I totally recommend this family owned lot! They took pride & consideration to the fact that we have children & have vacations planned in the near future when helping us to choose the perfect vehicle for us! Jacob was super understanding especially knowing we had worked long hours & were tired & a bit irritable when we went to buy our suv! We totally appreciated that! Lol Anyway, we came with $5,500 for down payment & Jacob hooked us up with a 2011 RAV4! A beauty! The owner, Juan, gave us a temporary loaner car for the night & took our SUV & had it serviced, replaced the alternator & a few other things & then had it detailed on the inside before he called us to come get our vehicle! We were totally amazed by the services we were given! Please, if you need a vehicle, go by Premier Auto! They are amazing & will help you through the whole process! You will not regret it!!!

I found a truck for sale that I wanted. I was told it had no mechanical issues, and was in really good shape. When I got to the dealership at the agreed upon time an employee was out running errands in the truck. They came back I checked it out, and it seemed to be ok. After signing the papers they said by the way it has a couple of issues. They weren't major so at the time it wasn't a big deal. On my way home the check engine light and the abs light came on. I contacted them and they refused to answer. I then found out that it needs so much work to the engine it will cost me almost what I paid for the truck just to get it running. Not to mention the passenger seat belt doesn't work at all, and the rear passenger buckle is missing. The driver seatbelt will come undone randomly. I don't even have the plates yet and I can't drive the truck. I am not happy with the shady way they did business, and won't answer any of my questions. They took advantage of me, lesson learned.

This is our SECOND purchase from Premier. Our first purchase was three years ago, and the car still runs great with NO problems. We were happy to purchase from Premier again. This is a great local family dealership where Honesty is valued. They have a laid-back way of selling, no pressure. Their service is impeccable, they will go out of their way to make sure their customers are happy. The buying process is smooth without any surprises. We will continue to recommend Premier Auto to family and friends and look forward to our third purchase.

Premier Auto Motor Imports is BY FAR the best car dealership I have worked with in purchasing vehicles. Rosie and Juan lead an extremely friendly staff that go the extra mile in servicing not just me... but any customer I see walking in the office while I am there. I have purchased 2 vehicles from them and am extremely satisfied. I highly recommend a phone call and/or visit.
