Jason and Jeff were great to work with. Discussed pricing via text and on the phone and they did not mislead in anyway which was a relief because I was coming from Chicago. Was in and out very quickly and they were able to secure financing for me with no hassle at great rate. Stand up guys running a good business in an industry that can tend to have the opposite. I had probably the best purchasing experience of my life. I've purchased a lot of cars in my lifetime and Jeff was amazing. He wasn't pushy, wasn't following me around like a crazy person. He let me look, was there if I had questions and was there to help me every step of the way. He also worked very diligently regarding the paperwork process. I have not had a dealership or sales / finance person take any additional steps to help me the way he did. I also talked to Jason later that day and he's just as knowledgeable and nice as Jeff. These dudes know their cars. LITERALLY. They know the history of the cars on their lot. I asked a basic question about a car I was interested in, and I got the maintenance history, origin of trade in, and why the previous owner needed something new. This is what we should all expect when shopping for cars. Dealers should know where a pre-owned car came from, or at least have the info close at hand. At this place, they didn’t even blink. The had the history, and the paperwork to support it. In a world of auction vehicles with no inspections or information, this is a refreshing change. I happened to be buying for my son this time (Corolla). But make no mistake - I would have no qualms about shopping for myself here. I drive a Jeep, and this is the Jeep Wrangler headquarters in this area code. I’ll be looking here first for my next one. In short, for your main cars, your kids’ cars, or your fun cars … I’ve been looking for a while, mostly at larger dealers, and these guys have my business.

Jeff went out of his way with the buy of my vehicle and with buying his. Even though I felt I was bugging him with questions, he was always pleasant to talk to.Beats working with a big car dealer hands down.

At first we were concerned about the overall vehicle condition since we were from a long distance away and had looked at so many already. We found that pictures can be very deceiving. However their vehicle was described accurately and drove wonderful. The staff was very low pressure and the location was easy to find. We had financing already arranged but the dealer actually got us a better interest rate than our own bank! We love our new car and will highly recommend!

Jason and I were negotiating on a vehicle via email because of the 250 mile distance between our locations. We made him an offer and he countered. We countered his offer just a few hundred dollars lower and he replied "If tires are good, all electronics, 4 X 4 is functional?" This sounded like acceptance to us as the sale was contingent on the vehicles being as described, but the next email we received from Jason stated that they sold the vehicle for $500 more than our offer. As you can imagine, our experience wasn't the best.

Excellent people to deal with when buying a vehicle. Everyone from the sales staff (Jason and Jeff) to the lot attendants were extremely helpful and courteous. Processing of all of the paperwork is extremely efficient and quick but not rushed to the point where you are not sure what you are signing. This is due to the fact that a lot of time is dedicated up front so you as the buyer know exactly what you are paying, where you will be financing, what the interest rates and terms will be, etc. Plus options are offered in regards to where to finance that offers a buyer flexibility in terms of interest rates, total term of financing, etc. The sales staff is more than willing to spend considerable time making sure the buyer is well informed even if a purchase hasnt been committed to at the time they are doing all of the work. Despite all of this effort the buyer never feels pressured into a purchase which isnt always the case when buying a vehicle from some other dealerships. There are a number of quality vehicles on the lot as well so a buyer has plenty of options to chose from. I would not hesitate to do business with them again and when considering my next vehicle purchase this will be the first place I stop.

Other then the bass speaker on my radio all of my concerns regarding minor repairs were met. This was my first experience with a small dealership and Jason provided me with options. Once one of my co-workers found out were I bought my car he shared with me how happy he was with the service when he purchased his car here as well.
