Brought my Focus in for oil change. Noted that two of the four tires were getting fairly worn, so opted to have all four replaced. Between coupon and discount for buying four tires, and discount for applying for Ford Credit Card, fairly decent deal. I've known all the folks at this dealership for a few years and they always bend over backward, both for myself and for my girlfriend who also has a Ford from this dealership.

The lady in customer service was so helpful. I was very stressed at the time when the car was ready for pick up. I had to collect a child from sport practice. The timing was all wrong, and the driver wasn't available to pick me up. The customer service lady talked to her husband about what could be done. She then drove my car to my house, and her husband took her home. I was in time to pick up my child. I can't tell you what a relief that was. Thanks so much!!

Price Ford is not much different than any other dealership. Once they get your money they change their tune. It is sad that dealerships are so set on selling and not taking care of their customers after the sale. I spent time with a sales person from Price Ford talking about a trade up and he promised he would get back with me with figures and a deal. I have yet to hear from him. I will not chase after him to get a sucker deal that steals my trades and sells me their vehicle. I know how deals are made to look good but end up highly in favor of the dealership. The only persons I trust at this dealership are Robert and Dave in service and Redwine in finance.

I am very happy with the service I received. It was on time and efficient. However, I live on the Westend and when I bought the car from Price Ford was told I could have a loaner car whenever I came in for service. I bought an extended warranty to make it easy for me. We did not receive a loaner car. I was ferried by very polite and kind employees to where I needed to go and was picked up when I called. This is convenient for the dealership but not for me. When my husband called and complained and asked for a loaner care he was told they would do that for Westend customers. We were told to request the loaner car with the sales people not the service people. I hope this works out next time I schedule an appointment.

I have no problem with the service my car received, however I do have a problem not being greeted (ignored) by the gentleman working at his computer with his back to me when I arrived at the service counter. Unfortunately, this was not an isolated incident. The last time I was in for service for my car the same thing occurred. This time another service rep came from the car servicing area and did ask me how I could be helped.

I recently had my F-150 in for the 60K service. All was performed ok, even the service person remembered to tell the technician that I would check the wheel torque since tire rotation was part of the service. A couple of days later I did realize that window seals were not lubricated as indicated for the 60K. I took my vehicle in a couple of days later and the seals were done and the vehicle washed within 1 hour.

I needed rather timely service on my Fusion Hybrid as two spark plug coils suddenly failed (we later found out) and the car was not drivable. Price Ford service referred me to roadside assistance for towing assistance to get the car to them, rented me a car at Enterprise so that i could get on with my life (i live 50 miles from them) and repaired the car by the end of the next day. And because time was tight for me the following morning when i picked my car up, they let me drop the rental car with them and they returned it to Enterprise for me. I don't know what more i could ask from them!

* The service department was very fast and ready for my car, I only spent 5 minutes dropping off my car. I would have liked a loner car to get home, or a ride home, I needed to have a second person with me to give me a ride to and from my home. * A free car wash would be nice with 5 visits to the dealership.This was a recall for the battery problem on the C-MAX, My battery did go dead with no reason, I had to call for help to give a jump, the ford dealership said there was nothing wrong with my system, I would have guessed the mechanic would have said if he had to fix something, but nothing was noted, just the receipt said it was OK.

I was introduced to Robert at Price Ford when I bought my Motorhome. I needed a dealership to look over the vehicle before I made a purchase from a private party. The inspection took about and hour and a half. Everything went well...so I came back to have them put new tires on the rig about 4 months later. The RV sat for about 5 months and I hadn't noticed that one of the inside rear tires was low. So low that when I started driving the tire blew out and I had to limp in to the Ford store. I took the RV back to Price Ford and told them what happened and figured that I would be paying for another tire, so I might as well have it serviced while waiting for it. When I went to pay I was told that Price Ford was going to cover me on the tire. They didn't have to do that. But they did. That gesture brought me to Price Ford for all of my service needs. I still frequent Price Ford. I service my Chevy truck there (yeah, I'm a Chevy guy...my wife's Mitsubishi...and of course our Motorhome. Couldn't ask for a better group of guys. They've always taken care of our family. The best part: Our family is military. We aren't even from this town. They just take care of us because that is the character of the staff there. Price Ford may be a little busier than other places, they may be a little more money, but you're paying for the best mechanics who use the best tools in the business to do the best job for YOUR family. When I put my kids in the car or the motorhome to drive for 2 hours or 24 hours...I know we will make it there without a failure due to maintenance or service intervals. Price Ford gives me that peace of mind. That's worth a few extra bucks to me. Thanks for the support guys and gals. If you want a top notch guy to take care of your family then go see Robert Palmer, Service Manager. Price Ford is friendly to military folks too. So if you're military and new to the Port Angeles area go down and ask for Robert, he'll take care of ya.

Front desk folks were friendly & professional. Mechanics are just "parts changers". Took my 2011 F-150 in three times for "pings under moderate load" - issue wasn't even diagnosed (a few guesses), much less resolved - I drove the truck back to the dealer where I bought it (Sheppard, Eugene OR.) and traded it for something less sick. To be fair, on the third visit, it had become clear that this truck was not worth keeping (or repairing, it had been buried in mud in Calgary, AB (leased work truck) with some convincing cosmetic rehab), so they didn't really have carte blanche to attack the issue (which in no way excuses the failure to do so on the first two visits). All three visits also included "rear differential noise" - they didn't take the cover off until the third visit (contaminated fluid conveniently voided the warranty - new clutch packs, but bearings/gears will have to fail hard before they get replaced). Replacing the door lock actuator did not resolve the observation that turning the key in the door lock still didn't feel right (it's going to lock someone else out). It was not until the third visit that someone bothered to pull back the carpet (in suspiciously good shape for a truck with 107K miles on it) to see mud in the padding underneath... if the used car buyer didn't already have a red flag seeing a car from Canada, this observation pretty much soured an prospects for a local deal.

I had been looking for a vehicle locally and had been extremely disappointed by the sales personnel at the dealerships, until I went to Price Ford. Brian was friendly, honest and very helpful. He found exactly what I was looking for and they gave me a good price on my trade in. I was impressed. Unfortunately I decided to buy tires from them the next week. They did have a little better prices on the ones i needed and they were closer to home than my next choice. I got there 10 minutes before my appointment time of 9:30. At 10:15 my car was still in the parking lot. To shorten the story, Brain came by just to talk and ask about the new car,etc. so I wasnt just fuming about my ruined schedule. Dean also was a help to request they get busy on my vehicle. It was finally done about 11:15. This is a good place to buy a car. The sales staff is knowledgeable and seems really intrested in helping you find what you are looking for. The service department needs improvement (thanks Gordon, for helping that guy get the tires done)

1) I have complete confidence in the Service Department. They personnel make you feel at home and they accommodate your needs. 2) When I brought a new vehicle, the sale man made sure I got the vehicle I really wanted. When I picked up the new car again the sale man walked me through all the features of the car.

The dealership is VERY attractive. Real upscale looking, especially the customer area with the business channel playing on the TV. The staff was courteous and took the time to listen to me as a customer. This has not been my experience in other Ford dealerships.

The service is so excellent, Dave Holgerson was so professional but yet very friendly and so personable. He is definitely an asset to Price Ford. The staff is just so friendly and of course there was Dean, (bought my car from him) who is now the Financial Mgr (I think) who remembered me, Price Ford is just all around friendly, right down to the nice young man that drove us back and forth to Walmart while my Escape was being serviced. Thank you Price Ford.

Your whole staff was very friendly and accommodating. The young woman who was my sales person was very helpful in the process of buying a used vehicle. She was instantly attentive to setting up the soonest time for me to test drive the vehicle without putting any pressure on me, she was very responsive to my questions about the details of the vehicle (I phoned Price Ford and was referred to her--she quickly checked out specific vehicle features and returned my calls promptly--I saw the vehicle ad on Price Ford's website). She navigated the sales process, our financing situation, and the paperwork part of the process gracefully. We would recommend her to others seeking to buy a vehicle from your organization.

The service on my car was completed when Customer Service said it would be; it took 2 days to find/repair my engine's oil leak but Customer Service kept me informed on their progress. My car was washed after service (very nice).

The repair staff were very courteous, very helpful, and good communicators. The repair effort should have only taken a short time due to a damaged handle on the parking break but instead took about four hours due to a design flaw on the Part of Ford. The crew did an excellent job of handling the situation and I thank them for their efforts.

This is the 4th vehicle (2 new) I have bought from Price Ford in the past 7 years. Russ Connary and Joel Elliot are responsible for that, as working with them has been quite enjoyable. I do quite a bit of research before ever coming to the showroom, so I recognize that they work to offer me a great deal without having to haggle for it. Of course, it helps that Ford offers a superior product.
