We visited preferred auto to find a newer vehicle. Mason Meranda met with us and helped us find the perfect vehicle! He was so amazing! He was very thorough and knowledgeable about the vehicles. He made sure to answer any of our questions with no hesitation. Anyone that needs a new car this is the place to go!! Was an amazing and best experience all around. Super fast!

Finally decided on a car and found it here. Charles was very nice and helpful. All staff was very friendly the whole time we were there. It did take a long time but it always does buying a new car. At least we got it all done in an afternoon. We are very happy with our new car and our whole experience.

The service, attention, and personalities of the staff were EXCEPTIONAL !!! I was given a glorious deal on a super car. Thank you so much. I am beside myself. Literally looking over at myself beside myself on the couch right now.

Disgusting and shameful. My 69 year old mom had a car for 2 months and put 216 miles on it before she passed away. Mom paid 5370.00 for the car and put 4000.00 down.They were willing to buy the car back at over 2200 less than she paid not including taxes and fees which I wouldn't have expected them to include in buy back. Mom relied totally on ssi and I was so upset that they wanted to profit off of the same car for a second time even after she was gone. I would give zero stars if possible and will continue to share my experience with everyone I know.

Pleasant and courteous staff. Did not feel rushed to make a decision. Brian Ricketts was very knowledgeable and helped me make the best decision. I was already a repeat customer and will make my next purchase from them as well.
