Such a wonderful car buying experience!! From the first few minutes of speaking with Mike Del Buono, I was put at ease and knew that he knew what he was talking about :) It was easy conversation, not an awkward back and forth, as my husband and I had our questions answered and were allowed ample time and space to make our decision. It was refreshing to only speak with one person (Mike, our salesman) in regards to automobile specifics, trade-in value of our car, and monthly payment options. Everything was put out in the open and with that clarity, it was easy to make an informed decision. There was zero hassling throughout the whole process and Andrew Bent, business manager, was quick, efficient, and extremely competent. We had our 4 and 6 year old children with us the entire process and everything was so fast and easy, there was very little complaining from them! Once the decision was made to buy our Wrangler, they told us to go for lunch and come back in an hour to pick up our new car - it was very satisfying to make such a big decision and be able to enjoy it immediately. Thank you for all of your help - I will recommend Premier Jeep to all!

Would highly recommend working with Jonathan Seabra. He was very responsive, attentive and polite. We felt no presure as we were evaluating either a used or new vehicle and he promptly and clearly provided us with all the information we requested. The entire process, over two visits, from test driving vehicle to driving off the lot with our new car took less than 2 hours.

Went in not really knowing what exactly what i was looking for in my next truck. Was approached by a young gentlemen, Jonathan Seabra who not only helped me find the exact truck i needed, but also made my experience entertaining and enjoyable! I was impressed by all the different options and also the lay out makes it very easy to browse. Drove off the lot that same night in a brand new, 2016 Dodge Ram! I found nice newer mini van online. When I went to the dealer I met with johnathan seabra who was very professional and friendly. I appreciated the pure pricing so there was no back and forth, and since I already reviewed the cars value online I knew I was getting a fair price. Premier was a different experience from the very beginning, most places I went to didn't treat me seriously because of me age, Jonathan Seabra treated me like a serious buyer from the beginning and made the buy very easy for me. Ask for Mike Del Buono. I recently purchased a second Jeep from Mike in the last 6 months. He is a pleasure to work with. It took me a total of just 2.5 hours (broken up between two days) to test drive a Jeep, negotiate the purchase and trade-in, finance the vehicle, review all of the features of the new vehicle and drive away in my new 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Sales team is GREAT! They make you feel like family! However, if anything goes wrong with your vehicle from Premier, watch out for the Service Dept. They have scratched my new vehicle on two occasions, and provided me with sub-par work and no apologies. I wish I went off cape to purchase my Jeep because of how truly horrendous their Service Technicians and Staff are.

I recently purchased a 2016 Ram 1500 Big Horn 4x4 from Premier Cape Cod. Right from the beginning, it was such an easy and pleasurable experience. My sales consultant was Mike Del Buono. I simply told him what I was looking for in a truck, and he delivered. At no time did I feel pressure of any kind. Mike's main concern was that I get the vehicle I wanted and that I would be pleased with the purchase. Working with Mike was completely opposite some of the horror stories you hear about over zealous sales consultants just trying to make the sale. Mike was simply fantastic. The next person I met was Andrew Dent who went over the financial part of my purchase that had been promised to me by Mike. There were no surprises, which was huge! Andrew was so easy to talk with. He offered me certain enhancements for me to purchase, but again absolutely no pressure to buy anything. I did purchase one of the options, but I felt it was me making the purchase and not forced upon me. Andrew was a delight! Finally, I met Golf Pengthong, who spent almost a half hour with me showing me all the bells and whistles which my new vehicle offered. He also gave me a website which showed me further information on my new Ram, and that if I had any questions just give him a call. I would recommend Premier Cape Cod to anyone in the market for a new/used vehicle. They will deliver what you're looking for and it will be an enjoyable experience. I was treated like family, which was extremely welcome when making such a big decision. This is my second Jeep so far, and having been to this location for previous repairs on my old Jeep, I knew I would be in good hands. The entire staff was very nice and made the car buying experience pleasurable. A dealership is only as good as the people who represent the firm and the quality of the products they're selling. In that sense, my recent buying experience at the Premier Hyannis Jeep dealership was a very good one. I already knew of the quality of the Jeep product I was looking to upgrade into and the dealership had enough inventory to choose one I liked, already on the lot. Mike Del Buono was a complete professional and in concert with Golf Pengthong, gave me a fair price on a trade in and put me into a new jeep inside half an hour. They then worked overtime over the Easter holiday to arrange the paperwork, so I was driving by Monday.

Two of my friends recently bought new Dodge Rams so I decided to go and look at them I couldn't believe the rebates and factory incentives that were going on this month including them making your first two payments..I was looking at the quad cab pick ups because I like the 6 1/2 foot beds. My salesman (Mike) told me select crews cabs come with the bigger beds.....I am so happy with my new Bighorn Crew Cab 4x4 this truck has everything and what an amazing deal I got on it.....I was at the dealership at 10 AM this morning and drove my truck home 3 PM that same day....I give Premier and all their staff especially Mike and Golf a big 10+++++++ Thank you guys for such an easy and smooth experience!

Purchasing car was easy and quick. Used car for a trip to New York and all was well. Saw on CBS there is a problem with the 2015 Grand Cherokee with the gear shift. I didn't notice a problem but will be careful with the gear shift. Mike made the purchase very easy.

I just recently purchased my used vehicle from Joe. This is the second time I have done business with Joe. Joe is a guy who not only knows his cars but knows his customers. Joe takes the time to hear you out rather than shove promotional deals down your throat. Joe also takes the time to get to know you, figure out what it is that means most to you in your potential new car. He delivers the whole experience in a respectful, professional manner with no 'fluff'. Premier of Cape Cod has exceeded my expectations not once but twice. We purchased a car in 01/2013 for our daughter and then again in 01/2014 for myself. Joe O'brien has been our sales representative both times. Premier's staff in courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. Premiers staff is thorough and gets the job done. I recently purchased a slightly used Durango from Premier Cape Cod that I found through cars.com. I saved several thousand dollars on the vehicle and when I flew to Boston to get it, Rus picked me up at the bus station and the car was exactly as described at an unbeatable price. IRus was one of the best salesmen I have dealt with buying a car. He provided great service with low pressure. I am very satisfied!
