John was very helpful at getting my son financing for his first (new to him ) car-he was very candid and went over and above to help him secure financing and insurance. so refreshing to deal with honesty when buying a car! he clearly explained the options, the costs and cut numerous hours off of what tends to be a lengthy and annoying process. will definitely go there again.

Went into Price Auto looking for a decent car at a decent price and couldn't get out of there fast enough. Looked at a few different options they had and all had either mechanical or cosmetic defects (or both) that were quite apparent. Disgusted with the salesman Russ. He was pushy and not polite. Would not negotiate price at all, he wanted full price for all the crappy cars he showed me. Didn't seem to care about making a customer relationship, just about making money. Ran out as fast as possible to another dealership and found a fabulous car and a great negotiated price and was treated with care and respect. DO NOT go to this shop if you want a car! There are plenty of other awesome places out there. These guys are terrible!

John did a really great job helping me to make sure i got the truck i wanted for the price i wanted ! Not once was he pushy or pressuring me to buy any of his vehicles! The process was so smooth and easy and he explain everything along the way! I ended up with a great silverado in an amazing shape!!! i asked him if he could replace the back tires and desmoke the truck for me and he did with no problem and free of charge !! 100% recommend going to price Auto 2!!

I really wanted to buy a Toyota Tacoma from this dealership. I emailed the dealership and contacted them by phone. We spoke once by telephone very briefly and the salesman said he would definitely call me back later in the evening around 7 p.m. The salesman never called me back and there was no follow through. This is very poor business accumen. A local dealership that I have done business with in the past even tried contacting this dealership, even leaving messages to see if we could get the truck delivered to my geographic area and again there was no contact bac and no follow through. It really is a darn shame because we could of done business and perhaps Price could of gained a customer. It is very difficult to do business with a company that exhibits no follow through.

I would not recommend doing business here. They told me they would hold a truck for me for 3 days after rejecting my trade in at the last minute. I called them back the next morning after selling my car to come buy the truck. They then turned around and sold the truck to someone else that day before I could get back there. I would not recommend this dealer to anyone. They wasted a lot of my time and now I have no car due to what they called poor communication among the staff.
