Great place to buy a car from the start to after the finish. Tony came in on a weekend to show my daughter a car. We needed something quick because she commutes to school. We found her a very nice CR-V at a great price and Tony and Bob made sure the car was 100%. It was ready to drive away on Tuesday, after less than 10 minutes of paperwork. We have had excellent after purchase interactions. So glad we found this place very friendly, very accommodating and they service what they sell!

I waited two months before I made the review so I could have some time with the car and also the dealership in case anything went wrong. First, I am totally in love with my car. When I went to buy the car, I went to Precision and it was love at first sight when I saw this one. But the problem was that I know nothing about cars. I was very nervous buying an 18yo car with no knowledge of cars. The only thing I knew was that I wanted a yellow car. The first thing I said was to go easy on me because I know nothing about cars and that I did not want to buy a lemon (no pun intended, she is yellow after all lol) I took the car for a test drive and figured it was fine. Gave them the money and they kept it for a few days to register it and look it over to see if they needed to do anything before they gave it to me. They are the nicest people. Kind, helpful, and not pushy. There was no "used car salesman speech." Nothing like that at all. A couple of weeks ago, I emailed them because the driver's side window is a little moody. Goes up and down when it feels like it. Anthony called me and told me to bring it in and maybe he could fix it while I waited. He looked at it and said that I would have to leave it. No charge for the repair. I haven't brought it in yet due to covid because I'm really not going out that much right now, as the numbers keep going up. But I will when things settle down. This was a wonderful buying experience. I love my car. It is in beautiful condition inside and out. And the people at Precision are awesome. Including a picture of my Yvonne. She is a beauty and no one can believe how old she is. Thank you Precision! Jean

Had a visit last week to this location and nothing but positive things to say. First i went in just looking and trying to find something in my budget, unfortunately on my end i need alittle more time. That doesnt take away tho that i had excellent service. They had all the questions that needed to be answered, put the car on the lift for me to check because they had time and space that morning, and didnt push you like other dealers. Very respectful. The car looked great along with other i looked at and he was willing to work with the price based on my workings. The warranty is reasonable and they will fix needed things within that time frame or before you pull of the lot. Car also drove good, did need some changes, again depending on if you buy with warrenty or as is, they will help. I plan on buying my next car from here and will be back soon. I can see way they have been there 20 years.

The owner ( Anthony ) and general manager ( Bill ) went far and beyond to find the right car for and fixed a problem that happened 1 Day after l purchased the car without charging me a dime. The whole staff was very friendly and kind they worked with me knowing my financial situation. I will absolutely go there in the future when l do need another car, but won’t happen for years to come

I recently purchased a Audi from Bill at Precision auto and it was an extremely smooth process. Bill made sure we were comfortable with the car and showed us all the features and functions to ensure we knew how it worked before we pulled out. After taking car home and driving for a few weeks I noticed a small antifreeze leak and called Bill. He had me bring the car in they fixed it with no questions and explained what it was and what they did to fix it. Precision has been in this location for over 15 years and now I know why they stood by their sale and glad I purchased the car from them. I would recommend them to anyone looking to buy a preowned car.

I have been doing business with Precision for over 10 years. During this time I have sold and purchased numerous vehicles from them. They are exceptional in the quality and price of their vehicles and if I encountered a problem after the sale, they were quick to fix the concern or issue. Anyone who purchases a vehicle from them can be assured that they will be treated fairly and professionally and will surely be happy with their purchase. Keep in mind hat they are a "used car dealer" and that used cars may encounter problems after the sale. With Precision, it is nice to know that they have been in business in the same location for years and will be there to help with any problems for years to come. It is unfortunate that there is a bad review of this dealership from an unhappy customer. All I can say is that there are always two sides to every story and I have recommended many people to Precision and each has been happy with their purchase and the service they received. I guess you can't make everyone happy but Precision sure does try hard.

Two months ago, I purchased a used Lexus from Precision Motors Cars and just after purchase (within 3 days) realized CD player did not function properly. I promptly called to report this problem and was told they would install another unit free of charge. After waiting 3 weeks for them to find a unit, I arranged to get it installed. At 4pm on the day before my appointment, I was told not to come and that I would now have to pay $400.00 for the unit and they would install it free of charge. Not appreciating this new twist,I decided to do my own research to find a less expensive replacement, but was unsuccessful. I called them back a week or so later and told them I was willing to pay for the unit. A couple weeks later, they called to tell me the CD player would be in and I could set up an appointment for installation. After not hearing from them for yet another 2 weeks, I called again only to learn that the unit had been returned because I had not sent a deposit. I WAS NEVER asked to send one! Needless to say, I am disgusted with their lack of integrity, customer service, lack of regard and courtesy to call me, and willingness to stand behind the quality of their product and service. I will not give them my business, nor will I send any friends or family there.It also took many phone calls from me and (supposedly) 3 attempts to receive my extra keys. I was told there were 4 keys that would be mailed and only 2 arrived. These two only open the door, but cannot start the engine. The next shipment got returned because of an incorrect zip code and the third attempt is just lost somewhere. The 4th time the keys were fedexed overnight. They arrived and actually work.If you do decide to buy a car from them, bring a CD and inspect the car thoroughly. I certainly wish I had done a better job!
