I bought a used car from Premier this week and have a somewhat mixed review. In general, it was an positive experience. The car was advertised and the price was the price (no movement up or down - i tried...). It's a sellers market (summer 2021) and I can appreciate that they really don't "need" to come off their price. My only real gripe is their fee structure. While the price of the car itself was reasonable, there are two $999 "fees" which are added on - yes, an additional $1,800+! One of the fees is the "dealer processing" fee and the other is for "vehicle refurbishment". I expected some level of processing fee, although $999 was a bit steep. As for the "refurbishment fee", they claim that is for all of the extensive stuff that they do for a car when they get it onto their lot. It's things like an oil change, new brakes, tires, etc. I can say that after having my car for a few days, they did not do much to my vehicle. Certainly, they did not do $999 worth. Maybe it's reasonable and maybe it's not. In any case, it left a sour taste in my mouth to have 2, rather high, fees added at the last minute. If you go there, keep in mind that you'll likely face the same +/-$2,000 price increase when you do paperwork.

Be very careful. The price of the vehicle will change as soon as you try to purchase the vehicle. They listed the vehicle online as one rate, then tack on $1500 in wholesale charges or whatever they call it. This changed the total list price. The only reason we proceeded with the buy because the vehicle was a great buy and we got a fair rate. The only one that seems to know what he is doing and is genuine is the Ali guy. We liked his attitude and he knows his cars.

This dealership is terrible!!!!!! Absolutely no customer service! They barely speak to you and just expect you to do everything for them. The only person in the office worth anything is JJ in Finance other than that the entire dealership, finance, tag office, and anyone else associated with them is garbage! I purchased a vehicle from them and have had it for 2 months now with no License plate, they have failed to communicate, offer a solution, or even pick up the phone to explain the delay. Every time I call the office (not sales dept) and/or contact them via text, I get no answer goes to Voice mail that is full and can't receive any messages! This is the most garbage institution for automotive sales I have ever seen! When you pay for services you expect services to be rendered, when you spend money you expect value for your hard earned money, and when you deal in customer service you expect customer service! If you want any of that don't go here!
