Great dealership and Alex in service is an outstanding person. He is so very helpful and takes care of everything. I don't have to worry about my vehicle having any issues. I went to Price Chevy to have my oil changed and my A/C system checked. Even though Price is undergoing major renovations, and the dealership was operating out of portable buildings, I was greeted by friendly staff and the service was taken care of in a timely fashion. I have always been pleased with the service I receive at Price Chevrolet.

Our 2014 Chevy Equinox was repaired after an AC condensate hose leaked water into the driver's side which ruined the carpet of the 2 month old vehicle. After two weeks, the carpet was completely replaced. They graciously loaned us a 2014 Chevy Silverado. (Which after the repair was hard to return!) They brought our vehicle back to us at my work. The staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

Very friendly and good people, This is my first major purchase and they walk me through everything. I wanted to get a Camaro but I knew I couldn't afford at time, My sales person Oscar Help find a car I would love and also I can afford. He treated me more like a friend then a sales person. I told what kind of car I wanted and he said we can see the monthly payments and see if I feel comfortable making the payments on the car. After seeing what it would cost, he help me find something more in my price range. He help me understand and made sure I knew the responsibilities of buying a car before we did any paperwork. I now have a car I love thanks to Oscar.

Outstanding is the only word to describe the customer service Price Chevrolet provides. What we have experienced is far above and beyond any other experiences we have had with other dealers. Jesse Jimenez, the salesman who took care of our purchase, kept in constant contact with us throughout the entire purchase process -- from communications with my husband all the way to Nome, Alaska to sending me pictures of the vehicle to help me make up my mind about the purchase. I will definitely be recommending Jesse (and Price Chevrolet) to my family and friends for any automobile purchases they need to make. It is well worth the drive from San Antonio in order to get the quality of service and professionalism we have experienced with this purchase!!

I shopped through cars.com and drove 200 miles to see and test drive the car I had chosen. Oscar gave us good customer service but when we were ready to negotiate there was no room on the price to do so. After returning home disappointed and writing an email, I got a call from Jesse Jimenez and were able to come to an agreement over the phone. Picked up my car and I am happy with the outcome. I would recommend Price to anyone.

The folks at Price Chevrolet were awesome, from the salesman to the sales manager. What I saw on the internet is what I saw when I arrived after driving 200 miles. They opened up just for me and had all the financing ready for us on arrival. The sales manager even went beyond his responsibilities and got a lower percentage rate for me when I had all ready accepted a higher rate. These guys are really honest and I would definately recommend them to anyone. Not to mention they gave me the best price around after shopping online for 2 weeks non-stop.
