Worst customer service. Call to make appointment, confirmed to show up then car no longer available. Don’t waste your time with this unprofessional tinny little dealer.

I had been looking for a good quality used van for my disabled son and his family. I looked at dozens of vehicles online and in person from both individuals and used car dealers. When buying a used vehicle with over a hundred thousand miles and over ten years old, no one can ever know for sure whether a vehicle might have problems - whether in a week, a month, or a year. The car I traded in was running fine, but we had previously had to replace the serpentine accessory belt, the A/C compressor, brakes, and a CV joint. I had no advance warning on issues for this car that we had owned for 7 years and I do not know that the vehicle we bought will be trouble-free. It is 12 years old and has 114,000 miles on it. What matters when buying a used car is how one is treated during the transaction. Our salesman, Hank, (the owner?) was very professional. He told us everything that he knew was wrong with the vehicle (minor body damage, stains in the carpet in some places, etc.). I believe we got a good vehicle, but if something fails I would not blame Prestige. I would recommend him to a friend or another family member in a heartbeat. Thanks!

I called these guys on Friday 9 am and expressed my interest in a used Kia Optima 2020 with 17k miles on it. They put me on hold for a minute and confirmed that the car was in the lot and called me in for a test drive. This place was a 2.5 hour drive from my house. Upon reaching there later that very day, they were cluelessly looking for the car and informed me that they didn’t have the car. When I asked them what happened to the car, one of their salesman casually said he sold it. Strike 1. He showed me another Kia Optima 2020 with 42 k miles on it $1000 cheaper. He gave the keys to me for a test drive and sent me for a test drive with tire pressures 20% below their recommended value.. The gas tank was at E. They were pretty quick and filling the air when I requested them. I didn’t like the car so I said I was looking for something with less miles, he just said okay. While I expressed my disappointment thrice that I drove so much for the other car, not once did they apologize for not informing me about the so-called-sale they made on the car. Unprofessional and casual.
