Do not buy a car or truck from Prestige auto group. These guys are your typically low end used car salesmen. They buy cars at auction, wash them and put the straight on the lot. Their 60 point inspection is sales tactic. They never lifted the hood once. I bought a 2012 BMW X5 which they said was in excellent condition. I took to my mechanic after driving it home only to find out it needed $6200 of work. Oil was leaking, needed a new transfer case and needed new arm bushing. Clearly they never did any inspection of the car before selling it. If you're going to take the risk of buying a used car that may have issues then buy privately and avoid the dealer mark-up. I paid the dealer price thinking they actual checked out the car. I should of rolled dice and bought it privately for thousands less. I gave them multiple opportunities to address the issues. They never had the decency to even call me back. Once they get your $ you'll never hear from them again. Avoid these guys at all costs. Go buy from a reputable dealer.

I stopped in to look at a specific car they did not have it they said they would have it on the lot later. Two more visits still no vehicle. Made a specific appointment for Saturday morning at 9:30 AM for the specific car guess what wasn't there at that point the car. They had the xxxxx to ask me to wait 30 min to go get The vehicle. why make an appointment. All they would as appointment. All they ask is if I was going to buy the vehicle, ridiculous I never seen it. Had 9K on my pocket for a deposit if i liked the vehicle. I would've not stop three times and made an appointment if I was not interested. Very unprofessional and a waste of time

I found a car on Auto Trader located at Prestige Auto Sales WDDHF8HB6BA436229 Stock #: 436229 The car was the right color and at the right place... seemed to good to be true to be honest. I called and spoke with Alex. Alex confirmed the car was in stock and it was available. Since the dealership was 3 hours away, I asked if I could give them my credit card and put a nice deposit and HOLD the car until I got to the dealership. Alex told me " the things been sitting here for a while.. don't worry about the deposit " I thought about it and called back and reached Russell. Russell told me the " We do not HOLD CARS or take deposits.. if your here in person you can see the car. If a customer comes in before you and wants the car... he is going to take the money " When you live over 3 hours away... it was a big risk. I asked him to e mail me a contract and we would just buy the car. Again... You must be present to purchase a car. ( I am 3 hours away )BUYERS BE AWARE OF THIS DEALERSHIP... If they advertised a car... there is a risk it won't be there if your driving a while to get there. I called and left a message with Andre the manager... it just fell on deaf ears. Glad I didn't make the trip. The car just sold..... still running on Autotrader.... so much for that SPECIAL AUTO TRADER price...

they put online low price but they charge so many unknown dealer fees. it cost you about $3000. its not worth waste time there. i did not receive my registration. i asked them whats going on. i have to call them tens of times.

I bought a car from these jerks. Once my money was in there hand their attitudes changed I was no longer looked at as customer. They sold me a car and I've been there everyday since the purchase. the driver seat belt stopped working, my son got stuck in the seat belt in the back, there was a big bubble in one of the tires and they refused to change it, they didn't put gas in the vehicle (it was completely empty), they didn't want to give me detail/wash, etc. They xxxxxxxx are the worst I've ever seen. I stopped by other dealerships to see about trading it in and mentioned Prestige and EVERYONE of them said "Oh I heard about them before". Horrible. Horrible service, horrible attitude, they are cheap and greedy. Take it from me and do yourself a favor and DO NOT SHOP THERE....they SUCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I recently went to Prestige of Avenel in Avenel, NJ to shop for a car. My experience there was easy with no pressure. Nathan was great to work with, very knowledgeable, thorough and made my shopping for a car painless! He took his time with me, did not rush me through the process and answered all of my questions. Very, very happy with Nathan and Prestige of Avenel. Highly recommend them and Nathan!

Dewey and Ron worked with us to get the right car for the right deal. They were professional and helpful. They were willing to listen to what we wanted and our cost target for the car (C300). We were very pleased with the experience. We also were treated very fairly on our trade in and since the car was serviced at the dealership they knew the maintenance history and workmen's ship of service people. I was looking for a Mercedes. Browsed some websites and decided to call prestige auto. I Made an appointment to come in and when I did Russell helped me out. He was really great and I was able to test drive two cars with him. I decided to take on the S550 and we were able to negotiate a good price. Paper work took about an hour and a half and I was out on my way. The car is beautiful and although used, drives like its brand new! I recommend this dealership 100 percent

I found an Infiniti g35 at Prestige Auto Group and was very happy with my purchase! I spoke with Robert when I first got to the lot, he let me test drive a few cars before I asked to drive the Infiniti g35 that I knew I wanted to buy. Robert was very nice and professional the whole time I was there. I got a great deal on the vehicle, even with my credit not being so great, I was approved with them! A few hours later I drove off with my new used car and I was very satisfied. A few days later, I received a call from Robert asking me how I like the car. I left the dealership feeling great.
