The buying process was made smooth and effective with the help of Mary Beavan the sale rep. I stopped by Prestige Subaru 10 minutes before it closed on Saturday 10/22 and met Mary. In that 10 minutes I told her the car I was interested in, she gave me some estimate of pricing and emailed me a link of info about the car. I studied the info Sunday and came back Monday for a test drive followed by selection of features and a decision to purchase a Subaru Forester Premium 2017 with Eye-Sight feature. I told Mary the payment come from my retirement money. She tried her best to negotiate with her manager to make the deal with my desired "out of door" price. To me, Mary is not just a sale rep, but also my rep. I appreciate her knowledge and experience of representing both the dealer and customers (me) to make a valuable sale that makes everyone happy.My family loves our new Subaru Forester. I highly recommend this model and Prestige Subaru dealer, particularly Mary Bevan. She is no non-sense.

I'd was getting e-mail offers to trade in my 2014 Forester for a 2016 with no money down and at the same monthly payment. I was skeptical, so ignored most of the e-mails, til the one came that offered to meet with me during an upcoming Saturday service appointment. I loved my 2014, so I didn't feel like I HAD to get out of it, but figured that it couldn't hurt to talk. I met with Justin Barner, who listened to what I wanted (and didn't) and then actually made it happen! Prestige even waived the service fee for my 2014. There was no pressure, and in fact, the process was so easy that I kept thinking I was missing something! I did have to wait a bit to meet with financing, but that's because so many people were buying Subarus! The staff made sure I was comfortable and kept me posted about the wait, too, which I found very considerate.I've been dealing with Prestige since I bought my 2014 Forester. It's always a pleasure dealing with the staff. Their service lounge is very comfortable, and the few times that I needed a loaner, they coordinated everything with Enterprise.I couldn't be happier with my 2017 Forester. I purchased a new 2017 Subaru Forester which needed to be pre-ordered. Antonio Guzman was my sales associate. He was extremely helpful and knowledge without any pressure to buy or upgrade. Once vehicle was ordered he kept me informed of when it was expected to arrive. It arrived at the dealership 2 days before promised. When I picked it up there were no additional costs other than what was originally promised, and no hidden fees. The car was already detailed and ready for me to drive it home, the paperwork was ready and I just had to sign on the dotted line. The Financial Manager, Erik offered financing options while being personable and helpful. No pressure to buy extended warranties or service contracts. I am extremely happy that I purchased from this dealership and am looking forward to having them service my vehicle in the years to come. Overall the dealership is staff with friendly and efficient employees and a pleasure to do business with.

I don't write many reviews but I felt a need to write this one. I had a great service experience with Prestige Mitsubishi. Setting up the appointment was a piece of cake over the phone. I arrived at the dealer a few minutes prior to my appointment and checking in was taken care of pretty much instantly. I was actually out of the dealership before my scheduled appointment time. The dealer fixed all of my issues under warranty with no issues at all. They even were able to get a larger part to repair something broken on my car while the car was there which allowed me to not have to bring the car back for a follow up repair. They listened to my requests and fixed all of my concerns. The best part about the experience in my opinion is that they did not try to sell me a single additional item! No "you need an oil change" or "your cabin air filter needs to be replaced." They didn't try to up-sell me on ANYTHING. I value this greatly as I do all of my own maintenance on my vehicles and dislike arguing with dealerships about what I have already done maintenance wise. I've had MANY very bad experiences with other Mitsubishi dealerships so I had low expectations for this visit but it was exactly as you would hope a dealership experience would be. Completely trouble and worry free and they fixed everything I asked of them under warranty.

I'm a woman who went car shopping with my husband and the salesmen at other dealers spoke mostly to my husband, even though the car was for me and I made it clear that i would be making the decision. Antonio was different. He truly listened. He spoke to both of us. And put great attention to what I had to say and what my needs were. I contacted Prestige Mitsubishi with no intention of buying a new vehicle. I was looking for a demo or something slightly used that I would not be crushed on by price.My salesman was Dante & Sales Manager Brian. Being a finance manager years ago & working at a car dealership I was very familiar with the entire purchasing process & kept that information to myself. I was working with Dante to try & secure the best deal i could get. I had limited funds & never thought I would have the ability to purchase a new vehicle. After haggling with Dante over price & he doing everything in his power to make me a customer we just couldn't get there. Dante said let me speak with my manager Brian ,give me a day & i will see what I can do.Brian contacted me back & being quite honest stated that the # that i wanted to pay for the used vehicle that I wanted to purchase just could not be done. At,that point I was sure I was going to have to deal with another car dealer that wasn't trustworthy & take my chances.Brian asked me if I had ever considered purchasing a new vehicle. I thought financially that this was not an option to me.Brian & Dante put me in a BRAND NEW 2015 Mitsubishi Highlander Sport AWD . With the rebates that are available & the MAGIC that Dante,Brian & Eric(finance manager) worked I couldn't be happier.I was in & out of the car dealership from picking the vehicle,doing paperwork,& driving off in under 2 hours. Again,formerly being in the "business" I know first hand how this could of went. This Dealership is A-1 & nothing but courteous & professionalism from the moment I walked through the door. The Holidays are here & as a consumer now is the time to strike , If you want to be treated with dignity & respect I highly recommend going to prestige. You may or may not be able to get the exact deal you want but you will get the honest best price that can be offered. 1 last thing, I drove 40 miles to deal with prestige when i have a Mitsubishi dealer less then 5 miles from my house. Was the hour drive worth it , 100%. Do not deal with a unreliable auto dealer. You are just starting off wrong the moment you walk through the door.

i had a very good experience at this dealer. i stopped in a few months ago and spoke with Tom Toppi . tom knowing i wasn't going to possible buy for at least 6 months still answered all my questions and walked me around and showed me the outbacks on the lot in the rain. a couple months later i brought the wife in and tom pulled out two different cars for us to test drive knowing we still weren't ready to buy and explained the car up and down to my wife. now the end of October we walked in talked to tom and after a half hour of deciding on a color we put a deposit on the car we wanted. we were going away for the weekend so we had to way till the following Thursday to get back to the dealer. knowing we were on extended lunch hours tom had the car there ready and all the paperwork ready to go when we got to the dealer. he got us in and out faster then i have ever experienced, if/when i'm in the market for another new car i'll be in to talk with tom fist. good guy, patient guy and knows what he is doing..

We leased a 2012 Subaru Impreza 3 1/2 years ago from Prestige of Turnersville. Our salesman was ANTONIO GUZMAN. We knew what we wanted and they did not have it but he found one at another dealership that would be delivered there. When it came time to negotiate the price the manager was involved. That is when we felt that dreaded "pressured sales pitch". I can honestly say we were "bullied" into the sale by the manager because he wanted to make his sales numbers for the month and it was the last day(his words). Out of desperation we bought it sight-unseen! Fortunately for us we loved the car. The rest of the process was with Antonio and despite his kindness and gratefulness I WAS NOT GOING BACK.... Through the 3 1/2 years ANTONIO GUZMAN kept in touch here and there with a Christmas card, or birthday greeting . When the end of the lease was coming near , I WAS NOT GOING BACK but we were undecided as to what we wanted to do. So I emailed ANTONIO GUZMAN for his input simply because he was still at the dealership (in a high turnover profession), and out of respect for him as a US Veteran. Antonio dealt with my six months of research, indecision, and even respected us and waited for us to contact him again after a death in our family. We finally just showed up at Prestige dealership and, again, desperate and undecided. Fortunately for us ANTONIO GUZMAN was there and available to help us. His knowledge of product and "buy vs lease" financing helped us through our dilemma without the high pressure sales tactics. The finance manager, Brian Smith, pitched the expected extended warranty but none of the usual high-profit extras such as unnecessary insurance, rustproofing, or other dealer add-ons. The service department (which I hope to use only for routine maintenance) looked clean and neat. Andy Amato showed me a Volkswagen Jetta TDI. He let me and my wife drive the car as much as we liked. He carefully introduced all the new features of the car, which we appreciated. He was knowledgeable and gave honest opinions. For example he said he liked the color of the car. At first I thought it was a sales tactic. After I bought the car and came back to the dealership on a different occasion, he said the same thing. Although Andy is honest, you need to prepare to negotiate price. He cannot help you on price. It was up to the manager. The after-sale service was good. Whenever I had a question or request, he promptly called me back or emailed me.

My family and I test drove the car that we were looking for, a 2015 Subaru Legacy, with no hassles or grief, within minutes of walking into the dealership. This was the first time I was considering a Subaru car and therefore knew very little about them. But Larry took great care in going through every detail, especially all of the safety features this particular car, the Subaru Outback had and spent a lot of time with us during the test drive. I was amazed at the level of detail that he went over and his vast knowledge about Subaru cars in general. The negotiation was painless as well and needless to say, I he sold me on this car and I couldn't be happier! He even took me out on another test drive after I purchased to ensure I fully understood the various safety features such as the EyeVision, Adaptive Cruise Control, Collision avoidance, etc. - on his day off! I've been shopping for an EV and stopped for a test drive of the new eGolf. The process was quick and simple. I planned to get the car in the spring and was placed under no pressure whatsoever to get the car now. We returned for test drive of one optioned to the level we wanted, and ended up buying the one we test drove. Attempted to purchase a Subaru Forester advertised as Certified Pre Owned. Negotiated a price with the internet sales person. Drove 2 hours to the dealership to purchase the vehicle. After being there for two hours, while signing paperwork they ask me sign a piece of paperwork that stating that the vehicle has the original warranty only. When I ask for clarification, the sales manager comes over and tells me they're not selling me the vehicle and that the internet sales person told me that it wasn't certified at that price. Thing is, he never told me that. I fully understand that people make mistakes and all they had to do was say "Sorry man, we made a big mistake, we were supposed to tell you that it wasn't certified at that price, what can we do?" and I believe we would have worked it out. Instead I walked out furious that anyone could ever treat a customer like that. Please take your business somewhere else where they respect their customers.

Antonio Guzman, himself a veteran, was the best in finding the car with every feature and in the color I wanted that had to be driven in from an out of state dealer. Now that's A+ Service. I have been trying to find a certain color & model Subaru for a few months. My husband entered the info on an Internet search ahd someone from this dealership contacted him to say that they had the car we were looking for. I did not realize this, and did the same internet search. She immediately contacted me and I was a bit confused, as my husband told me he had already made an appointment with someone from this dealership. I explained this to "Tara" and asked her if she definitely had the car I wanted on the lot. She said "yes". She even sent me an email stating that she had found the car I wanted, with all the correct details about the car in the same email. We drove 45 minutes to this dealership, only to find that not only did they not have the car, but the salesperson with whom we made the appointment was not even on the premises. We got the runaround as soon as we arrived. "Oh she's our internet manager, let me bring you back to her"."Let me pull up her email to see what she found for you, while we wait for her to come back". "Oh wait, she must have been confused, that car is in transit and won't arrive until July 28 (two weeks from now). When she said, "Let me do a search to see what we can find within a 200 mile radius", my husband realized that the whole thing was a lie. Then they came clean and told us that "Tara" worked from a different location. Perhaps they would have apologized or made excuses for such a sham if we had stuck around, but my husband refused to waste another minute of our time. Apparently, they are resorting to desparate measures to get customers to come to their location. Do not purchase a car from Prestige! If they lie about something as straightforward as the availability of a car, how can you trust them with anything?

It was almost time to return my Lancer and I received a letter that 9 payments would be waived.After the bad winter that we had and wanting to upgrade to a larger vehicle I called Prestige and spoke to a very nice young man Dionte Piotti. I kept making appointments with him and was unable to keep them due to family issues and weather finally I went in and looked at the Outlander Sport and wanted it. Since this is a very beautiful vehicle and apparently very popular Dionte said that a few would be coming in shortly so just like he promised as soon as the white outlander came in he called and I went in to pick it up. Dionte spent alot of time going over the vehicle and all the features, the payments were where I needed them to be. The whole experience was great, no stress, all questions were answered and the service was very professional. John Lapetina, our Subaru salesman, focused on what I wanted in a car, met my budget and other goals perfectly. After the sale, answered all of my questions about the product and set up my Bluetooth for me which I am very happy with. He was also very patient with 3 test drives so we had a chance to select exactly the car that met our needs and budget. There was no high pressure sales pitch and no manager coming out to nit pick the deal. A manager did come out after the sale to thank us for the purchase - very nice.

Antonio Guzman was very patient and informative, he made the experience very pleasant. This is our third Subaru and would recommend the dealer and Antonio to my friends. It is very stressful to buy a car, but everyone was very friendly and helpful and made the experience pleasant and we got a beautiful car and are very happy.

My wife and I purchased a Subaru Crosstrek from Prestige in December of '13. Our salesman, Antonio, was polite, patient, and informative. He and the whole team made the buying process easy and smooth. We of course shopped around and looked at different makes and models of cars but the Crosstrek was such a sporty, affordable, and versatile vehicle that we fell in love with it. The next time we need a car we will certainly be back.

Great buying experience. Thanks, Antonio! I have no issues with this Subaru dealership. This was our second purchase from them. They were honest, friendly and fair. They gave us full value for our trade-in and a great price on a new 2014 Forester. We went home with the monthly payment we wanted. The whole process took only a few hours. A very stress-free experience with Antonio. We went home happy, loving our new car. A few weeks later, after reviewing our paperwork Antonio called us to say they made a mistake on our trade-in and they are sending us a check for another $600! We have a Subaru dealer 10 minutes from home, but they can't match the service we get from Prestige Subaru. We highly recommend Prestige Subaru -- ask for Antonio.

My purchase of an Outback was the least painful car purchase I have ever made. That may sound like faint praise, but it isn't. From my first visit, Mary Bevan was extremely helpful. She answered all my questions and gave me good information about differences between the Forester and the Outback. When I decided on the Outback, she and her sales manager found one with all the features I wanted. Tony in Finance had all the paperwork very well organized and made it understandable. He offered a number of add-on warranty/maintenance options, but did not push me into any. That was a new experience! 4 stars only because I haven't used the service department, although I was introduced to the people at the service desk. Note: I was neither shopping for a used car nor getting service, but I can't turn them OFF on the site.

After buying my last car at Prestige, I did look around but I came back for a different make, yet same great experience. I am now a repeat customer and will definitely look no further next time. When buying my WRX, the staff was extremely rude, to the point the sales manager actually started yelling from across the room because he didn't want to honor USAA pricing that the internet sales manager agreed to. After finally agreeing to a price but telling the salesperson that I was no longer trading in my car, they still kept insisting that I signed papers stating that I was trading it in. Overall, if any other dealership had a WRX in stock at the time I would have left. They were extremely rude and it was one of the worst car buying experiences ever.

We bought an Outlander six months ago, and the rear view camera began came loose from within the rear hatch. We asked to have it tightened up, and not only did they refuse to do so, they actually made it worse. Furthermore, they accused me of breaking it. My warranty clearly shows that it should be covered, yet they still refuse and blame Mitsubishi. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THEM.

We purchased a car in January. We walked in with all our homework done, also had a written price quote from another dealer. The manager was very irate and dismissed our questions. I dont know why we still bought it, but my husband is now looking to buy a 2013 CC and you bet they lost our business.

Prior to going to the dealership, I did my home work online and knew the trade in and purchase prices for the vehicles. We also were preapproved for financing with a local bank and were ready to make a deal. My wife and I arrived at dealership to purchase a used vehicle and were greeted by a salesman. I informed him that I did my homework, this was a cash deal since we had financing, and we were interested in the vehicle and wanted to take a test drive. I offered the keys to my wife vehicle so they could appraise it for trade in and was told the sales manager was out to lunch and he didn take my keys. We took the test drive and we returned to his desk where we gave our trade information and keys to the vehicle. He left us at the desk and we walked around waiting for the final numbers. While waiting, a food delivery man showed up dropped off food and we continued to wait. After waiting for 45 minutes the salesman returned and gave us the numbers. I informed him that the numbers were extremely high where he said my numbers were wrong. I asked for the keys to my wife keys so we could leave. He continued to try and convince me that I was wrong and I informed him my numbers were Blue Book and Black Book values. He went online and found out that in just the trade in value he was $4000 too low causing the cost of the purchase to increase by $4000. I again asked for my vehicle keys and told him I was insulted that he id not think I knew what I was talking about. He again continued to ignore my request for the keys when I stood up and stated his is my third request for my keys where he again refused my request. I asked where the keys were so I could retrieve them where he then stormed away from his desk and slammed a door to the building to go to another building to retrieve the keys. We walked outside and were greeted by a man who identified himself as the sales manager. He stated that he wanted to ork to make the deal I informed him that when I arrived, I informed the salesman that this was a cash deal and we wanted his best price which was terribly inflated. I then asked the manager for our keys which he provided and we walked to our vehicle. While walking over to our vehicle the sales manager stated that he would give us the deal that we wanted and I informed him that we just wanted to leave. The manager asked what we wanted and I informed him of the value of the trade in, cost of payoff, the cost of the new vehicle and what the final price should have been. I also informed him how much he would have made off the sale of his vehicle and how much he would have made off the sale of the trade in. I finally stated how much he was trying to get off the sale ($6000 total) in addition to what he would make. The salesman then walked up to me, and began yelling in my face saying ou owe it to me you wasted my time, you said you wanted to make this easy, you made this hard I asked him to step away from me when he continued yelling when the manager took him away by the arm. The manager then stated how do you know how much we own the vehicle for and how much we can sell it for when I told him, I did my homework first. When I entered into our car, my wife had her phone in hand and stated she was about to call police. As we pulled away the salesman continued yelling at us and got on his hands and knees and began to punch the ground. I have negotiated over five vehicle purchases in the past three years for family and friends. I would not return to this dealership again and warn anyone against going there. Even with facts and figures in hand, they will attempt to bully you into a purchase.
