I turned in my lease and the person helping me took the packet that I kept in the glove compartment that had the manual and all the other lease information. I asked if I should put it back in the car, and he said he could take it. A few months later I got charged like 60$ for a missing manual. It was long enough after, so I didn’t know the guy’s name, so there’s nothing I could really do. I don’t know if that was on purpose or not, but I’m unhappy about it.
