I've bought two vehicles from Tom, John, Mike, and Mom. I love dealing with a local, family owned business. Their longevity is testimony enough, but I'll add to it, anyway. This is good nature, polite, no hassle auto buying. No hovering, but readily available to answer questions, happy giving test drives, and plenty of patience. Their cars are extremely clean, unblemished, and mechanically sound. Their prices are easily competitive, and, more often, better than any of the big box dealers. They also tend to have lower mileage vehicles...at better prices. Don't even bother shopping around, this is the place to go!

Great, easy experience from beginning to end - the least amount of stress I've ever had buying a used car. Tom was great to work with - absolutely no pressure to buy, answered all my questions, and treated me with respect and patience throughout the process. They have a great selection of cars - all were clean and in good shape. Highly recommended!

I picked up my first car from here. Tom and John were just amazing. I went in with some research about the car I was looking for and ended up picking it up in about 20 minutes. Wonderful service.

All I can judge is the customer service as I won't be purchasing a car from Prestige. The salesman who emailed me was rude. The salesman who talked to me on the phone was rude. The salesman who "helped" me in person was rude. Maybe these three were all the same guy, I'm not sure. Prices were good. Customer service was absolutely terrible.

Had some issue with a vehicle that no one was aware of after I purchased the car, contacted my warranty company they didn't want to cover. Contacted the dealership and we can came to a deal. When in all he didn't have to help me at all (I bought it as is). But, he came through like a great stand up guy. I will definitely buy again from them.

Stopped by Prestige yesterday to view a specific car I saw online. Was greeted by Richard, who quickly got the keys and escorted me to the vehicle. The car had a clean Carfax report, and lived up to its online billing. Took a test drive, then had it checked out by an independent mechanic. So, John printed up a bill of sale, and I went off to the bank. After financing was complete, I came back to finish paperwork. I was selling my old car to another dealership, so now had two cars sitting at Prestige. Even though they weren't buying my old car, Richard was nice enough to follow me to the other dealership so I could drop it off, and then brought me back to Prestige to finish up. Only *minor* slight was that Richard went with me on both the test drive and to the third-party inspection. No problems with that, as i found Richard and John to be quite friendly and they are the two least-pushy salesmen I've ever met. But, some folks may find it uncomfortable. I didn't, so I didn't really care, as there was no interference at the indy mechanic, but not sure if that's company policy or not. Highly recommended! Great cars - EVERYTHING on the lot was in great shape... no beaters here!
