be going to him in the future. 10/10

They listed Range rover they posting on Auto trader and Facebook. Tried to them three time no answer n o reply on Facebook went to there place to see it Range Rover was still sitting there and they told me just got sold few hours ago. That was three days ago still posted everywhere. This place waste of time small auto body repair shop.

My brother and I set out to look for a newer Ford F150. After looking at a few, we called Precise after seeing a beautiful truck they had posted online. This was probably the best and easiest transaction I have ever experienced buying a vehicle. We drove up, saw it parked, Mark came out, gave us the keys, 30 minutes later we drove out of there in the truck. They appear to have very well cared for, clean vehicles. If ever I am considering buying again, this is the first place I will call. Thanks Mark and staff :-)

I purchased a car on a Saturday and they stated that it would not be ready til Monday but they did not give me a copy of any of the paperwork on Saturday even though I paid cash straight to them. I call on Monday because I do live an hour away and they stated that it still wasn't ready but it would definitely be ready Tues. Morning at 10. I arrive to get my car and it is still on the lift and they don't even have the parts and no one bothered to call and tell me they just let me drive up there for no reason and what's worse is when I get there No one is there that works for the Car Dealer, they stated the two people were gone to auction and only the people from the repair place next door is there and I was very mad and asked for a phone number and the number I was given was going straight to a voicemail that was full and I waited literally over and hour because I just wanted my money back at that point and then the repair guy stated they would not be back today to call them later. So when I called and told them I just wanted my money back he was very rude and belligerent and said I signed the paperwork, which I stated that he fell through on his part of the contract because the car was not ready when he said it was going to be, so I wanted my money back and he said he would have to talk to his boss and when I asked who his boss was he would not tell me and he simply stated I would have to talk to him. He knew that he had me because he had my money and the car and I had nothing not even any paperwork to show that I even was there. I do not know what I was thinking that day and why I never asked for any but I really should not have had to ask, they are required to give me copies of certain things. Every time we talked on the phone he was the most rudest person I ever met except for the guy that runs the repair shop next to it he was even worse. I can't believe that a car dealer treats their customers this way. The dealer license is not in either one of the two guys that work there's name, they repair person kept telling me that they are two different companies but when I pulled the dealer license and the owners they are one and the same.

I finally decided to trade in my truck and being a single lady I was somewhat afraid of doing any kind of car deal alone. I looked at different options and found this dealer. The dealer was very patient with all my 1001 questions and showed me different cars. Mind you, I am not from the US originally. I had to wait for the car I wanted to come in and he called me right away once he had what I was looking for. I worked in DeSoto at the time and I was working late, past the time the dealership was open. He was so nice and waited for me to get off work and make it through traffic. I know family time is short for car dealers so I really appreciated this gesture! The sales aspect went superfast and very easy. I never felt rushed and I am still extremely happy with my car! I have recommended this dealership to my girlfriends as well. I have been pressured by other dealerships before to buy a car I didn't want. I never had this feeling here! I would buy again. I <3 my car!
