Found the exact car we wanted here...2008 Yukon XL SLT in the hard-to-find blue/gray and with the hard-to-find second row bench seat, with lots of amenities. Chris and Holly were great and worked to get us out the door the same day with our car, even though we didn't get there until after 4pm. And they knocked the price down a few hundred b/c of a small rust spot we found.

Looked at two cars one had problems that were discovered in a test drive. In stead of patching it up and selling it to us Chris wouldn't sell it. Considering we are not local they good have sold us a lemon. We appreciate their honesty and profession attitude.

Bought my vehicle 8500cash. Been 3weeks & they have yet 2 so my title & registration,in which I paid for them ro do it. Vehicle broke down 7days of having it. They fixed what was wrong & what they felt needed done. They want us 2 pay them 4 fixing what they felt needed done. Now they did call & say they wouldn't pay. My problem,3month warranty/3,000mile tranny & engine. Obviously if you feel u need 2 call me 2 say they looked roughit needed fixed. My warranty. I rest my case.

I did an even trade not even a year ago with this dealership and I would never recommend it ever to anyone. For one, they said they would check the vehicle over because I told them it didn't feel right when you got to a certain speed it would shake. So they offered to look at it and gave me a car to borrow. Well this was winter time and I was given a van with tires so bald I was scared to death to drive it. I got not even half way home and called the car place telling them I was scared to drive it and they told me so and so just drove it and it was fine. So I drove it home. My husband drove the van to work and said it was dangerous to drive and not to drive it. We called the dealership and they drove to my house to pick up the van because I was not driving it to them in that condition. So, when they got here they put it on a trailer or what ever it's called because it was too dangerous to drive. I tryed telling them that. Ever since I have had the vehicle I have had nothing but trouble. I think I got a really crappy trade. I traded a 2005 Monte Carlo with if I remember 110,000 miles on it. Very good shape. I got in return a 2005 pacifica with 165,009 miles on it which I knew but then I just had to replace the battery, water pump, the alternator, the guy who fixed my car said the spark plugs were so rusted it looked like it was the originals and could barely put the new spark plugs in. I also am having transmission problems which will cost a fortune to fix. So far I have put almost $600 into fixing this vehicle and Im still not done. Im about to give up and trade it or sell it if I can. I feel like this place knew what they were selling and they didn't care what shape it was in. My dad always came with me to help me look at vehicles but he passed away three years ago and now I don't know anyone who knows about vehicles. So I just went with it and I got the bad part. I know every vehicle will have problems but this is ridiculous. It has been more of a hassle than anything.

The car we bought was in very nice shape. They were very helpful in addressing a couple of issues with the vehicle and we are very happy. They were always willing to help and were flexible in letting us test drive the vehicle after hours since that was when we were able to get there., Would definitely buy from them again.

I would recommend this Right Price Auto to anyone. Price Right Auto did a great job finding the lowest financial company that fit out budget. Chevy Impala is the car I purchased and it was a great deal. Thank You Chris we love our carRonda

I love this place they always tell you the truth if the car you are looking at needs brakes ect.. they will tell you no lies, they are flat out the only dealer i will buy from. In my opinion this is the first legit used car dealer in michigan all there cars are priced at almost trade in price. I got my van and trust there word no problems give them a try and you will understand what i mean about the truthfulness of this company ! Thanks again priced right auto !
