My daughter purchased a vehicle from Premium Motors in April 2021. The salesperson's name was Juan and he was friendly, honest, and kind. It was easy to communicate with him and he did not rush any member of my family as we asked questions throughout our visit. The finance person's name was Efren and he was gentle and patient with answering our questions dealing with the payment portion of the sale. Michele, the lady behind the desk, was friendly and welcoming to my family as well. Premium Motors is a one-of-a-kind car dealership because of their showroom that displays unique decorations with a little bit of nostalgia. I have never seen any showroom like this one!!

I came to this dealership at 11 am to test drive two vehicles. I already an approval from my bank prior to walking in. I met Sales Specialist Ada Galarza. This lady was rude the moment I spoke with her. She informed me I can look at the vehicles but couldn’t test drive them. She proceeded to tell me I couldn’t test drive a car unless I am approved through one of their banks. I tried to find someone else to verify this claim but she informed me no one was in. This place doesn’t deserve your business please go elsewhere. Why have the US, and POW flag if you treat veterans like trash?

They misinformed me on the condition of the car I purchased. Turns out the engine barely had oil in it. I ended up spending tons of money to fix it, and the leakage never went away. They told me it was an old car and this was probably going to happen. Also, they never call back when they told me they’ll reach out to me for discussion. I had to call several times. Save your money.

Ada and all staff were professional and friendly. The car they advertised on line was EXACTLY as advertised. I really wasn't sure about driving 100 miles from Michigan thru Chicago. Did that once to Hyundai in Elgin and was mistreated. I made the offer over the phone--no pressure, easy to work with. Five minutes after the call (if that long!), the completed offer was in my email. I made a refundable down payment to hold the car. When I went to the store to test drive, I was greeted immediately, given personal attention, a drove it almost immediately--there was NO pressure. They use CarFax on their vehicles so their vehicles are well-documented. I would DEFINITELY purchase from them again!!!

My purchase of a 2003 Lexus RX300 from Premium Motors really put their dedication to customer service and satisfaction to the test, and they passed with flying colors.While I was test driving the car, the check engine light came on, and, as is characteristic of these cars, it went into a "limp home" mode, and I returned it to them intending on looking elsewhere. That same evening, Andy, the owner, called me to explain that his mechanic had found water in the connection for the engine knock sensors, and expressed confidence that this was the cause of the problem, so much so that he gave me a written guarantee that if the computer set the code again that he would do whatever it took to make it right.The very next morning, my wife drove the car and the check engine light returned along with the limp home mode. I went to see Andy about this, and while I was sitting there he called a Lexus dealer and ordered all the Lexuspensive parts needed to replace BOTH knock sensors and the wiring harness, as well as new gaskets for the intake manifold that had to be removed to do the job; he didn't hesitate, he didn't hedge, he kept his word. What is more, I told him that my wife needed the car by Saturday night to take a trip out of town early Sunday morning (this all took place late Friday afternoon) and he had the car ready to go on Saturday afternoon.An outstanding experience all the way around. I got a very nice car at a very fair price from a quality company. I would definitely buy there again. Thank you for a very satisfying car buying experience.

In the area to visit family and needed to replace our grandson's hazardous vehicle with something reliable and economical. After extensive online research we visited Premium and found the perfect car...a 2003 Chevy Impala with low mileage and in excellent condition. Andy and Laura made the process go smoothly and within a few hours everyone was happy! We recommend them most highly for their attention to detail and follow-up service when the Check Engine light came on... working with my grandson's school/work schedule...to repair the problem. Also, every one of their cars comes with a Carfax report and is meticulously detailed. We've already referred two other friends to this dealer!

Andy stayed late on Saturday to help me with my purchase. He allowed me ample time alone to inspect and test drive the car I had come 300 miles to purchase (from Cincinnati.) He handled the paperwork in an efficient manner, and we talked some about our shared interest in a variety of cars. This was one of the best and probably THE best buying experience I have had purchasing a car! Thank you, Andy! I will do business with you again. (Oh, and Andy drove the car up onto my car hauler for me, and he and his employee helped secure it to the hauler.)

After searching online and visits to other dealers I happened upon this shop and decided to check out the Honda fit they had in stock. Greatest decision ever. You can tell that they only buy good used cars. Every car on the lot looked good and was exactly as it was advertised. Andy was very friendly and helpful. He helped us get a loan within an hour and within 2 hours we had our car and were on the way. The price of the car was great and the car looked just like it did online. It wasn't like other used car dealerships where you get to the place and the car has a bunch of stuff wrong with it and the people just try to sell you whatever they can. This is an honest dealership, which is not something you can say about a lot of other places. Great prices, great cars, and great people. I will definitely be recommending this place to people and if I ever need another used car I know where to go.

Was interested in a car, drove about an hour to the dealership on a Saturday and within 3 hours I was driving my car home. The car was in immaculate condition. Laura and the guys were understanding and cooperative. Really friendly place. The parking for the dealership is very tight as it is a smaller dealership (don't let that fool you, they have great cars there.) but they said they may be looking to relocate so the are aware of the situation.

When my daughter's Toyota ECHO was totaled, the only acceptable replacement for her was another ECHO. With the market for ECHO's being limited in our area, we broadened our search to the Chicago area, where we found the car she would eventually buy at Premium Motors. Given the 150 mile distance to the dealership, I made numerous requests about the vehicle before making the trip. Laura was very prompt at answering all of my email questions, both during normal business hours as well as evenings and weekends, and quickly provided me with additional pictures specific to my request. They were willing to work with us on pricing, and the purchase process could not have been simpler. I also took note of their inventory on the lot, all of which appeared to be quality cars in good condition. Will definitely consider them for future purchases.

The shopping experience was as easy and pleasant as I have known. All of my questions were answered honestly and I appreciated the solo test drive. The Corolla was exactly as presented and the price was very fair. Andy and Laura are are pros and they made the purchase a pleasure. I will not hesitate sending friends to Premium Motors!

We were treated really well by the folks at premium motors. They were very honest about the condition the car was in, which has been verified by our hometown mechanics and a 6000-mile road trip just after buying it. Aside from our target vehicle, I was impressed with the small but curated selection that this dealer offered. I think it's clear that they are discerning buyers and honest sellers.

Laura was amazing! After a number of emails back and forth we came to a price agreement that did not change even after I drove 200 miles to get there. Laura even went the extra mile to make sure I knew about every nook and cranny on the car by sending extra pictures before I made the trip from Michigan to purchase the car. She even responded to my emails after hours to make sure I was satisfied. The car I purchased was exactly as described, it was a 14 year old pre owned vehicle with some miles on it but it was as expected. I was very satisfied with Premium Motors and their ownership! I recently bought a 1998 Volvo V70XC from Premium Motors. The car was in excellent condition (apart from what you would expect for a 16 year old car) and the price was very competitive. I live about 50 miles from the dealership and wanted an inspector to check the car before I made the drive; Premium Motors was very cooperative in allowing the inspector and letting him do his complete inspection. The sales process was very easy and they were willing to negotiate a good price. My new license plates and title arrived in the mail in about 3 weeks with no hassle. Overall, the car was good, the price right, and the dealership was very easy to work with. I would buy another car from them and would recommend them to my friends and family.

It seems that they only pick up very clean used cars. No junk. So you'll likely like what you see when you get there. They're friendly, responsive online, and even the day after the sale the car had a mechanical issue which they helped take care of. It's a quick process for the purchase as well. I'll never bother with dealers that have bad ratings. Premium lives up to the five stars. If they have the car you're interested in, they're people you can trust. I'd start with them next time.

The owner of the shop, named Andy, helped me and my father tremendously. Not only did he give us a more than a fair price on the VW Passat, he gave us a lot of different information on where we could get maintenance, insurance, and anything else we could have possibly needed. Andy was patient with the processes, and knew that customers often times get frustrated with car salesmen and dealerships. He did his best to keep us aware of what needed to be done prior to driving the car off the lot. I would definitely go back for anything I need. If you have any skepticism, give him a call, Andy would be happy to answer any questions you have. To be completely honest, I just met the guy a few times and could already tell he was a straight shooter.

I had been shopping for a car for a few weeks, specifically a used Volvo. I spoke with quite a few sales people and by far Laura and Andy were the greatest. Laura was very pleasant and knowledgeable throughout the phone inquiries and very accommodating upon my arrival. The owner, Andy closed the sale and did so with a personal touch. The 60 mile drive proved to be worth it as the vehicle was exactly as presented on cars.com and the facility was bright, cheerful and clean. If you want honest, courteous service I would highly recommend Premier Motors for your next used car purchase. As a single mom whose experience car shopping was a bit uneasy anyway, these two made it a comfortable experience and I will think of them often while driving my awesome 1997 Volvo!

I bought a 93 Del Sol from Premium Motors. When I got there, the salesman was very polite, moved quickly, and was actually interested in the quality cars he was selling. I was a little pushy about the car, and he was okay with it because he knew I really wanted it. Definitely worth checking out!!

Bought a 1997 BMW 3 series. Not a traditional used car lot, which was good. Small lot in the back with a clean office and garage in front. Salesman was patient, not pushy. Got a good car at a fair price. They are willing to do the deal and easy buying process and paperwork. Would definitely recommend.
