It's been about a month or so since I got my new tires. Prior to calling the service department, I decided that I wanted to get the Michelin LTX M/S tires for my F-150. I believe I spoke with Nate, and he was helpful. He suggested a similar option that was less expensive (which I appreciated). Aside from the cost of the tires themselves (which I knew they were gonna be expensive), the dealership charges were VERY reasonable. I'm excited to see how my tires are in the snow this winter!

Ben D. made my experience with finding my dream truck a breeze. It literally was the most smooth and hassle free process. I walked in knowing what I wanted and he made it happen. They gave me a great amount on my trade in and took very good care of me the whole time. I will definitely be returning to Prescott Brothers in the future as well as sending people Bens way! Prescott Brothers Ford was a gem to work with in getting our Jeep. Ben and Tyler answered the many questions we had. We flew into O’Hare, and they had a driver waiting to take us to the dealership for a test drive and purchase (with the greatest rate out there). We had some lunch and were able to drive it home that afternoon with a full tank of gas! The staff was so friendly and helpful no matter what we needed (Thanks to Ben, Tyler, Chad, Randy and the gal behind the desk).
