Came in to order a Ford Maverick, put down a refundable $500 deposit, and signed the paperwork for MSRP. Later found out that Chapman Ford up the road in Philly was willing to go 4% below invoice, and put it down in writing. Told my salesman at Preston that I would be canceling my order and got sent through the wringer. Was told to wait since they have rebates and could match or beat Chapman. I told them to let me see it on paper, I never got a call back, every week I would have to call for an update and my salesman would just tell me he is waiting for his manager. After a month of this and not hearing anything back, I decide to come in person to cancel my order.

Despite having no appointment and walking into the showroom at lunchtime I was almost immediately greated by Rick Selby who turned out to be more interested in what I wanted than in just selling me anything to close a deal. In addition to that I felt no pressure from Rick or anyone else at Preston, instead I was given the time I needed to come to my own conclusion. Thanks again for being decent and honest, I would recomend you to ANYONE needing help purchasing a vehicle

I started at Al Packer Ford this morning for an oil change and was told 5-6 hour wait. I called the Preston service department and was offered an early appointment. The service was quick and professional.

Quick replies and very friendly! Tyler was easy to work with over the phone and in person. I inquired about a vehicle online and he had everything ready for me when I walked in the door. Tyler, the sales manager, and the financial team worked with me and got me an awesome deal, quickly! I couldn't stop telling them how easy they made this. Easiest car purchasing experience I've had!!! I highly recommend! This was my first time at this dealership and won't be my last!
