It's been over 6 months since my purchase of my vehicle. I live out of state and had my vehicle paperwork procesed and prepared for signature upon arrival. And to boot, my car was shipped to my home location on the expected delivery date. The service was exceptional from the start of my purchase to the delivery and to receive follow up calls from Mr. Love inquiring on my satisfaction. I bought a black 2017 Gran Coupe BMW from Preferred Imports and I am loving it!!! I received an awesome deal here and they will go out of their way to make things happen for you. BUYER BEWARE!! NO ONE SHOULD SHOP HERE!! We didn’t even make it home and the car stopped running. We had to get a jump off and had the car towed back the next day. They told me " NO WARRANTY " BUT it wasn’t 24 hours and the car stopped working. Needs almost $6000 in work. The cam shafts and lifters have to be replaced. Needs a new battery and cords. I recorded the sales person Niece Mitchell saying the truck was in excellent condition. LIARS AND I WILL BE TAKING THEM TO COURT!! DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM!! THEY KNEW THE TRUCK WAS INOPERABLE, YET THEY SOLD IT TO US ANYWAY!! The goodwill work they claimed they completed was also a lie. The dealership we took it to said there were NO NEW PARTS on the vehicle. Just more lies to try and cover up their dishonesty. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!
