I love my Ford Transit but the salesman would make up incorrect answers and tell me that I'm wrong then say I have to check on that. The service department incorrectly installed a Ford light kit and it took FOUR separate trips over and a month for them to finally fix what they broke. I mean it was broken so bad another Ford dealership looked at it and refused it fix it since the Ford warranty doesn't cover what a particular dealership breaks. They did bring me a loaner vehicle each time but some of them required to me carry a baby and myself through the hatch to get him in his car seat. And this is after I made it clear that I needed a vehicle that could handle 3 car seats. I also enjoyed how I had to pay for all of the gas traveling from Salisbury to Preston and back for each time they tried to fix the truck. So while I appreciate the selection on the lot my advice would be to window shop at Preston buy your vehicle somewhere else.

Dan Silvers and Steve, the used car manager, were awesome. These guys set it up so I could look underneath the car by placing it on a lift in their garage. I was able to talk with a mechanic about any concerns I had. This was priceless. Their service department is amazing. I had a repair I needed done after I bought the car and they were more than accommodating. Eddie Stup the technician on the job explained everything thoroughly. I would recommend him to anyone.

The staff at Preston Ford has been excellent! I traded in my previous truck, a 2008 Dodge Ram, for a 2014 F-150, back in May 2015, and I have been absolutely pleased with the vehicle since then. The only problem I had was with my windshield wipers; they wouldn't shut off completely and were stuck in intermittent mode. I called the service department and they had me come in and they replaced the windshield wiper switch, which was covered under warranty. Once I turned my keys in, the waiting time was less than 90 minutes! Excellent staff from the sales department to the service department!!

The end of Sept. 2015 my old car quit running. Just died. After determining it would be wiser to buy a newer car than get it back on the road I started finding and negotiating with dealers in the area for 2013 kia souls the last two weeks of Nov. As I didn't have a vehicle (arranging rides was difficult) most of my discussions were over the phone/internet. To say the least the salesmen at various dealers would not "deal". Dec. 4th George Torres from PRESTON FORD in Hurlock Md not only talked to me over the phone, he accepted my price and surprising to me gave me a fair price for my non-running vehicle including towing it from the yard all in less than 30 min! I got a ride and picked up the Soul I'd been searching for the very same day. George was professional, courteous to this old lady, and actually seemed to enjoy his job with a happy attitude (unlike others who were sour-pusses and condescending). In fact Everyone at Preston from George to others on the floor, to the tow driver treated me with respect and smiles throughout. BEST and quickest car deal I've ever made! And did I mention the respect and happiness shown to me, especially from George Torres... exceptional!

As always I had premiere service at Preston Ford. On my last visit for my Lincoln 2005 towncar I had basic oil change as well as new tires on my Tires for Life program. Everything was done by high standards and new tires installed as stated in program. I particularly want to give kudos to Danny for his explanation of program since it was given out in 2005 and for info on the Michelin tires. Again great job!

I went in on a Saturday to test drive a car I saw online. I took home the car to test drive and ended up hating it. I returned Monday and explained I needed a car MUCH better than the one I test drove. Neil was amazing and worked very hard to get me a monthly payment that I could afford (I was very adamant on what I wanted to pay). They gave me a great deal on my trade in and were able to put me in a 2016 Ford Fusion for a GREAT monthly payment. I only had 3 hours to spend at the dealership that day and they were able to get me in and out seamlessly. I highly recommend going to Preston Ford and seeing Neil Murray, Sr. I will definitely go back to him whenever it comes time to purchase another car!

We arrived at the Preston complex around 5pm, our salesman told us to walk around the lot and see what we like. They came and found us maybe an hour later, we didn't have any help looking around. One salesman approached us and was very helpful but thats when our initial salesman had arrived so they sent the other person away. We liked the other guy better to be honest. This whole process was rushed, I test drove one car and ended up purchasing it. I would have like to have looked at more vehicles but it seemed as tho we were being pushed to hurry and we were talked out of our initial vehicle because it was a little pricey. Funny thing is, the vehicle we were told not to really consider, is the one we have been talking about for a week now. Over all I feel like the company didn't try to work with us on anything. It was pretty much take it or leave it. We should have requested the interested salesman from the beginning! Next time I wont make that mistake.

I went there to get a oil change,because I was on that side of town. The staff there was very nice from the receptionist, cashier, and to the actually people working on my car. They also had a nice, clean, and quiet waiting area. They had several other people in there getting their cars service too they had hot coffee to drink, and etc. I was also there with my infant and toddler and it was so quiet in there waiting area that my baby slept almost the whole time. It was a nice first time experience for me and my children.

I cant say enough positive things about this Dealership. From the Excellent Customer Service to the Teamwork they display! I was in the market for a used Mazda Speed 3 for a month or more. I contacted NUMEROUS individuals and dealerships about vehicles they had for sale spanning a 200 mile or more radius from my home, in the Hopes of making a vehicle purchase. However even with me being pre-approved with financing from my bank, no one seemed to want to work with me, nor demonstrate any tolerable level of communication or customer service. It was a really sad story.. so much so, that I was ready to give up on purchasing a vehicle and just keep what I had. By divine appointment, an ad was posted for a Mazda Speed 3 at Preston Mazda in Hurlock Maryland. I said to myself, I had nothing to lose at this point :) I sent them an email a little after midnight on Sunday, and by Monday morning at 8am, I received a call AND email from Jay Connell at Preston Mazda!! Upon speaking with Jay, his encouragement and enthusiasm to be able to get me in this car was a welcomed conversation!! I live about 45 minutes away from this dealership. This long distance dealing over the phone didnt faze Jay or Tee (Sales Manager) one bit! They were bound and determined to work with me the best they possibly could; without the Sales tactics and pressure one would normally expect from a car dealership. Within just a few hours, they were able to negotiate with myself and the banks to get the PERFECT payment for my budget and get me the car I had been Praying about!! I drove to their dealership the same day, met Jay and his team, test drove the vehicle, and closed the deal!! This is how business SHOULD be done!! This is the type of teamwork, customer service and respect so many other dealerships could learn from. What a Blessing it was to work with Jay, Tee, Ed, Stephanie, Damian and Ray. What a great team!! Again, I cant say enough about how smooth this purchase went and how pleased I am with my experience! My family, friends and I WILL be returning customers :) If you are in need of a new or used car, save yourself some time and talk to Jay Connell at Preston Mazda! If he cant take care of you, NO ONE CAN. I learned that the hard way. :) I Hope this review helps someone save valuable time and most of all their sanity when dealing with other individuals and dealerships that you basically have to beg to help you. Service was good on my 2014 escape, except the service advisor had me mixed up on my bill, which was under warranty, he came to me and said i had a bill which was not correct. Service advisors should due their homework first and remember who has what done for work, so this doesn't happen.

Had a great experience with Preston Ford. After another dealer failed to come through for me locally, I found that Preston had a F-150 vehicle in stock that matched what I was looking for. I called and spoke with Ricky, and after a couple hours on the phone, we had come to an agreement on the purchase. I was about 5 - 6 hours from the dealer, but they had the new truck at my door the next day at 10:30 am on a Saturday. It just so happened that I noticed a nail in one of the new tires upon delivery. I called Ricky and they offered to pay for the new tire. They did a great job. Even though the deal was done over the phone and using the Internet, there were no problems at all when working with Preston Motors.

Not real forthcoming on the details of the accepted offer. Didn't find out the lienholder until we sat down with the finance guy. Thought we were getting the 0.9% with Ford credit and then found out it was Suntrust. I understand it was done to get the Ford incentitives, but this was never explained. I do, however, really like my new car. Also the computers went down and this caused quite a delay in the process. One final note....I was there for more than 4 hrs and not even offered anything to drink. When we purchased my husbands 2011 Fusion we were given a coke and water to drink . That was a nice courtesy.

We had purchased a truck at Preston 10 years ago and decided to return because of the inventory of trucks that we viewed on the website. When we arrived at Preston we were nicely greeted at the door by a salesman- Neil- who questioned us about our interest. He checked out the lot inventory on his computer then proceeded to take us around the lot on the golf cart. After finding 3 trucks we liked, we test drove then made our decision. We left Preston to get dinner and returned to Neil who had completed the paper work for our sale. Jamie took care of the signing and explaining paperwork.It was a long day, however, we left being a satisfied customer. We did leave the truck to have a bed liner sprayed on so the truck was delivered to our home 3 days later.

Even though I came in already having selected a truck, my salesman, Rob Hudgins brought around a truck he suggested. After the test drive, I was still set on the truck I chose. No quips about it, he hunted it down and I drove it for about 2 minutes. His choice turned out to be far better than mine.. After a few trips to finance, he came back very close to my pretty ridiculous numbers. Even after the sale, he noticed a flaw in the paint and jumped right on a repair order. To top it off, he took the time to help me sync my phone to the truck. Great service.

The sales person and the finance manager was great! They work with me to find a car that I needed as a commuter car. I was able to do the transaction over a two day process because of a busy work schedule. The one problem is that the car does have accident damage. I did not see the damage due to receiving the car at night! I believe I was told that it was a one owner zero free accident car! I have since taken the car to an auto body shop and have been told that it's about $1300 to fix. The interior is in good shape except for the front passenger and front driver seats. They have very bad staining on them. Again because the vehicle was purchased at night I did not see this until the dayligh. I think that their detail shop should've done a better job on the front seats, it did smell very good in the car though.The financing was very easy and the finance manager again was very nice. Not your typical I hate to buy a car from a dealer experience. We will have to see what they do about the front end damage

She emailed everything I asked for and even sent me the payment options. I did everything by email and text. They even delivered the car to my house and I signed the papers in the kitchen! How nice! I am able to pay for my Focus with the fuel savings from what it was costing to drive my F250 super duty diesel. First tank averaging 36 mpg!

Brought in my Taurus for an oil change- told my sales man that is still was unhappy with the way the computer system worked and did not work at time. I ended up leaving the dealership with a 2015 Fusion SE. I wanted a burgundy one but the color was my second choice. I left the dealership very happy and a more loyal customer. I just bought a Mazda 3 from Preston Motors which may not seem unusual. However I bought the car while living in Morocco and the entire car purchasing process was done over the internet while I was in Morocco. Jay Connell of Preston Mazda did an excellent job of helping pick out the best Mazda for our needs, providing us with all the necessary information on the car. Jay and the finance man Jordan arranged for all the paperwork to be sent to Morocco for our signatures so that the car would be ready to drive when we touched down back in the USA. It was not that easy since we were moving to Delaware, a state we never lived in, so we didn't have residency. But Jay and Jordan were able to process all the paperwork so we would have a car as soon as we landed. I highly recommend Preston Mazda if you are looking to purchase a car. In a year or so I hope to buy a pickup truck and Preston Autoplex will be my first stop.

I am in love with my new Pre-Owned 2011 Ford Fusion that I purchased during 4th of July weekend (and received a free Cooler with my purchase) at Preston Autoplex. I love everything about my new car and the process of buying it was superb. I kept in touch with my salesman Stephen Biggar and his assistant Jaclyn over the course of a few days to see if management could "work the deal" and make it possible for my first pick to work for me. I had my doubts at first , but Preston was able to provide me a price I could afford and every $1 is worth the joy this car brings me! It's true what they say, "Cars Cost Less in Preston"! Stephen and Jaclyn delivered my new vehicle to my home for and we finalized paperwork. The process was convenient, thoughtful, and 100% satisfying. The friendly staff worked as a team to make sure I was happy. I received a thank you card a few days later in the mail to remind me how positive my experience was. I could not have asked for a better car buying experience!

I had been talking to Keith for over a week since my time off was wasn't allowing me to purchase sooner. Keith went out of his way to make sure I drove what I asked for. When I pulled up I was greeted warmly by several sales staff and managers I was asked if I was there to see a certain sales person . The whole buying process from entering the building to leaving took about. 3 hrs. Was given 1 interest rate and once I got into the finance offer was 3% lower. This was a total no pressure purchase . They want to earn your business today and your next purchase.

This was my fifth vehicle purchase from Preston Ford, and my second Mazda purchase from the same. I must say that this purchasing experience was the best. My purchasing experience began by viewing their online listings. The customer service piece comes into play because they have a link that allows you to email with a sales services person any questions you may have right then and there. In addition the prices listed are accurate prices, not "internet listing prices" set to pull you in. My sales person was Eric Coady. Mr. Coady was very helpful and not at all pushy. He spent 6 months emailing me back and forth answering questions, sending me comparisons on everything from gas, safety, drive train, etc. between the various vehicles I was interested. He was gracious and understanding about the fact that these answers make the difference to a buyer in feeling confident in their purchase. Mr. Coady also understood that time is money and I did not have the time to leave work to come test drive. Mr. Coady had all of the cars I was interested in testing brought up and gassed up so that when I stopped by after work there was no waiting, only driving. This is customer service and good sales at its best. Mr. Coady also completed my credit check and financing documents via email so that once I made the purchase decision, he did the rest of the work. He negotiated with the finance department to get me a loan I was comfortable with, and even helped me qualify for special mazda incentives. All I had to do was come in and sign the paperwork. Phenomenal. My total in office experience all together with test driving, etc. was less that five hours. Everything else was ready for me as needed. I have even had two follow up phone calls from Mr. Coady to ensure all is still well with my vehicle and satisfaction!! Folks, i completely recommend Mr. Coady and Preston Ford, Mazda, Nissan, Hyundai for your next purchase.

Both the sales Manager and the salesman went out of their way to find the exact vehicle we wanted at the price we want and then had it delivered to our home which was about 50 miles away. Their help and attitude was so much better than at a Salisbury Nissan dealership in which the salesman wanted to sell us the vehicle he wanted us to buy not what we wanted.

Moved from Vermont expecting the same kind of honesty and service but was literally conned out of $500 on a repair bill, and had to have the "repair" fixed. Gave the sales dept a second chance only because of convenience (and wife's insistence) and while the salesperson, who was new to car sales, tried to do the right thing, his manager proved why car salesmen have the reputation they do. Purchase from them at your own risk, you have been warned.
